AC was not working Taps are so old in every room I tried 2 that they leak Forget about any service.. it's self service.

• Harshang_Solu (2/5): Pathetic , Nightmare - Please Avoid this hotel - This was my 2nd stay post good experience at Oct’17 but this time it was a nightmare. - Check-in was worst as i reached at hotel on 10:30 PM but no one was available at front desk and none of the contact numbers were reachable. After waiting for 30 Mins one person came stating he was having dinner. - Lift wasn’t functional due to back water smell. - Entire lobby was smelling bad due to back water issues . - Rooms were dirty, no soap / toiletries in bathroom, - Bed-sheet had stains. Asked for a replacement but got answer like there’s no operational laundry since past few days so can’t change. - No hot water and after requesting for 10 times also no response received from only one functional guy at reception.

• Sauravh (2/5): worst hotel in Marathahalli, naver book this place - I had booked Executive Room on hotel.com and when I visited they allocated me room, which was nothing like shown in hotels.com pics, it's all fake... hotel was very dirty ... on 2nd floor there was very very BAD smell ... never book this hotel, it's waste of money.. staff was also not so good.. they are just doing timepass... room was also not clean....
• 9309RNgho (2/5): Very 💩poor service - Very bed experience in this hotel. please don't choose this hotel to stay arrival time no one is there in the front desk. when I was ask for check in one staff member is saying my sir is coming. wait. room was not clean bathroom was filled with musqito bed set was bedly stained tv was not working and staff is making me fool saying this is network problem and. no water also in the room but asking for money before check in in room booking portal room rete was 1000 but when I checked in the staff is saying 1600 nothing is there in the room no towels also no hot water very poor hotel if you can't ran the hotel please sut done the hotel don't make your customers fool like that one more thing in room booking portal sowing breakfast included but when I checked in staff is saying because of pandemic it's closed please don't make your customers chutiya.. I will give this hotel 000000 zero resting. please if u don't know how to ran hotel sotdown the hotel.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The Check-in process was good. The property is run-down and needs upkeep. I was given a room which was reeking of smoke smell in a 'non-smoking' room. The hotel staff refused to change the room citing that no other rooms were available.
• Traveller8600 (2/5): Sub-standard accommodation, service and facilities - Arrived late/very early morning to find a night porter sleeping on the sofa in Reception. Had to push for towels as none in the room and told I couldn't get any until the check-in staff arrived. Room was very dirty, sheets were badly stained, and the whole hotel needs an upgrade - dodgy wiring and nosy air conditioning. I found another hotel in the area and checked out the same day.

• kakarakaliprasad2002 (4/5): Not upto the mark - Have stayed at Octave hotel in Marathahalli, Bangalore for 2 days. Cleanness is low and room service is poor. They are bringing complimentary breakfast from out side and giving in the room. It is not good in taste. No AC remote in the room. Proper maintenance and service is need here
• hrilife (2/5): Worst Experince ever - We had booked this on 24th March - and to our surprise we found there are no room service, no towels provided, no clean bed sheets and the shower curtain, the chair was torn, the door lock was broken, Water leaking from bathroom,Wooden flooring chipped and nails protruding from the walls, the fan had dust on it and no cleaning - when asked for towels, the staff mentioned you will get this much only for this amount . the AC was not working and the room was infested with mosquitoes - Worst Experience ever! The pictures uploaded are completely fake than what the reality is !

• Scenic339965 (2/5): Birthday Party Celebration - It was our Sons Birthday celebration. I thought it will be great since it is on main road. By that in mind i booked it. No attended were present in party hall. Mic/Music system was not functioning properly. Searching for any representative from Hotel no were present to help. Had asked friends /guest about food. It was worst. They served wrong menu then requested. also food was not enough for given no of PAX. Parathas got over in middle only latter they served chapati which was not part of menu. and they (Hotel) responded as all members eating only one dish. So i suggest please go with other Hotel and never opt or this. Ruined my babies first Birthday.

Staff was good, Breakfast was awesome, with different variety of items. It was very convenient to go to office too. Help desk was also great. and internet speed was excellent. I will surely recommend this hotel for stay.

Every Water system is filled with water salts, so either leaking or nano jet of water. Funny really. Stained bed sheets and pillow covers. To get a stained towel you have to ask. Bathroom mat you have to ask. Extremely meager staff with greed. Food is the most ridiculous part. They buy food from somewhere else. Buy one make into two, serve and charge for two. very clean conspiracy of staff. Very small parking space. Highway noise never allows you to sleep. Pathetic flooring which damages your feet often. Never ever recommended. If you still want to experience them, kindly stay in the so called royal suit.
• Nibin_N (6/5): Excellent location, good for a budget business trip - The hotel is located right opposite to PTP/ JPMC on the outer ring road. Makes the location ideal if you have business here. The rooms are not very spacious, interestingly, all the three types of room are very similar in size except for the extra chairs in the suits room. Some rooms have windows, most dont. Would recommend base rooms. Neat to average indian standards. The breakfast is served packed. This is a time saver and usually good with paratha/sandwiches/idly and a sweet. If you want a fresh cup of tea, will need to walk for five minutes to other restaurants. The staff here were helpful. The Manager, Mr. Ganesh, was also very courteous.

Have attended a few events here, and the food has been alright, could be slightly better. A little redecor or refurb couldn't hurt either. Lately it's been looking very run down.
• vishkg_ (2/5): Kid's 1st Birthday spoiled big time - We celebrated our baby's 1st birthday here. Since the rates quoted were below market rates, we were not expecting an out of the world experience, just the basics. To start with, everything was dirty and looked used with stains all over the table / chair cloth. The person responsible for music was no where to be seen, we had to manage ourselves our kid's videos. Food was the most pathetic. Looked like it has been ordered two days ago from a road side eatery. Never ever book them.
• iammanish2015 (6/5): Had a good time here, but food could be better - Octave Hotel & Spa is located in the IT hub of Kadubeesanahalli on the Outer Ring Road of Bangalore and I chose to stay here during a recent business trip as it was walking distance from my office. To my luck, I got a room, which was away from the main road, so I did not have to listen to the sounds of the traffic outside. The room came with good luggage space, a desk with a seat for working or eating and the bathroom was quite big as well. Coffee and tea sachets as well as drinking water was provided, which was a great help. However, the Wi-Fi was a slight issue, as we needed two separate cards each day for laptop and mobile and it required plenty of back and forth with the reception. If they provide a single connection for the duration of trip, it would be a lot better. However, the only real issue I faced was regarding the food. While the complimentary packed breakfast was decent, the other meals are served by a nearby restaurant (not in-house). Not only does it take more time, but also the tax payable is much more than if one is to eat at a restaurant.
