• Eva (8/5): Historische Unterkunft in Klosters - Sehr schöne, historische Einrichtung. Schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon im Flair der 40 er Jahre. Das Restaurant war grossartig und die Speisen aussergewöhnlich. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Rezeptionist war ein freundlicher und höflicher junger Mann, wirkte jedoch etwas verträumt. Erst auf Nachfrage am nächsten Tag bekam ich meine Gästekarte. Die Rechnung schrieb er mir gleich nochmal, obwohl ich bereits über booking gezahlt hatte. Im Zimmer roch es von 20 bis 23 Uhr extrem nach Küche. Das Frühstück hätte mehr Obst und Gemüse enthalten können.

• Mads (4/5): Poor experience - Had a poor experience here. Was told to move my motorcycle from the hotel parking lot because the manager wanted to reserve it for a more distinguished guest. I was shown an area in a side street by some dumpsters. I refused and staff went back and forth with themselves for a while. Additionally they tried to charge me for parking even though they advertise free parking on premises. I checked out a day early because I didn’t feel welcome and didn’t like the place

• Ian (9/5): Very comfortable stay in lovely traditional swiss hotel. Amazing large room & great location. - We had a very comfortable stay in a lovely authentic & traditional swiss hotel. We had an amazing large room with a huge balcony. Nice friendly staff. Great location very near the station. What could have been better? Well we thought the breakfasts were a bit disappointing for the cost. The choice of cooked breakfasts was good, however the same 3 meats and 3 cheeses came on a tray every morning. The reason was to avoid wastage! - but we prefer a wider choice & only select what we are going to eat - whereas e.g. the 3 choices included the same salami & hard cheese which we always left! I also prefer a greater choice of yoghurts and fruit. We booked bed & breakfast & tried the A la carte evening meal once - which although was very nice - was quite expensive compared to other places that we tried. Some of the dishes were a bit too "fussy" for our taste - but we don't claim to be food connoisseurs.

• Monika (8/5): - Sehr schönes, historisches Haus. Kleine Schönheitsfehler: das reservierte Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten musste nochmals gewünscht werden. Zuerst wurde uns ein Zimmer mit einem kleinen Doppelbett zugewiesen. Die Terasse war am 1. Abend für einen privaten Anlass reserviert. Keine Bar und keine Minibar vorhanden. Die Gästekarte musste explizit „verlangt“ werden. Mit dem resevierten Tisch auf der Terasse hat es nicht auf Anhieb geklappt. Nur ein Duschtuch vorhanden. Alles Kleinigkeiten, aber es gab einem das Gefühl anspruchsvoll zu sein.

• Brooks-ward (9/5): Superb - Friendly building and accommodation, very good staff, a bit quiet, noticed they need to do more marketing to entice people in, especially to the bar, which you wouldn't know was open from the street. A shame no more people in it as it is an excellent place with an excellent menu. Bar menu excellent downstairs and the renowned restaurant above is as good as reported.

An beiden Abenden war das Restaurant geschlossen; es gab auch keine Möglichkeit, ein Bier oder ein Glas Wein zu bestellen. Frühstück reduziert, um keinen „Müll“ zu produzieren, auf Bestellung alles möglich.
• Carlods (9/5): Very typical, cosy and superb location. - Typical Alpine chalet in the heart of the village. Facilities are great, nice terrasse and good breakfast. Room was clean and had everything needed. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Pet friendly! Not much that can be done about it, but the construction being all in wood, noise travels loud... light sleepers absolutely need their ear-plugs!

• Tamara (10/5): - I had an amazing long weekend stay at Hotel Chesa Grischuna. The hotel and village of Klosters are magical. The hotel proprietor and staff were responsive and kind. The proprietor went out of her way to provide vegan breakfast options at the hotel, identify other local vegan dining options, and to suggest hikes and other activities. Staying at the Hotel Chesa Grischuna was the best decision I made during my Switzerland trip.

• Brendon (8/5): Great Hotel - The service at this hotel was great. The rooms are a bit old but that adds to the charm. We stayed in the Annex which is a bit of a walk from the main building but is closer to the ski lift.

• Emily (10/5): Charming Hotel for a Family Ski Weekend - We loved our stay at this charming inn! The service was wonderful from beginning to end, with friendly and accommodating hosts. Our family room in the Chalet was comfortable and very large. (Do note, however, that the Chalet is about a 2 minute walk from the main hotel.) Breakfast was just right (nothing fancy, but top quality.) Parking was exceptionally convenient. Hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the cable car -- superior location for skiers.

Obwohl es sich hier um ein historisches Gebäude handelt, ist dieses sehr gut gepflegt und das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet und ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war inbegriffen. Daneben haben wir auch das Abendessen im Restaurant sehr genossen. Es gibt hier auch sehr leckere, vegetarische Gerichte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten, insbesondere auch durch die zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Bergbahn.

The service was outstanding, from great recommendations for things to do from the front desk, to the daily home made marzipan available for guests, to the farewell gifts to adults and children. Each evening, beds are turned down and towels refreshed. Everything we needed was taken care of. I have nothing to fault. This was a dream stay in a dream location, so central to everything. Our room had a balcony overlooking the main street. It was the quintessential Swiss experience. Can't recommend it highly enough. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel's history is present in every corner and we enjoyed reading about the hotel's past. We were made very welcome by the owners and given friendly information on where to go walking with our labrador (who was also welcome at the hotel, and even joined us for a sumptuous breakfast!) We are looking forward to returning one day soon.
