- christina (8/5): Sehr gute Erfahrung - Sehr freundliches Personal.

- Wendy (10/5): I really had a great stay! Nice staff, clean apartments, quiet location, good breakfast. The morning I had to leave, my - Hospitality, location, clean
- Miroslav (9/5): Superb -
- Max_wp (1/5): Bad - Good location, but... but you need to know that hotel have new wood floor with very very strong smell of wood and oils.
I hope in 1-2 months after our visit (April 2024) will be fine but now is not possible to sleep there.
- Harikrishnan (8/5): Looking forward to visiting again to enjoy the local hospitality and enjoy time around the lake - Coming across this place as the first of its kind which would be suitable for disabled friendly. I would definitely count on it to bring elderly people on a trip to Swiss and host them here to be comfortable and to show them the best of Switzerland.
We spent the NYE here, spending a quite time, enjoying a few fireworks from the neighbor hood and relishing the time walking around to explore a bit of the town. Also relished a view of the crystal clear sky and the stars, beautiful.
Great views, very friendly staff, she gave us good insights about the local food and some places to go explore around.
Stein am Rhein and Rheinfalls are definitely a recommendation to go check around.
- Marc (8/5): Very pleasant - Wonderful location just next to the lake. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The top rooms overlooking the lake have stunning views and the rooms overlooking the garden have big balconies. Most of the rooms are suitable for people with disabilities so they are very large, super practical and very well isolated for noise. The beds were hard and the place looks very sterile, like a care center or clinic.
While the hotel has a restaurant, the dinner meals are a set a "canteen quality" (fish or vegetarian) and we were the only guests having dinner there so it felt like they had made an extra effort for us. If you would like to have a nice ambiance and meal with a view on the lake, better to go next door (100 meters) to the restaurant (zum Schiff)
- Wendy (9/5): Superb -
- James (9/5): A wonderful place totally adapted for guests with profound and complex needs - The purpose Nothing
- Blair (8/5): Well suited to travellers with disabilities - Good location near the lake. Friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast was good. One of the more unusual places I've stayed in. It is specifically designed for people with disabilities, and if you are one, it will be great to be in a place which is so attuned to your needs. If you are not, the vibe is a bit strange and the room feels rather like a hospital (particularly the bed, which is a bit narrow for comfort).
- Danny (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice hotel. A great place to spend your vacation in the Konstanz area.
- Milan (8/5): Very good -
- Cathleen (7/5): Good - clean great location no air conditioning, no mini fridge
way to hot on the top floor
a fan could have helped
