We were only there for 1 night which was good. - Parking was tight The carpet was filthy - with what looked like someone had walked on the floor with wet tar on their boots which had been covered up with mats with curled edges which were a trip hazard. We tripped on them multiple times. the toilet is too close to the wall (for an averaged size person) and the shower was too small to bend over to wash for feet without your head or your arse hitting the glass.

The cupboard that the suitcase goes in had dead cockroaches in it. The kitchen was dirty. After 2 days we realised the fridge was not working and all the food went off, which they did reimburse. But would have like to get some payment back from accommodation.

Clayton (9/5): Peaceful and convenient - It was nice and quiet and easy to get to sleep, the room was massive and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. Convenient location, close to KFC and Maccas.

Sixta (1/5): not comfortable - THE LOCATION WE STYAYING WAS VERY STRATEGIC My family stayed at this property for a couple of days starting on 1 January 2026 during the Christmas break. Unfortunately, the room we were given was extremely unclean and unacceptable. When we arrived, we noticed a large number of flies in the family area on the second floor and a strong smell like a rotten mouse. After checking around the room, we found a milk bottle underneath the couch that had been left there for a long time. The milk had already turned brown and smelled very bad. My husband also saw cockroaches crawling on the walls, and there were dead flies around the room. It seemed like the place had not been properly cleaned and that the cleaner may have only changed the bed sheets. The cutlery was also dirty and incomplete in the unit. After we complained, the manager moved us to another unit, but that unit also had problems. There was a leakage issue in the bathroom and with the washing machine. Additionally, when we asked for extra towels, it was very difficult for the staff to provide them. There is picture that what we discover in this place Overall, the cleanliness and service were very disappointing.

Alex (7/5): - The location is good and the staff were welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the facilities are fine. The motel is located on the highway but the room is surprisingly quiet with the window closed. However, there were a couple of issues. The hot water was so hot it could be dangerous - you only need to turn it on a fraction. There is only one very bright ceiling light and a single bedside light which is also too bright, while the light over the bathroom vanity wasn't working. The cups and teaspoons were a little grubby and the carpet needs replacing.

Birgit (5/5): - The upstairs living area was spacious. The premises appeared unkempt and uncared for, with a rubbish skip overflowing at the entrance and an outlook over a car sales yard. The kitchen was old and shabby, poorly equipped with just one cooking pot, cheap and poor-quality crockery, and an old, grimy stove. The cutlery drawer was broken and kept falling out. It felt dirty and unkempt. The laundry was crummy. The pool was not accessible. A depressing kind of place.

Brad (1/5): Never again - Nothing Place was absolutely disgusting. Bedding had not been cleaned, marks all over beds. Place wasn't vacuumed, stunk and generally felt like we wanted to get out asap.

No sink or washing up facilities. There were no instructions weren't clear whether we were to leave our dirty dishes or clean them. The office hours were between 8am and 8pm but the office was closed when we left at 9am so couldn't check with staff to see if we needed to wash dishes or not.
