• Gabriele (10/5): - Ein super schönes Appartement- ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Da ich mit dem Motorrad unterwegs war wurde mir noch extra Tape ins appertement gelegt damit die den parkausweis befestigen kann. Auch ein etwas früherer Check-in war kein Problem. Top!

• Clara (9/5): Quand le design rencontre la science, le résultat est réussi! - Le confort, et le mélange entre design et préservation de l’histoire du bâtiment. Il s’agit d’un ancien laboratoire. Chaque chambre est un studio spacieux, les matériaux sont de qualité, c’est calme et vous trouverez un piano et un fauteuil massant.

• Marcus (10/5): Had a Great Stay at Second Home Oslo - All went great! The owners were very responsive, worked out scheduling mishap and the property was fantastic. The Wifi, beds, kitchen, utensils, living room were ALL excellent. My stay was very comfortable. The location was quiet and close to 2 metro lines so very easy to get around. • Erica (10/5): - Pulita, poco distante da Solna Centrum. Self check in ma sono facile da contattare e l’host è molto gentile e disponibile. risponde quasi subito ai messaggi. Manca il microonde ma c’è il forno quindi abbiamo usato quello per scaldare il cibo.
• Roger (9/5): Great place to stay, good facilities and easy quick access into the city. - Very good apartment block with quick transportation to the city. Clean and tidy with good facilities (free wifi, free parking, EV charging [via paid app], laundry room, great on site restaurant [weekdays breakfast, lunch only]. The apartment (we had a 2 bedroom) was spacious enough, beds and living area were comfortable. Kitchenette is just enough to cook a small meal, prepare breakfast or serve up a takeaway (recommend the Indian Street Food Company 5 minutes away!). The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was simple but fantastic, well worth using, but bear in mind it's primarily aimed at the many businesses in the area so breakfast finishes by 9am. Communication with the booking company prior to arrival was good, they provide a code for the outside door (though is was always unlocked the time we were there) and a second code for the room (9 digits long, seriously ?!?!) so there's no need for keys, just make sure you've got it noted down or in your phone! It's around 10 minutes walk to the T-Bana (metro) station and from there another 10 minute ride to Stockholm central station, so super easy to get where you want to go. There's a reasonable small supermarket (ICA) close by too. Instructions for where to park were a bit complicated and we hunted around trying to translate parking signs for about 10 minutes before we realised the parking was right outside the apartment entrance, this could be made more obvious. Would also be good to give better details of which EV chargers to use and how (Easypark app). Minor point, but the 9 digit code for the room lock was a bit over the top, it's not Fort Knox!

• Vanessa (4/5): - Suuuper noisy in front of the building in the middle of the night. We woke up due to some people hanging out in front of the building, exactly where our apartment was located. 2 out of 3 nights were therefore terrible. Also, the floor was very dusty when we entered (not everywhere) and some kitchen utensils and appliances were really dirty.
• Daisy (7/5): Slapen in laboratorium - Duidelijke instructies om in te checken. Locatie op 15 minuten lopen van metrostation, je bent binnen 10 minuten in centrum Stockholm Het gebouw was vroeger laboratorium, leuk om te zien dat je er nu kunt verblijven terwijl toch nog de sfeer en opzet van het laboratorium behouden is. De kamer was ruim en stil. Fijn dat er een keukentje is. Gratis parkeren voor de hoofdingang met A4tje te vinden op de kamer. Er lag een gebruikt condoom achter het kussen in de stoel. Erg goor! De keuken had een schoon aanrechtblad maar de deurtjes en achter-en zijwand zaten vol met vieze vlekken De douchedeuren hadden geen rubberen rand aan de onderkant waardoor de badkamer in een zwembad veranderde tijdens het douchen. Het bed is maar 140cm breed met te zachte matrassen. Solna is een sfeerloos ongezellig stadje. Directe omgeving van laboratorium ook sfeerloos.

• Daniel (10/5): A second home Indeed - Very cosy and good value for the money , amazing lobby and well tuned piano. Considering the fact that it was once a laboratory the place is amazingly modern especially if you value your freedom and you can do your own room , cooking and dishes. Considering the fact that it had a coffee machine it would be good and doesn’t cost much to put a 200g of coffee.

A short walk to the tube station, so I could get to the centre of Stockholm in minutes. 2 supermarkets very close by. We didn't use the building's facilities, namely the gym and restaurant, though the food did smell great in the mornings. Highly recommend for a short stay in Stockholm.

The apartments are not far away from metro, self check-in is very comfortable and instructions were sent in a timely and detailed manner. The apartments have everything you may need for your stay. Shower, the pressure was awful.

• Leila (8/5): Lovely and confortable! - I really loved the fact it was perfectly equipped, there was even an extension cord. Moreover the bed was really comfortable. There were two spiders in the bathroom and I couldn’t understand where did they come from, because I didn’t see any cobwebs. Fortunately I’m not afraid of spiders.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Fin leilighet men lite sentralt - Veldig fin, velutstyrt og stor leilighet. Rent og pent. Ringte oppgitt telefonnummer før ankomst og fikk kode til døren. Det som var minus var at det var et godt stykke fra buss- og tunnelbanestasjonen. Mellom 10 -15 minutters gange. Det sto også i omtalen om hotellet at det var bar og restaurant på stedet, men det var kun åpent til frokost og lunch, og det var ingen andre restauranter eller barer i nærområdet. Vi ble også vekket ca kl 6-6.30 om morgenene grunnet VELDIG bråk fra restaurantens bakside.

Pleasant local walks to swim pool or lake swim or to waterside restaurant or to cemetery where Alfred Nobel and others rest or to lovely royal Hagan Park. Noisy bin men wake you up early weekdays. Asplund restaurant was closed during our stay in August. Don't know why.

• Rok (8/5): Very good - Lovely studio, clean, comfy, everything you need in the kitchen. Location is nice, short walk from T Bana which takes you to the center of Stockholm. Restaurant next door has very good vegan breakfast, recommend a visit! Almost impossible to get in touch with an actual person. They don't reply to messages on booking. Luckily we didn't have any actual issues, just had a question about our stay.

• Jackking19 (4/5): Good location and shared space but room wasn’t good enough. - The shower Bathroom had ants, they were crawling over towels when we arrived, the room was extremely hot and very noisy outside, ie cutting grass at 7:30am and workout groups directly outside.

• Francis (8/5): it suited our purposes, excellent base , easy to get around , nice pizza restaurant closeby, a number of supermarkets to - Situated in a quiet area that suited out purposes, 15 min walk to tube 10 min ride into the city centre. Restaurant times seemed a bit variable. oven instructions would have been good.The extractor fan on the cooker did not appear to work. With no reception on site there was no one to advise.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Die Lage ist mittel, alles andere ist sehr gut! - Großes recht neu eingerichtetes Appartment in einem Laborgebäudekomplex aus den 1930er Jahren. Es war sehr sauber und das Gebäude hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Das dazugehörige Restaurant war im Juli geschlossen, sieht aber nett aus. Der Fitnessraum sieht auch ordentlich aus. Im Appartment mit Küchenzeile ist alles, was man so braucht. Das Duschbad ist recht groß und wie der Rest sehr sauber und funktional. (Nur mit den Lichtschaltern im Appartment kamen wir irgendwie nicht gut klar). Solna selbst ist mit lauter hohen Wohnhäusern nicht sonderlich schön, aber man kommt von dort schnell in die Stockholmer Innenstadt. Für Stockholm ein extrem gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und absolut empfehlenswert!
