• Abdellah (4/5): - I booked for 2 couples (4 people), expecting 2 rooms, I found 1 small room (double bed) and 1 small living room with 2 small beds. I was disappointed, we ended up booking another hotel. The photos are accurate, but the place is old and dirty. The location is good, but the neighborhood is not family friendly at all

• Vitaly (8/5): Уютный отельчик рядом с площадью Таксим - Отель отлично расположен, в 3-5 мин. от площади Таксим, станци метро и остановки автобуса в аэропорт.. Для пожилых и маломобильных людей надо учесть, что до площади из отеля надо немного подняться в горку (100 м.). сам отель небольшой, но достаточно уютный. Есть небольшая кухонная зона. Регистрация быстра, разрешили на час позже check-out. Есть все необходимо в номере, гель для душа, шампунь, тапочки и даже щетки зубные с пастой. Wi-Fi хороший. Несмотря на то, что наш номер был рядом с ресепшен на 1 этаже, особого шума не было. отличная цена покрывает некоторые недостатки

Le personnel s'est comme même excusé et proposé deux chambres à la place que nous avons gentiment remercié et refusé pour rester ensemble. nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter de notre chambre familiale prévu. Le tapage nocturne à l'extérieur. À enrichir les ustensiles de cuisine.

• sara (1/5): Badly hotel I ever stayed - Nothing It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. It was much smaller than you think. All the floorboards were removed. However, it smelled very bad. There were five of us in the bar and we had children with us. It was very unpleasant for us. We warned them several times to change our room but they didn't. It was so dirty that I still can't eat properly

• Marivic (8/5): Great value for money accommodation. - The accommodation is conveniently located near the lively Istiklal area, where you’ll find plenty of shops and restaurants. It’s also close to the metro and about an 8-minute walk (if I remember correctly) to the Havabus or Havaist stop, which provides transport to and from the airport. The unit we booked was the one below the ground floor, and you have the option to take the stairs or use the lift. It’s a two-bedroom flat with a kitchen. We were provided with complimentary water, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and slippers daily, which was a nice added bonus. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and for the price we paid, it truly offers great value for money. The noise from outside is unavoidable, so there’s not much that can be done about it. If you’re a light sleeper, this place might not be the best fit. The room lighting could also be improved — perhaps adding an option for brighter lights would help. Additionally, the air conditioning is only available in one room, so during the summer, you might need to keep the other room’s door open to share the cool air.

• Irene (7/5): Voor een stedentrip was het hotel acceptabel. - De locatie en vriendelijk personeel De kwaliteit van de bedden. Het plafond in de slaapkamer had schimmel nel als in de badkamer. De kraan op het keukenblok lekt. Hierdoor was ook het laminaat van de kamer ‘verdikt’.

• Landoulsi (10/5): Mon séjour à Istanbul a été très agréable et j’ai passé d’excellents moments, je me suis amusé. - L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la place Taksim et de toutes les commodités, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. Le personnel est très aimable et toujours disponible pour aider. La chambre est propre, bien entretenue et équipée de tout le nécessaire : plaque de cuisson, hotte, mini-réfrigérateur et climatiseur. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement et les consommables (gel douche, shampoing, papier, etc.) sont toujours réapprovisionnés. La salle d’eau et la cabine de douche sont propres et disposent de serviettes changées chaque jour, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus confortable.

• 811ninik (2/5): never go with them - The most irresponsible company never go with them! They never respond when you need them, and they are far from being in the service industry. The environment is dirty and disorganized!

The hotel shared my personal info without permission, rooms were small, hot water was unreliable, the minibar fridge and hairdryer didn’t work, and the reception staff had poor communication skills.

The access to the metro and public transport is great. Istikal street is very close by. The staff are not friendly at all. The receptionist guy did not once greet us, in fact made me a little uncomfortable. This place is close to the busy mainroads, so its very loud there.

• Ebilov (10/5): Incredible. The hotel surpassed all my expectations in every aspect. - To be honest i liked all, there was no any point that i can say unpleasent. First of all i am thankfull receptionists Farid, Ilyas, Anar and cleaning staff. All of them were so kind and helpfull, professional. Location was excellent, as writen 300-350 meters from Taksim meydan or metro, Istiklal street. Though it was closer to centre, area was silent all hours of the day. No disturbances and uninterrupted rest. It was easy to carry luggage from the Havabus stop, and there’s even an elevator in the hotel. Price is very suitable, may say even cheaper. Everywhere was clean including my room and staff did perfect cleaning every day. We found everything inside room such as toothbrush/pasta, slippers, shower gels/shampoo, hair dryer, enough towels, soaps, spoons, knifes, forks, tea, coffee, sugar. Though it was February and snow we never felt cold inside room. Heating and AC was in good condition. TV and WIFI were also okay. I used room NO 202. I highly recommend Invictum Residence; you can book it with confidence. i took video from room but unfortunately forget capturing pictures. Some guests posted old photos that initially made me hesitant, but after researching, I’m glad I made the perfect choice. The current condition of the hotel is excellent, and I’ve already booked it for my friends for August 2025.
