- Alexandre (5/5): It was very good the other times, but there were many issues pointed out this time. - Location. The electrical outlets had problems and a constant buzzing noise, and I requested repairs for three days, but nothing was fixed. The shower water didn't heat up properly! The coffee that was available was always cold, and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. I've stayed here other times and was very satisfied. This time I'm very disappointed!

- linda (7/5): The stay was good but the aftermath horrible. - The breakfast was pathetic. It would be better to not include it and reduce the price of the room. I inadvertently booked two rooms and I have been trying unsuccessfully since we returned to get my money back. Apparently the hotel is treating it as a cancellation. We obviously were only two people so only needed one room. The girl on reception was unable to do anything about it. I called Bookings on my return and was assured that the money would be refunded. Then I received an email saying that I had cancelled and there would be no refund. The hotel has had my money via Bookings and someone needs to authorise a refund.

- Marie-Elisabeth (6/5): - I was very disappointed with my recent stay. When I booked through Expedia, the price was shown in USD even though I was on the Canadian site. Once I arrived at the hotel, the bill ended up being much higher than expected. When I tried to explain the situation, nothing was done to help or to adjust the charges. This left a very bad impression and made the experience feel unfair and frustrating. I travel often and I expect transparency and honesty in pricing. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

- tricia (10/5): My stay in Hampton inn and suites - Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, free parking and wifi, pool and gym. Breakfast good. Lots of stores around the hotel to go shopping and lots of dinners too. For quick financial transactions, there a TD bank just by the hotel. Only local news and stations on Tv, dont expect Netflix etc.

Between the leaky tap that dripped incessantly all night to the blackout blinds that only close partway - this was not the best hotel experience. The shower also had a lot of rust and the hand soap dispenser was covered in dried crusty globs of soap. Not a TERRIBLE hotel, but far from ideal.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, the indoor pool was fun, and the bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. We slept well both nights. Free parking was an added bonus Slightly outdated, the bathroom could use some improvements, but it was still functional and okay to use.

- Susan (8/5): - The tables in the buffet breakfast area needed to be wiped between use. The elevators smelled bad, but I do imagine that is hard to control. Those were the only things that could use improvement, and they were very minor. The staff was friendly, and overall the hotel was nice and clean. Our bed was very comfortable, and plenty of clean cloths and towels were provided.
- Rafael José (5/5): Lamentável a gestão deste hotel - Quarto padrão do Hampton in Uma campainha tocou aleatoriamente diversas vezes durante a noite em vários quartos do hotel. Segundo a hóspede do quarto próximo o mesmo fato ocorreu nas noites passadas e não foi dado solução pela administração do hotel. Este fato é lamentável pois a primeira coisa que vc quer num hotel é um lugar para dormir, mas a experiência que tive não foi assim. Fui acordado diversas vezes com uma campainha sem qualquer razão. Reclamei no check out e nada foi feito. A única resposta é que eles já tinham ciência do fato e estavam planejando chamar um técnico para consertar o sistema elétrico deles. Lamentável . Fiquei uma noite para nunca mais voltar.

I’m not a heavy person, 5’6, 120 pounds and I completely sunk into the bed. Super uncomfortable. They need to replace their beds. You come to a hotel to sleep, their beds should be at least decent.

The bed was comfortable - pillows were standard ones (ok for us) fridge was cold, shower had great pressure and was hot, TV worked and loads of stations (maybe US ones - we couldn’t find the news) breakfast was amazing - the selection of items changed each day, including the waffle batter flavours! We didn’t use the pool or workout equipment. The location is amazing with many restaurants, walmart, dollar store and LCBO right across the street! Don’t worry if you forgot something - just walk across the street and pick it up! Not so good - lamp beside bed was not secure and hanging from the wall. My hairdryer died while i was using it and there were some general maintenance things in the hallway. I have never seen doorbells on a hotel room. You could turn it off - but our friends would not stay on private and people rang them in the middle of the night. I understand why you have them, but a client needs to be able to turn these off completely.
- Rasondra (8/5): It’s a nice hotel - I enjoyed my room. I (female traveling alone) didn’t feel comfortable or safe enough to use the pool which was disappointing. The breakfast was ok, it would’ve be nice if the bacon wasn’t that precooked stuff you reheat. The potatoes were ok. I couldn’t eat anything else but I have a lot of dietary restrictions.
