Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, und Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Erholung und Freizeitgestaltung. Insgesamt ein rundum überzeugender Aufenthalt. Der Auscheck‑Vorgang dauerte mit etwa fünf Minuten etwas länger als erwartet. Das Personal war jedoch freundlich, ein etwas zügigerer Ablauf wäre wünschenswert.

Domek dobrze wyposażony, nieduży, ale ma 2 łazienki, taras oraz aneks kuchenny. Ośrodek duży, ale bardzo przyjemny, przy samym jeziorze, przy promenadzie prowadzacej do centrum miasteczka, dużo zieleni, restauracje, fajny basen. W domku brak pościeli (koce i poduszki są ale bez poszewek) oraz nie ma ręczników, można je dodatkowo dokupić.

Minjasfoh (6/5): - Der Campingplatz ist grossartig gelegen. Der Whirlpool machte diese Reise zusätzlich noch besonderer. Die Aussenlounge lud zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben dies sehr genossen. Da es am Abend noch etwas kalt war, waren wir über die Heizung sehe dankbar. Wir wollten für eine kleinere Kabine umbuchen (Downgread), was uns fast € 200.- Auforeis gekostet hätte. Meine Freundin, die die Selbe Kabine als Upgrade umbuchte hätte somit über € 500.- weniger bezahlt. Die Preispolitik ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Eine der Mitarbeiterinnen war zu dem ziemlich unfreundlich und forsch - die anderen waren aber alle nett. Nur leider schienen diese keine Entschuldigung Kompetenz zu haben. Ausserdem war die Internetverbindung kaum nutzbar. Wer Internet benötigt, muss sich beim Empfang befinden, wobei es auch hier nicht immer funktionierte.

Stefanie (2/5): Einmal und nie wieder! - Das essen war sehr gut , was aber leider auch das einzige war Es war überall dreckig , Müll vom vormieter unter den Betten, flecken auf den Bettzeug Staub überall, Löcher in den wänden so das es eiskalt war in den Zimmern! WLAN funktionierte nicht. der Gasherd hatte nicht mal eine Gasflasche angeschlossen so das man nix kochen konnte. Wir hatten für 2 nächte gebucht, sind aber nach der ersten wieder Abgereist! Am ende wollten sie erst die Rechnung sehen und langes warten bis man die Kaution von 100€ wieder bekam( was bei den mobilhäusern eine frechheit ist zu verlangen in dem zustand)

When we arrived the gas was turned off and when we asked at reception the lady was kinda rude (because it was after reception hours but we didn't know earlier). Also the water took very long ti heat up and 2/5 nights it was only like warm. Also the first night we could barely breathe because there was so much room spray in the cabin.

Konstanze (5/5): - Der Platz und das Personal waren gut. Die Unterkunft war sehr schlecht. Der Bungalow hatte einen sehr schlechten Standard. Sehr eng, das Wasser in der Dusche war kalt. Die Ausstattung war gefühlt 30 Jahre alt. Die Bungalows für zwei Personen sind eigentlich in dem Zustand nicht mehr zu vermieten. Der Bungalow für 2 Personen ist in einem sehr schlechten und einem ungepflegten Zustand. Sehr alte und sehr in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung. Von aussen auch nicht einladend. Kaputte Fensterrahmen, altes Bettgestell mit dünner und schlechter Matraze. Das Bett war für 2 Personen sehr klein. 1.20 Breite? Zu eng. Küchenausstattung sehr schlecht. Bungalow stand schlecht und wackelte bei etwas Wind. Das Wasser war kalt auch 2 Tage in der Dusche. Sauber war der Bungalow, aber alles mindestens 30 Jahre alt. An den Lampen sind ist jahrzehntelanger Schmutz. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft nicht.

We had a broken toilet,broken fridge, no wifi which we had called up to check we would get it. The staff were very unhelpful. When we asked for help they just looked at us and said there was nothing they could do. Even the manager was useless.
Lisa (7/5): Alleinerziehende Mama mit zwei Kids- absolut zufrieden! - Ich war mit meinen beiden Kindern für knapp eine Woche in einem der „Tents“ untergebracht. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Es gibt mit Sicherheit Campingplätze die moderner sind, aber es ist sauber und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Personal ist fabelhaft. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets zuvorkommend und freundlich, haben Späße mit den Kindern gemacht. Die Animation für Kids war toll. Es gibt Spielplätze, ein Fussballfeld, Volleyballplatz, Grillplätze, einfach alles da! Es waren ein paar Tage voller Abwechslung, spass und Erholung Die Lage zum See ist natürlich fabelhaft, einfach ein kleines bisschen den Hügel runter, schon ist man da! Der Pool ist einfach gehalten, aber auch hier ist das da, was man benötigt. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder ♥️

Der WLAN reicht nicht über den ganzen Platz, und es gibt keine Handseife um nach dem Toilettengang die Hände zu waschen ebenso so kein Handtuchpapier.

Dugnoille (4/5): - L´emplacement était pas trop mal, le lac était littéralement au bout du camping. Premièrement, la taille du bungalow ne faisait pas honneur aux photos. On ne savait même pas faire le tour du lit sans se mettre sur le lit tellement la chambre était petite et il y faisait très humide. Esnuite le camping ne l´indique pas sur son site ou sur booking, mais il y a une très forte présence d´adolescents dans le camping et ils n´etaient pas accompagnés de parents, style camp de vacance, ce qui menait à dois soirées extrêmement bruyantes.

Timm (10/5): La Dolce Vita - Tolles Personal. Eine sehr schöne Anlage in traumhafter Lage. Einfach nur Super. Die Küchenutensilien könnten ein wenig umfangreicher sein. Ein Toaster wäre auch noch eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.
Martina (7/5): Für den Preis ein recht guter Aufenthalt - Top Lage mit eigenem Whirlpool. Blick direkt auf den See und rüber zum Gardaland. Der Soccer-Platz wurde von unserem Sohn ausgiebig genutzt. Allgemein sind die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder recht angenehm. Hat uns gut gefallen. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt wenn wir etwas benötigt haben und uns wurde sehr freundlich und kompetent geholfen! Wir konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken als geplant. Hat uns nach der langen Anreise gut getan und wir waren sehr dankbar dafür! Etwas kleiner als gedacht und die Ausstattung sehr spärlich. Aber ausreichend um eine vierköpfige Familie dennoch versorgen zu können. Abends war es oft sehr laut an den Wochenenden weil in der Umgebung Partys waren. Obwohl es heißt, dass keine Hunde erlaubt sind, waren dennoch in sehr vielen Unterkünften Hunde mit untergebracht. Die hintere Dusche konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil der Duschkopf schimmlig war und die Dusche allgemein nicht sauber wirkte. Aber ansonsten war alles sauber. Komisch, dass die Dusche nicht aufgefallen ist.

In dem Mobilehome war der Empfang für das wlan zu schwach, man musste extra am Pool eine kopfhaube tragen um dort schwimmen zu können zudem noch 2€ Gebühren für die liegen extra.

Ļoti, ļoti liels paldies puisim, kas mūs ar vīru ļoti lapni sagaidīja naktī no 04.09.2025. uz 05.09.2025., kad šausmīgi lija un zibeņoja. Bijām ļoti nokavējuši lidmašīnas un autobusa aizkavēšanās dēļ. Līdz ar to atbraukt līdz plkst.22.00 nepaspējām. Bijām galīgi izmirkuši. Vienīgais parasti tuvumā ir arī kāds maziņš veikaliņš (vai teritorijā), lai nebūtu jāmēro ceļš līdz lielveikaliem. Nu nedaudz patraucēja tas, ka pēdējās uzturēšanās dienās mums līdzās ievācās jaunieši un radīja samērā lielu troksni.

Alhoewel het huisje erg klein is voor 3 personen (op de site beschreven als een 5-personen huis), was er amper ruimte beschikbaar om de spullen op te bergen. Echter, was dit nog niet zo’n ramp en was het prima te doen voor een week. Wat wel erg tegenstond was het volgende: het huisje was vies en kapot. Er hingen spinnenwebben en er lag een rode bal en een geel oordopje onder het bed. Daarnaast kwam er een ongelofelijke vieze stank vanuit de slaapkamer voor de “kinderen”. Deze stank ging niet weg ongeacht de deur openen of luchtverfrisser te spuiten. Daarnaast was de wc bril kapot en een kastdeur. Ook werkte de gratis wifi niet omdat er geen signaal was waar wij zaten. Tot slot hebben wij als kers op de taart van dit verblijf 3 keer bij het restaurant naast het zwembad op de camping gegeten. De eerste keer kregen wij zeer lekkere pizza’s. De tweede keer bestelden wij de snitzel maar werden we er ziek van. Wij hadden veel buikpijn en moesten hierdoor overgeven. De derde keer bestelden wij weer pizza’s en op een van de pizza’s lag een verrote aubergine. Na dit aan te hebben gegeven kregen wij een nieuwe pizza. De service was daarom prima. Al met al was dit een slechte ervaring en zeker niet aan te raden.

Nadja (3/5): Nie wieder , keine Empfehlung - Lage war ruhig und ca. 22:30 ruhig am Campingplatz. Viele Angebote für Kinder. Italienische Gäste wurden besser behandelt, Badekappenpflicht, Liegen Kosten 2 Euro, Bungalow dreckig trotz 75 Euro Endreiniging. Geliehene Bettwäsche waren dreckig und mit löchern. Probleme bei der Kaution, 50 Euro wollte man weniger zurückgeben. ( Wir hatten 2 Bungalows) Unhöfliche Rezeption und haben keine Ahnung von der Umgebung.

Marissa (7/5): - Locatie was goed. Het is nog wel een stukje naar Peschiera, maar wij hadden normale steps mee waardoor we iets sneller waren. Terras van het verblijf was ook ruim. Het verblijf van binnen was goed, klein maar fijn, met 2 personen prima te doen. Met 4 personen wordt het wel wat krapjes. Het verblijf was niet echt schoon bij aankomst. Voornamelijk in 1 van de badkamers, spinnenweb met veel dode vliegjes etc. Het bed hebben wij ook niet comfortabel gevonden, hierdoor slechter geslapen.

The pool was spotless and great fun. Accommodation was a bit small but saying that it was very clean and had everything we needed. Air con was great.

John (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and tidy property. Good access to the lake. The evening entertainment. Every night from around 8:30pm for at least 2 hours there was 'entertainment'. This consisted of blaring music with everything from baby shark, to dance music. It was so loud that even in the accommodation with all the windows and doors shut you could hear it word for word. Completely spoilt the holiday as just when you wanted to sit and relax in the evenings, you were subjected to feeling like you were in a dance club.

Paweł (9/5): Great place for summer holiday in the nice part of the Italy to be discovered. - Huge mobile home above campings standards. At least "garden mobile home". Home localization was perfect too, just between swimming pool and the beach. Own jacuzzi was perfct. Two own restaurants that allows you to spend the whole time inside the camping area. Numerous animations for children during the whole day and special events. Huge positve for young lady in glasses who had good mood to lead swimming-pool animations. Jut born to do that and she feels that perfectly. Great mood and attitude! The man in the recycling area who is shouting a lot and is always unhappy. Maybe due to the next point. Three different trash categories at home to be segregated, but six different categories are collected. The home is not prepared to that and there was no information in advance. Very formal and "cold" reception ladies. Beach that is the smallest and ugliest in the close surroundings. Almost everyone needs a cap in the swiming pool, but some people do not. There were days that the staff reacted but the very often the same guys did not. Probably country of origin matter, if you know what I mean.

Eden (1/5): Absolutely diabolical, wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy’s dog. - Nothing Nothing had been cleaned since the last guests, rubbish, dirt and hairs strewn everything and multiple things were broken in EVERY room. I found three different types and colours of hairs just in my bed alone (also were loads in the sink), some of which looked like public hairs. There was mould and damp in the bathroom, there was rotting food in all of the bins as well as dead insects all over the floor and ceiling as well as in the actual bedding. We even found jewellery of the last guests in the middle of the floor proving that it had not even been swept. it also looked nothing like any of the pictures. When we complained the first time staff said they would send a cleaner and that there was no way to get a different room. They didn’t send a cleaner so we booked something else for the week after one night. When we went to the desk and told them we were leaving they lied and said they had sent a cleaner even though they clearly hadn’t, and also said by coincidence an upgrade was in fact now available and gaslit us saying we shouldn’t have booked another place without asking for that option first, even though we explicitly had. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. We are all students who don’t have abnormally high standards for cleanliness but even we found this place DISGUSTING. We tried to request a refund through booking.com as the campsite said they had no control over refunds. Booking.com was helpful but then said the campsite had declined to give us a refund when they reached to them. We have photo evidence for all of this, DO NOT BOOK!!!
