Asked for manager and was hung up on by them as well, terrible communication, awful beds, poor service, and dirty bathrooms. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

meredith (8/5): - This hotel was kind enough to let me in last minute for a weekend stay. You are staying at a hotel where a lot of quiet hard working people stay. There is a 711 gas station across the parking lot that sells hot fresh mexican type food and various coffee ect. The bedroom & bathroom were clean and nice. The hotel desk person was very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the kitchen, but I imagine a family or working people would really appreciate that.

Bianca (1/5): Bad - This is one of the sketchiest places I have ever been to. First the guy at the desk told me the wrong room number, he gave me the room number to a room where someone was already staying in. Went down stairs to ask again because I thought maybe I misunderstood but nope he tells me a totally different number that sounded nothing like the first one he told me. Went back upstairs to the “correct” room and the door opened without me even scanning the card key. That gave me a bad feeling so went back down and told him I was leaving because I felt uncomfortable because of the door being open before I opened it. He told me he would go upstairs and check with me but I just went with my gut instinct and left. He didn’t even bother to offer a different room, mind you there were less than 10 vehicles so there should have been more rooms available. Didn’t t offer a refund either, but I much rather lose out on that money than risking my family’s safety. With all this human trafficking going on I wasn’t about to risk my family and myself staying there. Never again.

Linnette (4/5): Not quite satisfied - On doing my reservation online I checked every thing and it said free Wi-Fi, Free parking and free continental or buffet breakfast for 2. There was no breakfast whatsoever, very unprofessional advertisement and very disappointment unlike other hotels. Only 2 small muffins in a wrapped plastic material. Disgusting. Never will we be staying there ever again, and I will not recommend anyone else and to let them know there are a lot of our friends who go to that area almost every weekend. Not pleasing at all, deception in your advertisement.

Well that didnt happen till after 6pm when we left hotel. I think they were just snooping.... rooms really nice and very clean i have to say. If they stocked us wirh towels or gave us one we would give 5 stars but it get 3 in my book because there were no towels and they wouldnt give us any.

packygee (10/5): Best Value In Houston - I've been in Houston for an entire month now working late insurance claims after hurricane Harvey. Trying to live on a budget, staying in the most affordable hotels I could find, I finally stumbled upon this little gym. I've been at the Palacio Royale now for two weeks and must admit that this is the safest, cleanest and most hospitable hotel/motel I've found in the entire metroplex of Houston for this price. The family that runs this are incredibly friendly and easy to work with. You get the occasional strange guests that weird you out but I've yet to have an actual threatening situation at all. Walkways are well lit and the security cameras keep a good eye on guests that preconceived a worry. One of the most important aspects is how secluded this place is. Tightly packed into a mid-industrial park in Houston, you avoid the risk of vehicle break ins and general worry. Honestly this place is worth more than what I've paid. When they initially told me the weekly price I was a bit worried but now realize that they under underestimating the quality of this place. Only recommendation would be breakfast!!
