• Steffen (9/5): Hiking Holiday Mallorca - Nice and small hotel in a quiet village in the mountains. It's close to Lluc and Pollença. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very helpful and kind. It is recommended to have a car to reach the hotel and its sorroundings. There's no restaurant in the hotel. Thus, a car to reach e.g. Inca is recommended.

Es gab in unserem Zimmer keine Tür für die Toilette und ich möchtest ungerne mein Geschäft vor meinem Partner verrichten, auch wenn ich Krankenschwester bin, möchte ich für sowas gerne meine Privatsphäre.

• Magdalena (8/5): Nette, ruhige Unterkunft - Die ruhige Umgebung und die bequemen Betten. Das Zimmer ist riesig und auch das Badezimmer mit der Badewanne ist toll. Der Eingangsbereich und auch die Außenanlagen sind schön. Frühstück ist ausreichend. Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und teilweise kaputt (steckende Badezimmertür und nicht funktionierender Badezimmerspot). Über Booking und Google Kommentare haben wir uns etwas mehr vom "familiengeführten Boutiquehotel" erwartet. Leider gab es keinerlei Erklärung, im Rezeptionsbereich keine Getränkekarte, geschweige denn ein Angebot zum Abendessen oder Infos über das Hotel bzw die Umgebung. Die Stimmung beim Frühstück war zudem ziemlich "kühl" - sehr still und unfamiliär. Wir würden zwar wieder kommen aber keinesfalls für die von uns vier gebuchten Nächte, da es auch im Ort zumindest in der Nebensaison kein entsprechendes Angebot an Essen usw. Gibt.

Heureusement qu’il y avait la clim chauffage. Nous sommes restés sept jours et le petit-déj’ a été le même durant sept jours les serviettes n’ont pas été changées. Pour 14 étoiles, la prestation est moyenne. Pas possibilité pour nous de dîner le soir.

Da das Hotel aber ansich nur 12 Zimmer hat, ist es nicht so überlaufen wie in den Touristen Gebieten. Von daher Ruhe und Erholung pur! Wir mögen nicht den Abfall Kram beim Frühstück,wenn Marmelade, Honig, Butter und Co.in so kleinen Plastikdingern sind. Aber das ist ja in ganz vielen Hotels so und wahrscheinlich ein Logistikproblem??!!

• Jose (9/5): Perfecto para pasar unos dias tranquilo, o no, en la isla. - La ubicacion para los que nos gusta la tranquilidad es inmejorable, dentro del pueblo pero con vistas a la montaña. cerca de bares y del centro del pueblo Tambien muy centrico respecto a la isla. Desde el hotel se puede visitar cualquier parte de la isla en menos de 45 minutos. Desayuno mas que suficiente para salir de turismo. Menu de cena que cambia a diario y muy bien elaborado y servido. Los escalones son un poco altos. Si teneis alguna discapacidad, pedid habitaciones en la planta baja. En plan de broma, me falto la sobrasada mallorquina en el desayuno, jejeje.

• Nadja (9/5): Absolute Empfehlung- abseits vom Massentourismus - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Turixant. Das kleine familiengeführte Boutique-Finca-Hotel überzeugt mit einer sehr persönlichen und herzlichen Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer war modern, minimalistisch eingerichtet und dabei absolut sauber – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Das Frühstück war lecker, frisch und völlig ausreichend, perfekt um in den Tag zu starten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das abendliche Drei-Gänge-Menü: Wenn man sich morgens anmeldet, kann man abends ein köstliches mediterranes Dinner genießen (ca. 33 € pro Person, mit Auswahl zwischen jeweils zwei Vorspeisen und zwei Hauptgängen). Die Qualität und der Geschmack der Gerichte waren hervorragend – absolut empfehlenswert! Insgesamt ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail geführt. Wir würden das Finca-Hotel weiterempfehlen.

There’s a good choice for breakfast, and the food served in the evening is excellent - even with only 2 choices it’s hard to choose!! The staff are friendly and helpful. It feels very welcoming. A nice short stroll into the village where there are a couple of nice bars and cafes.

• Gina Marie (9/5): Wir haben es sehr genossen. - Das Personal war so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da es wenige Zimmer gibt, hatte man den Pool meist für sich. Das Frühstück war zwar „eintönig“, weil es jeden Tag das selbe gab, aber das Buffet war voll mit verschiedenem Brot, Croissants, Kuchen, Muffins. Verschiedene Wurst und Käsescheiben, Tomaten, ganz viel Obst. Joghurt, Aufstrich, Müslisorten. Für jeden was dabei. Von der Lage konnten wir alles gut erreichen, schnell nach Palma, schnell nach Pollenca oder Picafort. Man ist nie länger als ne Stunde unterwegs mit dem Auto. Leider haben die Gäste immer so komisch geparkt, dass wir oft vor dem eigentlich Hotelparkplatz auf der Straße parken mussten. Aber da findet man zum Glück auch immer direkt was.

• Michelle (9/5): Ein ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub im Herzen Mallorcas gerne wieder - Uns hat es besonders gut gefallen in einer ruhigen Umgebung Urlaub zu machen. Das Hotel ist in einem kleinen Dorf abseits der Tourismus Massen gelegen. Gelegentlich hört man einen Hund bellen oder die Kirchenglocken leuten. Man merkt dass es ein Familien geführtes Hotel ist. Alles ist mit Liebe gestaltet, jeder ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und geht auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Unser Zimmer (Nummer 6) war im obersten Stock gelegen und wirklich gemütlich. Wir hatten zwar keinen Balkon aber dafür haben wir die Abende auf der Terrasse genossen. Gefehlt hat im Zimmer einen kleinen Kühlschrank aber ansonsten sind wir rundum zufrieden und glücklich mit dem Hotel

Le menu qui change tous les soirs du restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon et d'un excellent qualité/quantité/prix. Le petit déjeuner est agréable, mais peu de choix au buffet et surtout la qualité du pain un peu médiocre. Surtout quand on est français :) Et la chambre relativement moins attrayante en comparaison avec les photos.

Staff was wonderful. Individually cooked breakfast and made lattes on day2. I would return for the friendliness of the staff and the quality of service. Energy was very professional, personal and welcoming. On day 3 we couldnt enjoy the wonderful breakfast because its not served til 8am. By 8am we had to be somewhere else. Every room is different but our room toilet didn't have much privacy.
• Roman (1/5): Bad - Misleading Presentation – Avoid prepayment I booked this hotel based on its appealing photos and room description, which highlighted nice design details like a stylish bath. However, this was deeply misleading. While a few elements may look good in pictures, the overall room quality was very poor – outdated furniture, strong unpleasant smell, no fresh air, and lack of cleanliness. We arrived on time, but the room was simply unacceptable for staying. After raising our concerns, the hotel agreed at reception that we could leave and assured us that the refund for all 4 nights would be handled through Booking.com. Unfortunately, they later refused to take responsibility, leaving us with no refund and no service. They simply ripped us off appropriately 700 EUR just for nothing. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a frequent traveler and Genius Level 3 member, I expected better. I cannot recommend this hotel, and I will now avoid using Booking.com for future reservations unless this is resolved fairly.

• Bevil (8/5): Delightfully comfortable simplicity - We could not recommend this charming simple small hotel more highly. Carolina and her family looked after us beautifully. The buffet breakfast was exactly what we liked with the added option of cooked eggs. The property is on the side of a steep hill so there are a lots of stairs unless you choose a room on the first floor. The small salt water swimming pool has comfortable sun beds. The village is delightful and surprisingly quiet. A gem! There could have been better arrangements to hang/lay out clothes.

• Icristian (10/5): Thank you kindly - The staff went above and beyond, we stayed for 5 days and checked in late on arrival, they were most welcoming and we felt safe and looked after they do dinner service too with the menu by the front door or there is a little pizzeria in town otherwise you have to drive to inca or other restaurants in the area overall 5 stars purely on service and the building itself has heaps of character! Big thank you for the breakfast service :) Room to park and quiet time by the pool outstanding! We liked everything!

The bed in our initial room was very old and not comfortable, when we mentioned we were offered another room which was very comfortable. Enough space, good bed, and good shower. Exactly as on the pictures. Breakfast was good, with eggs made to request. The location is relaxed, very quiet town in the middle of the island. There is not much to do in the area, so you'd need to drive for most things. For cycling probably a perfect starting point.

• Linas (8/5): Very good - An absolutely amazing location, invaluable charm, and service. Lovely room, with amenities and breakfast. Truly felt like we found an absolute gem, away from all the busy cities and towns. Expected to leave a perfect review, but rather leaving warning for items either misplaced or stolen by staff. We happened to take pictures/video inside the room, while getting dressed and ready to go out; as such we could see a jewelry bag clearly visible on the desk on the second morning of our stay, in the video. When we came back later that evening, the small bag was clearly missing. Inquiries within the establishment that evening, or next morning (when we were leaving) were left unanswered. Disappointed, in otherwise beautiful space.

Lukittu pyörävaja työkaluineen oli iloinen yllätys. Sijainti idyllisessä pikkukylässä palveli hyvin pyöräilijää: lenkille oli helppo lähteä. Erinomainen asiakaspalvelu.

• Hargreaves (9/5): Superb - Stunning hotel within a beautiful and picturesque town QR menu's difficult to up load and didn't seem to have an alternative
• Lore (7/5): Okay but not great… - Super friendly staff & great location for bikerides. 5min to the start of the famous Sa Calobra! Nice pool & garden. Very basic room & very basic breakfast. Simple thing like extra shelves/drawer in the bathroom and hangers for your towels would be very helpfull. Breakfast could use an upgrade: some freshly cut fruits, maybe some local pastries, … Or at least some rotation in between the week. If you are staying for a week it will be the same everyday.
• Gabriele (7/5): Nice location - Really comfortable beds and sheets, and extra pillows were nice. Lovely central location in the village. Also, the e-car charging station is just around the corner. Toilet without a door, plinths should also be cleaned, strongly chlorinated water in the shower
• Lars (9/5): Superb - Unique atmosphere. Great hospitality and very nice staff. Here it was clean and tidy. We got an excellent room with character. The hotel is located in a nice small town close to nature. We greatly appreciated the staff's good tips for hiking in the area.

• Ian (8/5): Excellent hotel slightly let down by poor accessibility - Friendly atmosphere, very helpful and attentive staff, clean friendly pool area, excellent breakfast and good evening meals, wonderful location. None of the literature advised of the inaccessibility of the hotel. There were a lot of steps which my disabled wife struggled with. Fortunately, the family staff team were very helpful and understanding
• David (8/5): Generally comfortable stay; we did not use all the facilities which were pleasant. - Very good breakfasts; pleasant, most efficient and friendly staff. Sympathetic conversion of an historic and attractive old house. Shower/WC/ basin area very small and not separated from the room. Bed mattress very sensitive to movements. No drawer storage (in room 8)
