Johannes (8/5): Ruhiges Hotel in zentraler Lage und nah am Strand - Das Einchecken gestaltete sich etwas kompliziert. Obwohl freie Zimmer durfte ich nicht gleich in ein Zimmer einchecken und saß Morgens um 6 ziemlich lang in der Hotellobby, durfte dann aber doch einige Stunden vor dem offiziellen Checkin um 14:00 das Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig, geräumig, bequemes Bett, Kühlschrank, Flachbildfernseher mit vielen englischsprachigen Kabelkanälen, z. B. Syfy! Das Badezimmer ist im skandinavischen Stil, soll heißen nach dem Duschen ist der ganze Raum nass. Aber immer heißes Wasser zur Verfügung. Der Zimmer wurde täglich immer sehr zügig und sauber vom Personal gereinigt. Das Hotel bietet selbst kein Frühstück an, aber in umittelbarer Nähe gibt es sehr viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel dauert ca. 60 Minuten mit dem Taxi.
Verified traveler (2/5): worst experience I have ever had!!! Please avoid. - We arrived at 3:00 am after traveling for 25 hours. The night staff worker told me I wasn't on the list, put his headphones on and refused to talk to me. I was shocked and showed him my confirmation through Expedia. He said "no" and put his headphones on, refusing to talk to me. It wasn't until 20 minutes later when the boss woke up and came out. She saw my email and gave me a room. She was pleasant. But this guy is the worst employee I have ever seen!! Unreal! Rooms were small and dirty. Stay away.
Shmuel (6/5): Good for solo and budget travelers - I had nice 5 nights staying at this guest house. Just didn't came with any expectations, it was ok for the price I paid. You get what you paid for. The location was excellent, close to the beach and the Bangala road with all the bars, clubs and the night life. The bed was comfy but there was some stains on the sheets and the pillows. The towels seems to be overused and I have found some mold in the shower. The laundry service was great and the receptionist was very nice.
Not Provided (4/5): Lille smule skuffende - Meget skuffende at se dette hotel ikke lå, som det stod i reklamen, 500m fra go- cart banen! Vi ville ikke til Patong men vi havnede tæt på Bangla Rd!!!! En anden ting tag ikke ind på dette hotel hvis I har gang besvær da hotellet savner elevator og har flere et etage!
