Guest Reviews
- Patrick (8/5): - Separate bedroom cabin, had 2 big TV's 1 in the lounge, 1 in the bedroom, out of town a bit but was very quite. Had to pack cardboard under fridge to stop loud noise, obviously old problem because there was some packing under fridge by previous tennets. No outside light, was blown
- Sue (7/5): -
- Lisa (8/5): Pleasant and quiet - It was quiet, heating/cooling was great. Easy to get to For a ‘house’ the cutlery was insufficient- 2 forks and 3 knives. Minimal plates and we had no dishwashing liquid left in the container.
- Karen (6/5): pleasant - Plenty of space good kitchenette facilities needs some maintenance
- Julie (9/5): Great place to stay with family. Well appointed and clean - Well set up unit, quiet and clean.
- Julie (8/5): Rooms were clean and comfortable. Quiet location - Rooms were clean and comfortable. Quiet location
- Carol (10/5): - Light outside cabin not working
- Glenda (8/5): -
- Kim (8/5): Good Value for Money and Great location - Bed was very comfy. Good facitilities and great value Only negetive was Traffic noise
- Adrian (10/5): -
- Emma (8/5): - Having confirmation emails in the lead-up to stay for reassurance and check in deatils.
- Iida (8/5): -
- Lindy (9/5): Visited the Stupa of International Compassion, and had some nice lunches out. - Private, quiet, feels secluded but is only a five minute drive to shops.
Clean, nice comfy bed.
Easy check in - minimal interactions with staff; no fuss.
- Robyn (10/5): We had a lovely 2 night stay. - Cosy, clean and comfortable beds. Close enough to town and a lovely bush setting.
- Lisa (6/5): - Self Contained so able to to cook to save money. Bush setting was nice. Location was great. Upstairs was very spacious There was no one at Reception at ALL at any time. There were no fly screens in the top A section, fly screen door on sliding door actually came off the roller. We had two spoons, and it was teaspoons at that to use for our breakfast. There was an old Frypan to use, and again it was the only one. My pillow was like a rock sleeping on it. The traffic at night was very loud. Generally was clean, but had a window with old chewing gum stuck in the corner

- Karen (10/5): Had a great stay would not hesitate to stay again - House was very clean and comfortable.
- Meththa (5/5): -
- dianne (8/5): Our stay - The 3 bedroom house was big and spacious plenty of room outside for kids to run about. Full kitchen which was good. Playground and pool close to this 3 bed house on-site laundry. Peaceful and quiet Pillow need updating. Face to face service would have been good as all interaction was over the phone. (It may just have been me). Room not daily serviced you may need extra towels depending on hour long you stay.. it's a little out of bendigi
- Michelle (7/5): H2 - House - The house (H2) was very large which was useful to spread out in. The playground on the site was very handy for our daughter. The location was peaceful. There were spiders evident around the ceilings, and the floors could have been cleaner. There was also a musty smell in H2 when we first arrived, but was able to be aired out by opening the windows.
- Danielle (4/5): - Bed was comfortable and clean I was told 2 mins from shopping complex and it was more like 10 mins and quite a distance from the heart of bendigo

- TREVOR (7/5): -
- Amanda (6/5): - It has everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The screen door wouldnt close. Upstairs air con kept turning on randomly. A TV upstairs would be good as well.
- Saunders (7/5): Ok, room was plan and run down - Location Cabin was run down
- Rashid (7/5): -
- Waldek (9/5): - Great upstairs for 2 kids and great kitchen
- Bianca (4/5): Was fine but won’t return - Location was great for our mums weekend away. Upon arrival the place seemed clean. Unfortunately the further we looked the worse it was. There were a large amount of spiders and big ants. Shower grout, glass ect could have done with a proper /scrub. We found hair in the sheets and give it was a warmer weekend we used the AC but the state of the filters were horrible so I had to take them out and rinse them!
- Abraham (4/5): -
- Shane (9/5): Comfortable rest during the evenings and easy collection of room keys through the phone after hours. - The rooms in the photos matched. Bed was comfortable and definitely quiet, even though it's next to a highway but off enough to mask the noise. Probably the initial first impressions from the outside. But was proven wrong when I entered my room.
- Gayle (9/5): Comfortable and quiet - All good Nothing
- Chengming (10/5): -
- Leigh (9/5): -
- Kerrin (10/5): Amazing & relaxing - Hidden in the trees. Nature at your doorstep Nothing
- Danielle (7/5): Generally very good. Only those two little grizzles. I will stay here again. - The cabin is an excellent size, has a comfortable sofa, and a very comfortable bed. It is in a very quiet park, with a lovely forested feeling. There was a small colony of ants living in the cabin and no bug spray in the cupboard. The grout in the shower needed a good scrub.
- Olga Liubimova (8/5): -
- Tracy (8/5): - Great facilities. We spent time in the Pool and BBQ area. Lovely green grass. Needs some maintenance.
- Amy (10/5): Quiet, peaceful, relaxing getaway - The location was perfect. Not too far from places but far enough to be able to relax without the hustle and bustle of every day noises. I don’t come face to face with any staff members while there but when I called about getting the keys they were polite and helpful. The cabin we stayed in, the shower leaked when it was being used and flooded the bathroom floor. But nothing a few towels on the floor couldn’t fix.
- D (8/5): -
- Bob J (6/5): Pleasant enough for a short stay - The property was as described. It was clean and comfortable and with plenty of hot water. Access was easy and efficient requiring only a phone call to the manager who have us access to the key safe. Was also impressed that the facility did not require a credit card "just in case" we broke or damaged something. Check out was just as easy requiring a key drop in a locked box at reception. Some minor whinges:
- Outdoor setting was old and shabby. Only two chairs (one unusable because the webbing was torn) were provided for up to 4 guests.
- The door lock needs attention. It was difficult to get to and even more difficult to operate.
- Very low water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom vanity. The kitchen mixer also needs attention as it was very loose.
- It was difficult for all of to watch television because of its location under the stairs.
- The whole complex is very tired. It was disappointing to see damaged items / equipment just left in the open.

- Sarah (4/5): -
- berry (7/5): - Quiet and snug Free wifi was barely usable, unable to utilize the large Smart TV for apps like Youtube and Netflix, we had to use our own hotspot.
- Courtis (8/5): Loved the private feel in a homey space. Great price! - Loved the seperate rooms and provisions in the rooms. Quiet and felt very private. Great price for our weekend away. The kitchen light flickered on and off and the bedroom light turned off while switched on also. The air con was great for the space but had a broken part.
- Slavica (9/5): Lovely - Everything N/A

- Cameron (5/5): Could be a great park with a little maintenace & up keep, very quiet & peaceful - Very quiet , peaceful park. Noticeable that there’s a little neglect with the maintenance of the park, air conditioning in room not working which upon reading other reviews seems to be a common trend, being such a hot weekend we had to buy a couple small fans
Light in kitchen flickering so couldn’t use.
Tv unable to be used as no signal, each cabin could do with the gutters cleaned out as are all over flowing with leafs & trigs etc,
- Shaylee (9/5): -
- Dillon (7/5): Good value for money quiet location. - I like that it’s shady and quiet! The does to the cabin were temperamental and needed to be slammed to shut. The fridge was also just cold on the highest setting. No towel rail in the bathroom. Has been snapped off. Wifi didn’t work and could only use one tv at a time.
- Danielle (8/5): -
- StefP83 (8/5): - The rooms were big, big fridge, beds comfy. Pool, play ground and BBQ area great. Lots of flies ect in the cabin, but its 40 degrees in bendigo. What would you expect. Great value. We have rebooked for next australia day weekend
- Martin (10/5): -
- Bates (7/5): - Was in a pleasant setting.
Had easy access
Clean and good sized rooms in the cabins which were equipped suitably for a short stay There was no reception staff on site. Was a little confusing at first.
Shower tap had a minor leak so did not work well on second day
- Jingwei (9/5): -
- Nicole (8/5): Great family value a short drive out of Bendigo - The cabin was clean and enough space for our family stay. The park area was quiet. A short 15 minute drive to the centre of Bendigo.
- Kerrie (9/5): -
- Ian (9/5): Would definitely stay again, no major issues - Clean cabin, had everything I needed. Sink in the bathroom was leaking - a bit of noise there.
- tim (10/5): Great place . Kids loved it and so did we 👍 -
- Sultan (10/5): Great ! - Location A little cleaner
- Joan (3/5): Was cold - Aircon kept turning off.
- Kenneth (3/5): -
- Taylor (10/5): Amazing accommodation - Loved the accommodation, the kids had a blast in the pool and we loved the A-Line cabins they were very comfortable and we didn't want to leave!! Will be returning again Nothing it was wonderful
- Dion (8/5): Just quietly… It did exceeded expectations.. love the cabins and the quiet! - Check-in was easy, arrived early. Spoke to gentleman over the phone. He walked me through the process over the phone to obtain my key. Other than that that was it… But he was very polite. Though to some extent you can’t help nature however a good fumigation and a can of Mortein wouldn’t have gone astray around the premises. There were spiders everywhere and cobwebs galore… Having kids and as a safe guard we went to the local Coles and bought a can of spray… used a the lot and killed a total of nine spiders and one cockroach… slept easy however 🤣😉
- Liv (5/5): In need of TLC - Good price and location.
All the basics covered. This accommodation is in need of maintenance.
The pool needs cleaning, flyscreens that need repair are left lying around the property and it feels like this once fabulous accommodation is in dire need of TLC.
- Matt (10/5): -
- Tyler (10/5): -
- tim (8/5): A place in the bush with a pool - Bush setting, pool, very clean and modern rooms. Value for money and very quiet park Reception run down and welcome experience a let down.
- Corinne (8/5): Great pool, lovely location, short drive to shops. - Great pool, beautiful bushland setting. Good value for money. Tv remote didn’t work (despite new batteries).
Kitchen a bit grimy. All doors badly misaligned - kids couldn’t use them as you need to use muscles to pull them open and jam them shut again. Reception was never open.
- Brooke (8/5): - Peaceful area, beds comfortable, facilities fantastic. Windows didn't close properly therefore smelt of fire smoke inside the accom.
- Amy (10/5): -
- Cummings (9/5): - Nice All good
- Mamiko (8/5): -
- Meena (8/5): It was excellent experience. The only issue was with entry doors, the security doors could not be locked. And the bugs e - Location and the surrounding. The entry doors.
- Richard (8/5): -
- Rowles (8/5): - The pool was excellent and the location. Bree who worked there was friendly and kind.
- Leanne (5/5): Very disappointed this year. The property is not being cared for anymore - I have been going there for at least the last 10 years. I love the location I was disappointed with the maintenance of the cabin and the grounds/gardens. Things were broken and not repaired
- Amy (6/5): -
- Jennifer (8/5): -
- (Sandra) Claire (8/5): It was convenient and comfortable, and I would definitely stay there again. - It was a good size for two people, and provided all the basics (apart from a box of tissues). The location, being 9 kilometres out of town, and the bushy setting was very nice. The beds were comfy and two large TVs and two split system, air conditioning units were fantastic. The size and shape of the living area downstairs meant that, there was only one couch, and no footstool or additional seating. It could also have been made to feel more cozy with a rug on the floor. Whilst the place itself was spotlessly clean, there was a broken light above the sink, and the coffee mugs provided had dried on coffee and had to be washed before use.
- Yuilly (9/5): Xmas House. - Full size house, good kitchen, peacefully, comfy couches, nice dining area, nice bathroom. Taps need replacing in kitchen & laundry, needs a mirror & blind on laundry windows, need dishwasher detergent, nicer chairs for outside area outside garden area needs some TLC.
- Brookie (8/5): -
- Abraham (9/5): -
- Darby (9/5): - All
- Louise (7/5): -
- Jaryd (7/5): - How spacious and refreshed the accommodation was. Very comfortable cabin with all facilities needed. Was a few areas that had large amounts of cobwebs and dust that hadn't been touched. Could do with a bit of a deeper clean.
- Harold (9/5): A pleasant stay - Quiet and no shortage of tv screens. Good cooking facilities.
- alan (10/5): right place.good bed so a good sleep.nr bendigo but quieter than IN the city.leafy surrounds. - cabins well apart and surrounded by trees and grass.very quiet.........3mins from the bendigo-melb highway but no road noise in the park where we were.comfortable------would stay there again.we had 2 nights/more would have allowed us to explore bendigo more but we had booked in advance for beechwqorth all good
- Goodrope (9/5): Peaceful Getaway - Tranquil Park in a nice setting. Very quiet. Easy book in experience. Staff friendly & accommodating. Very clean cabin. Had all I required for a 2 night stay. The patio area at the front of the cabin was exposed to the elements. Unable to sit outside if it rains and no shade for very warm/hot days. Even a table with an outdoor umbrella would have been good. Everything else was great!
- Abby (8/5): -
- Tracey (10/5): - Cabin was perfect for a group of friends. Nice and clean. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and will stay again next year.
- Libby (9/5): -
- Glenn (8/5): -
- Danielle (7/5): I will stay here again. I come to town fairly frequently and this will not be my preferred accommodation. - The layout of the cabin was extremely comfortable, neither too big it too small. The sofa and bed were both extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was a sensible size, and not poky as so many cabins are. Really loved the layout. Felt very private and secure in the park. It was a little dated. The bathroom could be with a re -tile and re-grout. But this was a small detail as the water was hot and the shower comfortable.
- Singh (10/5): Excellent stay love the environment over there - Best location and accommodation The rooms and the swimming pool
