Shower pressure and size superb! We loved the information booklet and the cans of coke and water in the fridge. The place was super clean with plenty of towels for hands and shower. N/A

Host deliziosa: paziente e sempre disponibile per chiarimenti, supporto e aiuto per ogni necessità. Appartamento perfettamente dotato di ogni cosa utile per un soggiorno. Piccola ma funzionale la cucina: molto piacevole trovare le piccole cosa di prima necessità che possono servire appena arrivati come zucchero, capsule caffè (c'è un'ottima Nespresso), bustine di tè, sale, olio. Di fronte all’appartamento c’è un locale music-bar: la musica è lieve e non disturba, mentre talvolta le persone che si fermano a parlare sotto le finestre possono risultare un po’ rumorose fino a tarda notte.

- Jakob (8/5): Gute Wahl in der Innenstadt - Die Lage ist genial, in der Innenstadt und gleich am Hafen in einer netten, untertags ruhigen, Gasse. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat alles was man braucht, der Balkon ist ein netter Bonus. In der Nacht war es sehr sehr laut, wahrscheinlich wegen der gegenüberliegenden Bar. Das Licht beim Bett macht ein komisches Geräusch und im Bad gibt es keine Ablagefläche, in der sonst gut ausgestatteten Küche gab es nur sehr wenig Salz und Öl. Am Abreisetag hat das Reinigungspersonal schon um 9h geklopft, obwohl der Check Out im 11h ist, und dann im Gang gewartet bis wir weg waren, ziemlich unangenehm und wir haben uns unnötig gestresst gefühlt.

- Jesus (8/5): Bonito apartamento en el centro - Es un edificio con 4 viviendas en una estupenda ubicación, entre el puerto, el centro y el casco histórico. Son apartamentos nuevos, de estilo moderno, minimalista y funcional. El último piso es duplex, cuenta con dos terrazas con unas vistas estupendas. Tiene un sistema de depuración del agua muy necesario. Hay una tienda mini debajo de casa y un Eroski de barrio en las inmediaciones. Las camas son cómodas y amplias. Hay climatización en todo el apartamento. La cocina no cuenta con microondas, ni lavavajillas, ni lavadora. Pedimos un microondas porque nos quedamos 4 noches con nuestros hijos, pero pese al precio que pagamos, no lo proporcionaron. Los utensilios de cocina son básicos. El edificio no tiene ascensor, por lo que hay que estar en disposición de hacer ejercicio. Hay un bar de copas enfrente del portal, lo que provoca molestias y ruido cuando la gente sale a beber a la calle.

- Maria (10/5): - Beautiful view, clean and spacious. Amazing with the terrace and balconies. Great location, near restaurants, supermarket and shopping. Alma was such a nice host, very available for questions and very helpful. Would gladly recommend and also go back.
- Odell (8/5): We had a fabulous stay at the apartment. Highly recommended and we would like to return one day. - Location - the apartment was very close to the historic centre and the seafront. Alma our host was very attentive - communication was smooth. We appreciated the bottle of cava on our arrival! It was great to have filtered water from the tap. We liked having the little balcony. We didn't have a car, but it was easy to get about by bus - we enjoyed trips to Ses Illetes and Sant Elm. It was a bit tricky to pull the floor to ceiling curtains. Perhaps attach a pole so that it's easier? The bathroom could be improved if there was better lighting in the bathroom over the basin, a towel rail and a shelf for toiletries.

Y el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y servicial (en especial María y Juanjo), pero que podían hacer ellos si la estructura del alojamiento es pésima! Si bien su diseño parece muy moderno y estético, es sólo eso, ya que es MUY -PERO MUY- INCÓMODO vivir allí (lo habrá diseñado un estudiante de 1er año de arquitectura?) por: - las escaleras (hasta para ir al baño hay que usar escaleras, y algunas son peligrosas); - ninguna privacidad; - de noche muy ruidoso por los bares de la calle; - de noche entra mucha luz del exterior (y, ya que está en la planta baja y en una calle muy estrecha, de día es oscuro); - no había luz sobre la cocina (muy difícil cocinar de noche!); - si uno de noche va al baño y prende la luz, esta le dá de lleno en la cara del que está durmiendo! Calificación 0 en confort (ninguna comodidad para alojarse allí).

Sol très mal entrentenu! Manque d'éclairage dans l'entrée et la salle de bain , diffice de voir clair pour se raser! Rideaux difficilles à manipuler!
- Guillermo (9/5): Exelente ubicacion para disfrutar todo caminando, y tener un descanso tranquilo - Hola, la ubicacion del lugar es my buena, esta cerca de todo, el hecho de entrar con clave facilita mucho el ingreso. La seguridad en la isla es muuuuy buena nadie toca nada. La isla tiene muchos lugares para recorrer,. Lo que no me gusto es que la cama podria ser mas comoda entre relacion precio / calidad, tambien lo que le falta son accesorios y ganchos en el baño y habitacion, por ejemplo en el baño tenia jabon liquido pero no tenia dispensador. Otra cosa es que le tuvimos que pedir al anfitrion que nos traiga mas toallas ya que contaba con solo 2 toallas y por los dias que estuvimos concideramos que minimo cada 2 dias deberian reemplazar las toallas o dejar cantidad dentro para los dias.

Easy to find and good communication with host before arrival and how to access. The apartment is amazing! So pretty in the bedroom tunnel bunker! The complimentary bottle of Prosecco in the fridge was a very nice touch! When we next visit palma we will certainly stay in this apartment again and would definitely recommend The code entrance to the door was a bit faffy and took a bit of working out but no bit issue

Friendly host who communicated well. The perfect stay. There’s a lot of steps up to the top floor. Didn’t bother us but if you had difficulty waking it would be tricky.

We loved the little balcony overlooking the street and the location is perfect, right in the old town very close to great restaurants, tapas bars, bars and shopping. The hosts were particularly helpful with great communication before and at the end of our stay. Stay wasn't long enough!

The communication was extremely poor for check in and check out, there was blood on the mattress protector, filthy curtains, balcony is too small to sit out on, there was lots of hair under the sofa, bathroom tap was dirty, the hallways all covered in marks, the guest on the floor above us came in 3/4 am and were moving furniture and arguing and shouting and by 7 were doing the same. Hair under the tv unit….

Did not spend loads of time in it but it was central, everything we could have wanted was nearby and the price was very reasonable. Overall we liked it. :) Did not like the fact the bathroom door didn't close and was TRANSPARENT. That was just weird to be honest.

- Richard (9/5): Great Central apartment with access to marina and town - Prior to arriving, Noemi was very attentive and flexible with our arrival and check-in. She was also available to answer questions and queries during our stay which was excellent. The location was great and provided everything we needed for a long weekend break in Palma. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with decent complementary coffee pods and Cava. Being in old town meant you were in the thick of the bars which were great apart from Saturday night, which meant people were milling around talking in the streets until gone 3am. It was expected, but we were woken several times until they made their way home. Only a minor inconvenience and the double glazing softened the noise but seemed more noticeable on the Saturday night.

- Maria (7/5): Great location, but noise is an issue - Great location Missing a couple of things to make a guest's stay better: Iron, hooks for towels, cutting board in kitchen. The walls are very thin so we could hear everyone/everything at all hours of the day/night (people coming in at 3am, snoring, etc.) There is a local bar just below which means you will hear the bass of the music until it shuts at 3am (bring earplugs).

We were very happy with the care and attention afforded to us. The location of the apartment is its strength - just a short walk from La Catedral, the marina and a multitude of amazing bars and restaurants. Furthermore, whilst situated in one of the myriad of back streets in the Old Town, we were not disturbed by street noise. We knew what to expect and there was nothing we disliked.

- David (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, air con and large comfy bed. The double glazed panels kept out the noise from the clubs below . We felt we had chosen the best possible location in town amongst the heart of the restaurants in old town . Very attractive but minimalist place with limited creature comforts such as spare towels until 3 days into stay or places in bathroom to hang a towel or robe etc . 4 coffee pods / 2 loo rolls for 7 days was tight and it’s just these kind of considerations that get added recognition during a review. I’d be leaving folk with plenty of such things to spare plus a bottle of wine chilled on arrival etc but hey ho every business is different right.

- Jamie (10/5): Great Location - Clean & Spacious Apartment. - Great Location - The Apartment was very spacious and clean. Lots of great restaurants cafes and pubs close by all within walking distance. Lots of steps up-to the apartment. Not a deal breaker for us but not for people who are not fit and able.
- Rachel (7/5): A fantastic location in the old town of Palma , secure and safe area. - Two people travelling. The apartments are centrally located, very close to all attractions and shops. There is a late opening small supermarket next door. The black suite apartment on the first floor had a double bed, small kitchenette with a small fridge and freezer section. There is a toaster, hob, kettle and iron on request. The kitchen is adequate for cooking. Check-in and check out no issues with a lovely host greeting us. Just phone from the airport before you arrive as you need to check in before 10pm, there is no late check in at this property after 10pm. The taxi driver was not able to drive on the street for some reason (too narrow🤔), so we got out in the square nearby which meant a short trip carrying luggage. The building was very secure and safe. The bed was very comfortable and fantastic air conditioning. Accommodation, the apt is more of a large room sectioned than an actual apartment that I previously stayed in. We had a few minor issues. The drain in the shower kept flooding the floor as it could not keep up with the excellent water pressure. We would have liked to have had extra towel service. The door on the bathroom does not fully close, possibly an issue with privacy for some. There is a small sheet with information provided on what attractions are local, but it would have been nice to have some brochures and recommendations of places to eat and drink, etc, as Palma we found to be very expensive even for groceries. There is constant noise at night from the street as there is a late bar straight across the road and people tend to gather outside chatting. We could also hear the people upstairs when they moved around, used the shower and flushed the toilet, so there is a soundproofing issue, despite there being soundproofing mentioned in the apt description. There is a balcony, but you cannot sit out on it as it's too small. There is no lift in this building, so possibly not ideal for elderly folks . I've seen many requests also for a long mirror to be installed as you only have a small bathroom mirror up high and it's not great. I would also like to see a microwave added and some extra storage and rails for hanging wet towels in the bathroom. There is a hairdryer provided in the bathroom. All of the above did not bother us greatly, we still had a very enjoyable stay. The roof top is only accessible to the 2 bed apartment on the top floor. Additional information.. The bus stop is very nearby. You can get it to the main bus and train station which is the Intermodal. You can take a train to the Mallorca Outlets from theIntermodal and you can also get main busses to Magaluf from the Intermodal Station. We found the outlet store to be very expensive. More so than Ireland and that is expensive.

- Angela (8/5): Amazing rooftop view and great location in the heart of old town. - Loved the view from the rooftop balcony. Aircon worked well. Lots of steps to get to apartment plus steps to get to kitchen and rooftop. Overall, clean and wonderful location in old town. Does not feel lived in. Could use hooks in the bathroom and full length mirrors. Also, a few extra blankets, more toilet paper, and a broom would be helpful.
