Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Der Fußboden im Speisesaal könnte sauberer gehalten werden. Das Hotel eignet sich nicht für Menschen, die in ihrer Beweglichkeit eingeschränkt sind, da viele Treppen.

On a tous aimé : les attentions à notre arrivée pour fêter notre lune de miel, la vue incroyable que l'on a de partout dans les chambres, piscine, restaurant. La gentillesse du personnel : un immense merci en particulier à RENATO en service et à Steve en cuisine. Nourriture bonne et variée, majoritairement faite maison. Horaire larges pour le dîner et petit déjeuner tarif pour les levés tard. Des options végétariennes, et sans gluten. Possibilité de manger en terrasse avec vue mer. Une super salle de sport et une salle de jeux avec bilard, fléchettes, lecture international, ping pong et baby foot . une des deux piscines est chauffée (22 degrés en mai). Animations en journée et en soirée. Accès gratuit au sauna qui est grand et propre. Chambres confortables, propres et équipées (sèche-cheveux, mini frigo, télé, café et thé, serviettes plage et aussi douche, Bonne pression, wc séparé)Bonne isolation. Accès direct à la plage privée de l'hôtel en galet, avec transat (payant en saison, gratuit en mai) ce qui est assez rare sur la côte. Attention pour la formule demi pension les boissons le soir ne sont pas comprises dans la formule (eau non plus).Peu de place dans la rue pour se garer, parking payant en saison (en mai c'était gratuit) Si vous ne voulez pas faire les excursions proposées par l'hôtel vous avez besoin d'une voiture obligatoire. 25 min de markaska.

- Moujab Soumaya (8/5): - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel. Tout était parfait : la vue panoramique, l’accueil, et le confort. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Renato 😊, notre serveur préféré, très sociable, sympathique et toujours souriant. Son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont vraiment rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande fortement!!!! Le seul petit point à améliorer serait le manque de moyens de transport pour se déplacer aux alentours. Il serait très appréciable que l’hôtel prévoie des navettes pour les environs afin de faciliter les déplacements des clients.î

- Jelena (10/5): - Hotel is amazing. Staff is so kind and helpful. We stayed in junior suite with a large terrace and sea view. Peaceful quiet surroundings. Food is excellent with various dishes to choose both for breakfast and for dinner. Every night there is some programme organised as well as during the day gym fitness welness. Beaches are wonderful with crystal clean water. There is also one small heated pool and one main pool. -
- paula (9/5): Hotelli kauniilla paikalla - Sijaitsee hienolla paikalla kauniissa kylässä, aivan rannassa. Aamupala oli todella runsas ja hyvä. Huoneessa käytetty hajuste ei miellyttänyt. Huoneessa hieman kostea ilma, ja illalla viileää toukokuussa. Osa henkilökunnasta hieman hymytöntä. Huoneen ovessa kerrottu pukukoodi tuntui hieman hassulta ja tarpeettomalta.

- Milen Angelov (8/5): A fine place for a short break on the Makarska Riviera, especially for elderly "adults only". - I chose the hotels based on the availability of a terrace and a parking. Upon arrival I also realized that Igrane was the village in the area (Except Makarska Town, of course), so the location was good. For me the dinners option and the numerous services, provided by TUI, were of little interest. I liked the view from the terrace. To start with, the overall impression from dealing with the hotel's software and internal rules was "we will charge you additionally for every extra breath you take". Everything is charged - earlier arrival, later departure, parking. Shortly after getting my payment (immediately after booking) I was informed by email that I needed to make a mandatory online check-in. It was a time-wasting procedure, involving numerous data and at the end - photos of passports or ID. Upon arrival it turned out that it was all for nothing and we wasted another half an hour being checked-in after a large group of Dutch pensioners. As regards the room - it was smallish and some of the interior design solutions were extremely stupid - a large wardrobe blocking the entrance door, the bathroom swinging door slamming one fingers onto the wall (when trying to cushion the momentum of the swing). The bath cabin door was leaking heavily. There were many small things that can be repaired or improved. Staff were polite, but ineffective in many small details. For the sake of fairness - nothing was really bad or fundamentally wrong, but overall the service is far from immaculate.

- strug (10/5): Rewelacyjny na odpoczynek we dwoje. - Wszystko nam się podobało, od wejścia obsługa była bardzo miła i profesjonalna. Pokoje czyste, z pięknym widokiem na morze z balkonu, oraz z wygodnym łóżkiem. Najbardziej jednak jesteśmy zadowoleni ze śniadań i kolacji, przeogromny wybór jedzenia, przede wszystkim pyszne i przemiła obsługa ! Dodatkowym udogodnieniem hotelu była siłownia w obiekcie :) bardzo polecamy

- Zsuzsi (5/5): Elő és utószezonban nem ajánlom a fűtés hiánya miatt !!!! - Kiváló helyen ,közvetlenül a parton ! Az ételek finomak voltak és bőséges! Április 30.án mentünk ami nyilván tudtuk hogy elő szezon de nem volt fűtés a szobában és amikor reklamáltunk akkor mondták hogy sajnos nincs lehetőség fűteni! 20 fok volt kint ,a szobába 17 !!!!A fürdőben a melegviz kb 5perc után érkezett meg és max melegre tekerve is kb 36 fokos volt ! Annyiban tudtak segíteni hogy kaptunk plusz takarót ! Azért ezt jelezhetné a szálloda a leírásában mert szerintem nem méltó egy 4csillagos szállodában hogy nem lehet fűteni még klímával sem !

Posebno bih istakla osoblje koje je bilo više nego prijatno, uvijek na raspolaganju i spremno da pomogne u svakom trenutku. Lokacija hotela je savršena, na idealnom mjestu za odmor i uživanje. Doručak je bio raznovrstan i ukusan, a bazeni i ostali sadržaji u sklopu hotela dodatno su upotpunili cijeli doživljaj.

- Eduardo (9/5): One of the most incredible hotels I been. - The perfect breakfast, it has so many options for people, lactose intolerant or gluten free or just regular breakfast. Also incredible dinner buffer, everyday had so many options, it made me super happy every night. The beaches and Igrane are super cute and relaxing compared to other turistic places in Croatia. I liked the gym in the hotel as well as the sauna and spa that they have. The pools that the hotel has are also great, I also recommend eating sometimes lunch in the restaurant next to the pool, it may look fancy but is very affordable and tasty compared to the other restaurants in the town. I feel the hotel needs to update their TVs, they are old and you can only watch cable TV. The hotel would really be perfect if they had TVs with chromecast or a smart tv that lets me watch what I want and not just 27 cable channels. It was a bit annoying coming back from a warm day and just wanted to watch a movie and relax but be limited by this.

- Jenny (9/5): Dreamy hotel with great accommodations and nice beach - Awesome location, very secluded. We had half board, I do recommend booking half board both for the great food and for not very many restaurants close. We also had a swim up room which we were very happy with! Both the pool and the sea in the same view was dreamy. The beach was great for snorkeling! The first night we had dinner on the restaurant's balcony which was lovely! Second night it was to windy so they had closed of the balconies. We ended up seated next to strangers which wasn't bad per se but we felt a little more rushed.

- Bojan (9/5): - U hotelu smo boravili četiri noći. Lokacija hotela je vrhunska, mirno i opuštajuće mjesto za pravi odmor! More je kristalno čisto. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i pristupačno. Na zahtjev smo dobili glačalo na korištenje tijekom našeg boravka. Pogled s balkona je predivan! Pozitivno smo se iznenadili i ležaljkama na balkonu. Hrana je fantastična! Bogat i raznovrstan izbor jela koji sigurno može ispuniti svačija očekivanja. Restoran Culinarium u sklopu hotela također vrijedi posjetiti (uživali smo u pogledu, hrani i usluzi). Također želimo pohvaliti muziku uživo svaku večer na terasi hotela. Žao nam je što nismo mogli prisustvovati vanjskom kinu koje se nažalost održava samo petkom. Nadamo se da će u skorije vrijeme sobe biti osvježene. U tom slučaju ovaj hotel bi bio naš izbor za svaki nadolazeći odmor! Soba nije u potpunosti ispunila naša očekivanja. S obzirom na cijenu smatramo da je sobi potrebna renovacija (osvježenje).

- Detlev (9/5): - Der Service im Hotel, insbesondere der Restaurantmitarbeiter/innen, war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücks- und das Abendbuffet waren sehr umfangreich, ausgewogen und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zimmerausstattung war ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt.

- Kushtrim (9/5): Dieses Hotel habe ich weiterempfohlen an Familienmitglieder und Freunde . - Die Unterkunft war sehr Sauber und der Service war exzellent. Das Bad war nicht abschließbar sondern eine Art Cowboy-Tür . Hotel war meiner Meinung nach etwas zu Teuer . Versteckte Kosten wie Liegen oder Parkplatz .

- Anwieser (8/5): Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in der Nachsaison. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Das Servicepersonal war hervorragend. An einem Tag erfolgte keine Reinigung des Zimmers. Es war sehr kühl in den Zimmern ein Heizen war nicht möglich.

- Hege Steen (3/5): Dårlig kvalitet til å være et fire stjernes hotell - Utsikten fra superior rommet med sjøutsikt. God frokostbuffet Kvaliteten på rommene tilsvarer i våre øyne ikke et firestjerners hotell. Airconditon som ikke kjøler under 23 grader og som var slått av et par dager på grunn av dårlig vær som betjeningen sa. Guffen lukt på det første rommet vi hadde men fikk byttet neste døgn etter at vi ikke klarte å bo på det rommet. Vi opplevde dårlig ventilasjon og lå med balkongdør oppe selv om det var vind og blåst om natten. Vi fikk oppgraderte rom men det er ikke store forskjellen på rommene annet en noen kvadratmetere samt et par solsenger. Vi er vant med mer kvalitet på oppgraderte rom en det som ble levert her. Dårlig erfaring på middagsbuffet som var dyr og dårlig utvalg den dagen vi var der. Den andre restauranten på hotellet var liten og ikke så hyggelig synes vi. Det var ingen andre restauranter i området som var åpent og sikkert på grunn av at sesongen er over, man er derfor litt låst til restaurantene på hotellet og man ikke tar turen til Makarska by. Vi vil ikke velge det hotellet på nytt da vi er svært misfornøyd med kvaliteten og vi synes ikke det tilsvarer et 4 stjerners hotell.
