- Tanya (7/5): Too many kids - Very clean and in a good area I reserved this room for 2 queens. They gave me a King and would not change my room. There was 100s of kids there gor a soccer convention. The so called free breakfast was ruined by the kids trashing the breakfast buffet. Food everywhere. Grabbing food with bare hands and putting it back. Coughing and sneezing on food. Parents letting the kids go nuts with the food. Saw a 5 year old mixing chocolate milk and attempting to make his own waffle. Burned his hand. You need attendants. Kids should not be allowed to serve themselves

My only suggestion was the mid shift staff at the front desk could have been more friendly. She seemed more concerned with her homework or whatever she was working on. She messed up our reservation and we were charged twice and it took too long for the situation to be fixed.

Conveniently located, restaurant, shopping you name it; its there. Twenty minute's from The largest bar in the US; Humble Baron, were webkicked off our celebrations. Forty minutes from downtown Nashville where we ended our celebrations with sunday brunch with family. Oh, did I mention shopping.....😉👌💕❤️

However- when I arrived to check in- i had to wait over 30 minutes for Mina to return to the front desk. I had Holliday Inn on my phone requesting a refund before he showed up. He said he was in the bathroom for over 30 minutes? Two other patrons were waiting for assistance as well. When i got to my room- the doors to the cabintes were broken. I couldnt manipulate the air to go below 72 so the room remained warm and sticky (TN is humid) Room was clean and for that i was grateful. I wont stay here again as it was overpriced for what i experienced.

- Ashley (4/5): Horrible Mattress - Extra $ for Breakfast - The bed was TERRIBLE. I wouldn’t be surprised if we found out we were actually sleeping on a box spring and not a mattress. We just made a quick stop as we were passing through on a long drive and I just wanted to sleep and go so I did not make a big deal of it but the bed was literally one of the worst I have ever slept on. Also, when I booked it said breakfast was included but the hotel told me it wasn’t. We wanted to get our long drive over with so we just left and didn’t push it but part of the reason we booked was because it said breakfast was included so we could grab something on our way out and then they told us we would have to pay more for it. Super disappointing. The hotel was clean and the room was fine other than the mattress but we won’t stay here or recommend this to anyone. Overall very disappointed.

The property told us they couldn’t give us a credit back because we went through Booking.com. We had to stay somewhere else because we had a long drive and had to sleep. I will not stay at a Holiday Inn, nor use Booking.com anymore. They should have simply given us a credit no questions asked after the alarms kept going off. This is supposed to be a “hospitality” business- take care of your customers!

The remade them but we didn’t get our food until 615. The French Dip Sandwich was horrible and my husband’s hamburger was not much better. I DO NOT recommend buying the breakfast or the dinner here.

- Tiffany (1/5): Paid for a room I couldn't check into - The ONLY thing I liked was the front desk worker named Ana she was a blessing and despite the horrible treatment we received from EVERYONE ELSE she went over and beyond to make us comfortable. The staff with the exception of Ana. Booking staff and holiday inn staff treated us horrible. We paid for the room on booking minutes before we arrived and once we arrived we weren't allowed to check in because they said booking had not sent over the confirmation that we paid. I showed them the app that said I paid, a email confirmation from that payment and my bank statement also showing that I paid and was still not allowed to check in. We spent 6 hours with three babies under 3 years old trying to get checked in it was horrible and I was embarrassed and angry. I paid why was I being treated this way. I'll NEVER book with holiday inn or booking because I refuse to go through this ever again. Then the hotel manager called me the next morning screaming at me telling me I needed to make another payment but why would I pay twice. She wanted me to pay twice then call the bank and try to get a dispute I'm not doing that when I have multiple forms of proof that I already paid. It was so humiliating and it caused me to have a miscarriage from the stress. I was two weeks pregnant and when I woke up the next morning blood was everywhere the entire situation caused me and my family so much stress and discomfort.

- Ken (4/5): - The bed was extremely stiff and uncomfortable. HVAC very close to bed and blew directly in my face all night. I’ve stayed and Holiday Inn properties in multilple locations without any issues. I would not recommend or stay here again.
- Tamatha (3/5): So disappointed - The location was good. It was clean enough To start the guest service was terrible. She was quick but didn't talk to me at all. The BEDS were so hard and lumpy!!! Neither one of us were able to sleep. I like a good firm mattress, but when I say these beds were hard, I mean like wood hard!! And the pillows, they were like nothing. I will never stay here again.
