Te obligan a abonar con pix y luego también intentas que pagues con pix y no con la t. crédito. El check in es muy engorroso y poco amigable. Colchones con orina y hongos. Baño con techo con hongos. Olor a comida que se pasa desde otros departamentos. Ventilador con olor a quemado.

Możliwość robienia zakupów śniadaniowych na miejscu. Dobra infrastruktura. Okolica spokojna z plażą. Plaża jednak nie należy do najlepiej zagospodarowanych. Mało dobrej gastronomii. Ale można korzystać z taksówek, które stoją zaraz przy obiekcie. Miejsce, czyli plaża nie jest dobrze zagospodarowana.

Boa hospedagem, mas podia ser mais confortável - Dada a falta de suporte do Booking para nos ajudar com a reacomodação da hospedagem anterior, esse anfitrião foi muito solícito e resolveu rapidamente os trâmites da reserva, permitindo que entrássemos no apartamento em cerca de 2h. A acomodação fica em um condomínio relativamente novo e completo, ao lado do Hotel Vila Galé. Há possibilidade de ir à praia que fica bem em frente. O tamanho do apartamento e os equipamentos são ideais para família pequenas, com camas confortáveis Embora relativamente novo, o condomínio parece mal cuidado. Em nossa hospedagem, havia apenas uma piscina funcionando. Não ficou claro no anúncio (que tudo bem, foi olhado rapidamente e de última hora) que há ar condicionado apenas no quarto, e não na sala/cozinha. Com isso, nesse ambiente, é necessário utilizar o ventilador, tornando menos cômodo dormir ali. Curiosamente, já nos hospedamos no Vila Galé que fica em frente, em suíte similar a este apartamento, que foi construído pelo mesmo grupo. Lá, havia ar condicionado em ambos os ambientes. Por fim, relembro que a hospedagem na Praia do Futuro é para quem quer aproveitar a praia em frente, ou ficar mais próximo das praias ao leste de Fortaleza, não sendo recomendável andar pela região, que é insegura.

The apartment has very comfortable, clean facilities and all the necessary utensils for our stay. The decor makes the spaces more pleasant. O anfitrião Ramon e toda equipe Diego Flats foram super atenciosos e solicitos desde o início da reserva. O apartamento tem as instalações bem confortáveis, limpas e com todos os útencilios necessários a nossa estada. A decoração deixa os ambientes mais agradáveis. I didn't like the dirt and insecurity around the condominium and the city. Eu não gostei da sujeira e insegurança ao redor do condomínio e da cidade.

- Pascal (2/5): FUYEZ !! - Pas de chariot à bagages à l'arrivée Seulement quelques jours avant mon arrivée, j'ai été prévenu que la piscine serait en travaux pendant tout mon séjour. - Pièce principale: 1 lit une place en guise de canapé devant le téléviseur, pas de climatisation, la baie vitrée donnant sur le balcon ne possède pas de système de verrouillage. - 3 couchages mais seulement deux chaises dans le séjour.... - Cuisine: réfrigérateur en mauvais état avec étagère manquante dans le compartiment congélateur, tiroir cassé dans le meuble de rangement. - Salle d'eau détériorée (vasque fêlée , traces de dégât des eaux sur le plafond de la douche et nombreuses traces de moisissures, la ventilation mécanique ne fonctionne pas. distributeur de papier hygiénique rouillé - Chambre: le coffre fort est fermé et aucune combinaison à disposition. Pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine ni le lavabo sauf dans la douche; impossible de faire la vaisselle avec de l'eau chaude. Plusieurs coupures d'eau pendant plusieurs heures sans préavis.
- Mamede (9/5): - Principalmente do atendimento e do conforto do apartamento. Precisou ser realizada a troca da maquina de ar condicionado e o proprietário deu assistencia e fez de forma agil. O chuveiro não fica com temperatura constante. E o fato de por um dia ter faltado água no condominio, mas a responsabilidade estava relacionado à gestão do proprio condominio.
- Lucas (7/5): Precisa de ajustes para que se torne mais agradável - O flat em só é bom e é limpo. Nada a reclamar. O atendimento pelo booking e WhatsApp também foi muito bom. O pessoal é muito prestativo, compreensivo e responde rápido. O ponto da praia em que o flat fica não é tão bom. Bem esquisito e pouco movimentado, especialmente à noite. O pessoal da portaria também foi bem chato e mal educado quase todas as vezes que tivemos contato. A piscina estava em reforma e não pudemos utilizá-la. O estacionamento é muito escuro.

- Jose Maria (8/5): Dicotomía, bien por un lado y muy mal por otro - El departamento está muy bien equipado,la ubicación es exelente,a sólo 50 metros del mar,la limpieza exelente Enviaron un empleado a recibir el pago,lo efectúe en efectivo,contado y re contado por mí, cuando entregué dicho pago exigí que lo contara,cosa que hizo, pedí en recibo correspondiente y no me lo entregó, diciendo que luego lo enviaban,a las horas recibí un mensaje del propietario diciendo que faltaban 429.86 reales,cosa que no acepté ya que tenía registrado hasta la cantidad de billetes entregados, realmente éso nos afectó y nos hizo pasar unos días horribles e indignados. También tendrían que informar que la piscina está en reparación (aunque nosotros por lo general no la utilizamos)digo para otros usuarios que si les interesa,no se sientan defraudados

- Cardoso (5/5): sem comentários - Localização, ao lado do vila galé. Achei a transação muito bagunçada... Não consegui efetuar o pagamento pelo booking, portanto, tive que pagar com pix. a foto que tem na acomodação é de uma piscina enorme e se vc nao ler direito o q está escrito, não percebe que a piscina nao está funcionando... somente a piscina de crianças, com uma agua bem turva... Passei uma noite inteira sem luz. No outro dia, me mudaram de quarto, mas esse perregue foi bem desagradavel. Além disso, na chegada é bem burocratico, pois so tem um porteiro para uma fila enorme de condominos... Achei muito bagunçado o condomínio, muito aquém do que eu esperava.

- Thiago Jorge (10/5): Muito bom. - A região da Praia do Futuro é muito boa pela manhã. Várias barracas com estruturas boas e o banho de mar é muito bom também. O Apt é muito bom para um casal. Possuía tudo que precisávamos. A noite, a orla possui pouca iluminação. De modos que isso causa um certo receio para sairmos a pé durante a noite. Mas nada que seja um grande problema.

- Caroline (10/5): - La piscina è sicuramente il punto di forze della condominio. L'acqua era anche leggermente salata dando l'impressione di essere al mare. Peccato che quando sono andata la zona era tutta in ristrutturazione ma la piscina centrale funzionava per fortuna. Dentro l'appartamento i mobili erano nella media. Però c'era tutto cucinare. L'aria condizionata invece c'era solo 1 nella camera, il che creava problemi perché il soggiorno dove era presente l'altro letto rimaneva al caldo. Anche la zona cucina non arrivava la climatizzazione. Per il resto comunque soggiorno gradevole. Il personale era disponibile su whatapp se necessario e addirittua gli ho potuto scrivere direttamente in italiano e si sono adeguati poi con un traduttore immagino. Tutto sommato una valuzione buona.

- Paula (10/5): Ótima localização é bem confortável - Flat confortável para 4 pessoas, mas somente o quarto tem ar-condicionado. Na sala o anfitrião disponibiliza ventilador, que atende bem. A estrutura do condomínio é boa. Uma pena que as piscinas estavam em manutenção. O mercado 24h que tem dentro do condomínio quebra um super galho! As barracas em frente são bem movimentadas, inclusive com festas. Mas não chega a incomodar para dormir. Voltaria a me hospedar tranquilamente.

Seria interessante o apartamento ter aspirador de po, para facilitar a limpeza diária devido à areia da praia. Por fim deu tudo certo, o condomínio é muito bom, e o atendimento foi excelente.

Tem um mercado 24hs na area do condomínio, que quebra um galho na madruga. Area da piscina em obra parcial, o que atrapalhou um pouco o uso.
