Le restaurant transformé en cantine d’école, nous avons été obligés de demander à changer de salle à cause du bruit ça hurlait. Quant au repas , nous espérions manger à la carte du poisson , on nous a obligés à prendre la demi-pension, soit un plat de fusilli aux scampi qui n’en n’étaient pas avec 2 mini crevettes surgelées , et un plat espadon qui se résumait à une tranche fine comme du jambon donc forcément trop cuit avec 5 tomates cerises dessus et le tout pour 30 € par personne un scandale Le pire hôtel de tous mes séjours en Italie depuis 40 ans Le personnel n’a rien fait pour faire en sorte que le séjour se passe bien , agir sur les encadrants des enfants par exemple quant au directeur il nous a pris de haut ,il a été obligé d’ouvrir la 2 eme salle de restaurant et pas que pour nous , tous les clients ralaient , nous n’étions que de passage

Colazione niente di speciale, dolci secchi, cappuccino senza sapore, caffè molto bruciato, abbiamo mangiato solo due pancake, giusto per mangiare
Nick (7/5): A comfortable 3 star hotel in a great location. - The staff at reception were very helpful and breakfast options were good. The room was clean with a good view of the sea from the balcony. The hotel was directly opposite a very good beach and within walking distance of a few restaurants - and the ones we tried were excellent. The restaurant options were limited because the hotel seemed to cater for large groups, such as a coach party and a large school group there while we were, rather than individuals or couples. The hotel is classed as 4 star but by British standards is probably 3 star. Although not there in the summer season we didn't expect the hotel bar to be shut at 9pm, so nowhere to get an evening drink or coffee.

Teresa (6/5): Typical beach hotel facing seafront .Terrible smell of sewerage in room, emitting from bathroom. - Hotel is directly acrross from sandy beach and promenade. We stayed off-season, place deserted. Hotel plays music from 6am to 10pm which can be heard from room and all over immediate surrouding area. Receptionist pleasant. Check in from 4pm. Breakfast was basic, sweet pastries, coffee , bread , juices, cereal. Hotel was preparing for a birthday or wedding. Only two other guests at breakfast. Seating outside is nice, bar area outside too I imagine its busy during summer with Italian families escaping to the coast. We walked in the evening inland from the seafront, found a small local bar open, near the supermarket. Had a few beers and complimentary crisps, only two other locals drinking there. I recommendt the beach area for a vist (off-season if you desire peace and empty bars). I don't recommend the hotel unless the plumbing, sewer smell in rooms is rectified. I felt hotel was overpriced for the time of year we stayed. There are many hotels along the promenade. Terrible smell of sewerage in room. Coming from bathroom. We tried blocking plugholes etc with towels but to no avail. Slept with balcony doors and window open all night. Soundproofing not great. Could hear neighbours t.v and conversations through the night. Balconies are not very private and could do with a repaint, very grim. Views lovely ( perhaps roons at front of hotel better choice for full views of sea?) Ours was to side of hotel, overlooking another hotel and some industrial air con fans etc.

navarro (4/5): - La posizione è perfetta, ho prenotato una camera vista mare, arredi un po' datati camera minimal ma la cosa più negativa è stata un odore nauseabondo che usciva dal bagno tremendo che ci ha accompagnato x tutto il soggiorno, fatto presente alla reception, hanno azionato un aspiratore per un paio d'ore con un rumore insopportabile tant'è che sono stato costretto a scendere dal terzo piano per farlo disattivare. L'accoglienza alla sala colazione, c'era un'addetta che ha criticato tutto il tempo gli ospiti e alle ore 9.20 già ha chiuso la sala per non far entrare i ritardatari, secondo lei, perché l'orario è dalle 7.30 alle 9.30

Colazione malapena sufficiente. Scarsa la scelta sia per il dolce che per il salato. Mediocre la qualità. La nostra camera, la n.305, completamente invasa dal forte e sgradevole odore di fognatura che fuoriusciva dallo scarico della doccia. Problema che è stato segnalato ma non risolvibile in poche ore.
Armando (8/5): Un'ottima scelta per trascorrere qualche giorno di libertà - Struttura abbastanza bella situata di fronte al mare e dotata di ogni confort per accogliere nel migliore dei modi la clientela, Personale cortese e disponibile, ottima colazione e stanze assai confortevoli con una bella cabina doccia. Devo dire che il cambio di gestione ha portato molti benefici, Lo consiglio a chi si trovasse da quelle parti, anche perché i prezzi non sono cari, almeno in questo periodo dell'ano. Iniziando dal cibo che essendo intollerante a glutine e lattosio sono stata quasi ignorata,per non parlare del rientro all 1 di notte in camera trovando una blatta in bagno,per finire cambiando camera dopo mezz ora di attesa io in pigiama nella hall mi danno una stanza ancora da rifare completamente sporca,pedate sul letto asciugamani sporchi e pipi nella tazza!non allego foto che ho i video! All 1.40 decido di mettermi in macchina con il pigiama visto che ormai avevamo consegnato le chiavi, fare due ore di auto e rientrare a casa

Raphael (5/5): 4 nuits moyennes , on s'attendait à un peu mieux - Valentina au petit déjeuner était un ange, une personne très gentille et au service du client. Le parking est assez grand. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, avoir aucun fruit au petit déjeuner, nous n'avons jamais vu.ça. Par mail on nous avait promis 1 suite au 4e étage, en arrivant, nous étions au 1er étage , avec les bruits du dehors que cela comporte. Le gros point noir était l'isolation phonique des chambres ! Depuis la nôtre, on entendait les voisins faire pipi, la télé et quand ils parlaient un peu fort, on entendait tout. Franchement agaçant et pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.

Hennika (5/5): - Fikk ikke rommet med sjøutsikt som jeg hadde bestilt, men dette rettet de opp i etter klage og fikk da stort rom med flott utsikt selv om de først sa det var helt fullt. Rommet var rent og hotellet har en fin uteplass. Veldig nær flott strand Personalet snakker dårlig engelsk og en del er lite hjelpsomme. De forstår dårlig det man spør om og noen himler med øynene. Hotellet er gammeldags og nokså slitt, bør oppgraderes.
