- Connie (9/5): - This was just a small weekend getaway for my husband and me. Check in was one of the easiest we have had. The breakfast was awesome, the food was plentiful, and the breakfast workers were super friendly especially Reggie. The bed was very comfortable. Would have liked a few more choices on the TV channels. The shower needed to be cleaner on the bottom part of the shower and doors. The clerk at check in didn't tell us that we needed to let them know when we wanted the room cleaned as from what we understand should have been done. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels. I understand this was a policy changed when Covid hit, but that was 5 years ago.

- Winter1949 (10/5): Major improvement re: customer service - Had a terribly poor experience and submitted concerns to management re: a prior stay. Since that time have stayed here twice. Vast improvements noted in customer service and room care. As an elite member have come to expect high Marriott standards even at the smaller properties. Bowling Green personnel have adopted a more positive attitude toward guests, more welcoming posture, and accommodating upgrades. The housekeeping individuals are diligent in caring for the room and abide by requests for cleaning and upkeep. Highly satisfied with the past couple of stays and will continue as a frequent guest.

- JohnsCreekBob (8/5): Clean, neat and a great breakfast. Also Tesla chargers on site! - This property is well maintained and convenient to restaurants. They have Tesla charging stations on site (240v) so charging overnight was easy. 20 cents per kWh. The breakfast was awesome and the staff were so friendly. My only complaint is the in room AC was a bit noisy.

- Jeff (4/5): Hoodwinked - Booked a room that sleeps 5 . Checked in and there was only 2 queen beds. Staff brought up pillows and blankets so daughter could sleep on the floor. Staff stated it was an Expedia issue. Very disappointing after driving for 12 hours not to have a bed.

- Leslie (10/5): - This hotel is very nice! There are tons of dining options close by. It was a safe area and we felt comfortable leaving items in our car top carrier overnight. The beds were comfortable, the room was very spacious! The Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again on our way home from Florida! It’s also close to Buc-ee’s haha!

- Joni (5/5): Adequate but likely will not return unless they get better towels. - Location was good. Breakfast options were better than expected. The room wasn't super clean (especially the shower). The towels were so small and very warn. I felt like the towels should be retired to rags used to dry a car, and maybe even thrown out. The person who checked me in was very gracious (I'm a gold Marriott Bonvoy member), but she was not friendly to the guest in front of me, who was in a wheelchair. She didn't help him reach the pad to enter his credit card information. He struggled a bit and my heart hurt for him. The check in person didn't even smile at him.

One housekeeper joked that whatever property is found in someone's room is finders keepers. I will never ever suggest anyone I know to stay here unless you don't value your safety or property. Disgusting

- Cindy (8/5): Fairfield 4th of July - First, let me say that Hotels.com are liars. When I booked my trip the site stated that the price I see is the price I will pay. However, that was not quite true. $33 in taxes were added to my bill. Price you see is price you pay means all taxes and fees are included. Not true. Second, the hotel is relatively new and generally in good condition. However, there are stains on the carpet in the hallway on second floor and the caulking around my shower was absolutely gross. Moldy and discolored. Some people probably would not mind but to me it is gross and a sure sign that no one is keeping tabs on the maintenance that the hotel needs. The room doors are closed magnetically and are very loud when they close without being held by someone. Annoying early in the morning and late at night.

The bathroom was sketchy, the grout needs deep cleaning, the glass doors are rusting and look very dirty, the calk is done poorly, way to much, and they just go over the old icky stuff instead of cutting it out and putting down news little disappointed for a Marriott member experience

This year we noticed that the property is definitely in need of a refresh. Broken light shades in hallways, torn draperies, stains on walls, worn furniture in breakfast area.

- Kathleen (10/5): I would definitely stay there again - It’s very difficult to get a handicap room through booking.com. Fortunately, with Fairfield Inn, they were able to accommodate us. Lovely, large room and a bathroom big enough to hold a wheelchair! My 98 year-old mother travels with us and cannot be in a room alone. I like it everything about it this time. Even the breakfast was very good!
