The breakfast buffet the next morning was empty - no hot food at 8am and no coffee. Told I'd need to wait...however I was on a schedule, and not able to wait for the buffet to be stocked. The floors of the elevator were covered in food debris and spilled liquids that people had to walk over and step through or kick to the side to bring suitcases in. This mess was not cleaned up during my entire stay. Asked for a receipt when checking out and was told the printer wasn't working so I was assured I would receive an email receipt that I never received, in addition to a huge billing error. Not happy. Will stick to IHG going forward.

• Laura (6/5): - To be blunt, not very happy about being woken up by staff this morning Upon check-in I was asked point blank if we were checking out the following day. I said yes and that we'd be out by 11am. We went to a wedding. Had fun. Came home late. Went to bed even later only to be woken up at 9:30 by staff knocking on our day. We paid over $200 dollars for a place to sleep. And then you interrupt our sleep to basically rush us out. We couldn't fall back asleep after that but it was then too late to get breakfast So you interrupted our sleep to ask a question I had already answered the evening prior and when my husband questioned you on check out time, it was indeed not for another hour and a half. Also, what is wrong with the pool? When we pay for certain amenities listed on your website, we expect those to be available or shouldn't our rate have been discounted? The room did not smell good. Very musty and sour. Hair in the sink that didn't belong to us Overall, big price tag for what we got. Will not recommend to hockey families for this coming season.

Bed was not at all comfortable. It felt, and sounded like it had been broken and rigged back together. Floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and missing grout. They moved when you walked on them. Noises from outside were very loud in the room. Paint/wallpaper was peeling around the window. Outside window was so dirty you couldn’t look out.

This was my second stay in 2 months, and I will not return. Both times the room was dirty and/or things weren’t working. Both times they changed my room, and wasn’t much better.

We proceeded to the next suite which I had paid extra for and at least the room smelled better. The sofa or love seat as you can see in the pictures was very uncomfortable. The television faces the wall across the room and must be lifted and turned to face either the sofa or the bed as it only turns about 10 degrees. Threre is a giant workstation or something that looks like a workstation in the middle of the room which serves very little purpose as it's too high for the cheap office chair. The bathroom contains a toilet and shower but the sink is in the room...again I don't understand the logic. The bathroom also had shelving which was falling down and didn't really seem to concern the front desk when I mentioned it. The king sized bed was very low quality and was very uncomfortable but don't get me started on the awful dollar store pillows that I was unable to get comfortable on. This will be the last time I stay at a Hilton as I expected an over $300 dollar experience and got a $50 dollar a night experience. Please save your money and book elsewhere.

Base of bed sounds like it’s about to fall apart every time I moved in bed…. Sounds like its broken and needs to be replaced. No creamers in the condiment for coffee in the rooms… only 1 packet of sugar and 1 packet of sugar substitute. Super small plastic laundry bag that hardly holds any clothes. Low water pressure with bathroom tap. Ran out of light roast coffee and didn’t see anyone overseeing the breakfast area to refill stations. Too much water softener in the water leaving hair greasy. Pool very slippery on stairs to get on as well as the bottom of the pool… not sure if this is also related to the water softener… very dangerous as we almost slipped coming into to the pool after stepping down from the last stair. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it’s definitely gone down hill since then. Definitely not worth what they are charging per night. Increased prices and reduced services. They don’t clean rooms everyday anymore.

Hampton Inn's are my normal go to places when possible because the quality is high. This hotel is no exception. We were checked in professionally. The lobby was bright. Our room was clean with comfortable beds. Everything we need when traveling by motorcycle.

• firefighterdon (10/5): Wonderful hotel and staff! - This is one of the best, if not the best, hotels I have stayed in. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and personable. Everything was very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was a listening of the TV channels in the room which isn't always the case today. Additionally, there were a lot of tv channels available. And last, but not least, the breakfast was very good including fresh fruit, different juices, and traditional breakfast items.

• Norm (8/5): - The cleanliness of the property was not as good as it has been on past visits. There was garbage in the elevator and on the ground in the main lobby area. The room was clean.
