- David (8/5): A great place to get away to destress. - It was perfect for me. I needed a place to think and this being in the plains of Texas was perfect. The property was comfortable and 100% worth the value. The room was comfortable. The staff was great!

- Keyla (10/5): Great price and super clean! - Super clean and friendly environment! I loved the layout of the room, it was super convenient to have a spacious kitchen and refrigerator! Staff was helpful and kind. I loved the homey feel. Great quality for low price. Will definitely book again! laundry area was not available when I visited, but there was a laundry mat 3 minutes away so it wasn’t a huge issue.

Two people staying in room and only left one washcloth. TV had lines going through it. Walls are very thin and could not sleep because of the loud couple and screaming children.

- GARY (7/5): very comfortable and great value - room was adequate. Access was good. The staff I encountered was friendly. The room needed more lighting in thre bath room. Bulbs were burnt out.

- Alexis (1/5): - Booking got me my room back after joy gonzoles cancelled and told me they were booked. Joy g at the front desk cancelled my booking over a missed phone call for check in after we paid a full month days before arrival. Then she only send a refund of $30 and said booking kept the rest. Booking told me that they had it so it's already commotion from the front desk to me. After booking got my room back she charged me 4 different times and once I asked what was going on she instantly called the cops on me and made up a big lie. She continued to show discrimination in major ways even refusing to talk to me and my family . I got an order sent there that she signed for, hours later she still claims she don't have my package. After getting a hold with Amazon she mysteriously finds my package that she placed under the desk so no one would find it. The next day I had to go back for another package that came with the first package when she could've gave both of them to me at once after mysteriously finding my order. She told management right in front of my family including an 8 yr old that it was her or me. She constantly tells management I need to be kicked out but for what? Bcus I addressed her charging my card after reinstatement fee. Soon after, Mike informed us that someone yanked on the outside wires and our stove wasn't working. Someone also cut off the circuit breaker to the outlets in the kitchen, remind you one day after we went grocery shopping the stove is broke and all Mike can do is say you can get a refund and leave. ..... Moving on, I booked this hotel because of the amenities, little did I know it is no washer and dryer. No game room, no fitness, no bar,. The breakfast is apple juice and waffle batter. You have to ask for bread and milk etc from the front desk and they go get it from wherever. No fruit, no meat, nothing I thought I was walking into. The owner told me to come in during the evenings with someone bcus joy will be there.
- Trisha (6/5): Fix the housekeeping knocking in early hours - I have stayed here ALOT over the last 1.5 yrs. Never had an issue with my stay,until this time. It would have been perfect has the housekeeping crew not woke me up before 7am each morning I stayed! When I opened the door this morning,I told them no I didn’t need service & I would be checking out today to which they responded with “ok what time” mind you this is 7AM. I said i don’t know like an hour & shut the door i gathered my things and left right after! I have a 6 hour drive back home,and didn’t get to sleep in either of those days!! Please fix the housekeeping issue. They shouldn’t be waking people up that early. Asking if they need towels! And also supply a DO NOT disturb sign for the people who don’t want to be bothered.most hotels housekeeping doesn’t come around until after checkout time…something needs to change!

- Barry (6/5): - This is truly a budget option. The room was “cleaned” but very old and out dated. You cannot drink the water as it’s cloudy and multiple parts of the room are damaged. But for the cost $45 per night it was safe and comfortable. The staff is amazing. I would stay again to save on my per diem but would much rather stay at a cleaner and fully maintained place. Carpets are old. Cabinets are peeling. Fixtures are loose.

- Maggie (4/5): Instalodge Hotel and Suites is not Upscale place - Trash in the corner behind chair. Chair appeared to have grease on it in various areas. Bathroom door would not close. The Kitchen Cabinets where in need of repairs, there where places in the floor that felt unsafe to walk on. Ants on the countertop. There was a notice on the refrigerator which said the room would be cleaned every day but was not. The TV went out completely. They did offer to put us in another room, but we chose not to move that late in the day. When the front door was closed, we did not feel safe because there was a space that light shined bright enough that it looked as you had a light on. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable, and it had hot water in the shower.
