• Jessica (6/5): Forced to stay there due to a dance comp wouldn’t stay there by choice - Indoor pool and outdoor hot tub The pool area could be cleaner and the rooms carpet could’ve been cleaner and the bathroom. The food selection also wasn’t great. We had to leave the hotel and go into the village a lot for food. The mini fridge was the smallest mini fridge I’ve ever seen in my whole life.

• Kasia (9/5): Great option for skiing - The ski lift was literally out the back door. Really great location and comfortable beds. The suite was clean and well maintained especially considering how many people come in with ski boots covered in slush and salt. Not deal breakers, but there were a few odd things that could have been improved. The door to the bathroom for one was a sliding door and incredibly squeaky and hard to move. We had to sleep with the door open in case someone needed to go to the bathroom so we didn't have to make noise opening the door. Also, when we're in the bathroom we could hear the people next to us in the bathroom through the wall really clearly. The other parts of the room were ok, but the walls in the bathroom were especially thin. One thing I would like is to have some coffee options, like a Tim's, on site and not have to rely on the two restaurants (which are quite good) for quick food. The closest places (from what I could tell) were in the village. It's a short 8min walk, so not a big deal, but would still like options without having to leave the hotel.

• Sarah (8/5): - - The indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs were a huge hit with the kids. - The rooms were comfortable and enough space for a family of 3. - It’s not far from the village at all, but also far enough removed that it’s very peaceful. - The rooms could definitely use some upgrades and updates. They are just dated and run down feeling.

• Ryan (10/5): It was the type of stay that would make me strongly suggest your hotel to fellow skiers - Excellent breakfast, the voucher was a nice surprise . Enjoyed the ridge runner pass and being right on the ski resort was perfect. I will visit the same way again next season. Nothing bothered me at all.

The rainbow trout in the restaurant- The Pottery, was exceptional 👌 Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor hottub during a snowfall. And the ski lift is literally steps from the hotels back door! My family and I are already planning to come back next month!!

Breakfast at Pottery is amazing and they gave us 2 vouchers for it Not as convenient as staying right in the village if you need to shop or buy food. But otherwise is great.

We only had one service call during the entire stay and the staff did not handle that well. Rude technician and front desk did not answer any of our following calls after that. Not very Canadian.

• Sergio Ivan (9/5): It was really good, we'll be back again. - The bed was comfortable, receive a small gift for my birthday (cake made of towels with a note and sweet popcorn), we didn't have to pay for the 2 hour early check in. Additionally, we like that in the price, it includes serveral complimentary activities, and the $20 dollar credit for the hotel restaurant. The TV was not smart TV and be able to connect to Netflix.

• Shan (9/5): 下次去蓝山小镇玩还订这个酒店，房间设施基本比较符合我们的要求。 - 两层套房适合全家人度假、床垫舒适干净、卫生间用品齐全、厨房餐具较全。前台办理入住的女士对我们不懂英语的中国老人服务耐心。入住第二天，2岁小孩子把主卧卫生间门锁上了，给前台打电话联系，很快来人给卫生间门打开了。非常感谢！ 建议在前台办理入住酒店门口摆放明显的入住房间的楼门指示牌，或在手机导航给输入地理位置，一座座楼很多，真的很难找，我们开车转了一圈，又下车步行找了半小时，才找到。

• Jennifer (6/5): Decent - The bed was small but comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk from the village. Pets are allowed here which is why I chose this hotel. The pool and outdoor hot tubs were nice. I only came across 2 staff who were friendly, the rest came across as standoffish. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped, I had to clean some things up myself when we got into the room. The peephole on the door was gone and stuffed with paper or something instead. The room was also pretty small and tight compared to other hotels I’ve been to. The property outside wasn’t maintained or cleaned well, which is a safety hazard. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but I would definitely look into other places before going back here if I ever go back to Blue Mountain.

• Michael (7/5): Check the bed closest to the window in room 515 for the stains. I’m sure they are still there. - It was close to the village Stains on the comforter. Also, the beds were not made up nicely when we came back to the room late afternoon. The sheets and blankets were wrinkly and not tucked in the bed, just thrown over the bed. It looked like a rushed job to complete. The red/brown dried stains all over the comforter made me not want to sleep with it on me.
• Vicky (10/5): - All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the location was excellent. I loved that the pass allowed us to go on the shuttle to the private beach and the gondola.
