• Salethia (10/5): - I love it wasnt expected the room to be so comfortable with the price it was close to stores shopping walking distance to a store even had chicken in the store so good I will definetly get this room again when I come back to New Orleans oh it is quiet with locked gates overall thank you for your hospitality

• Amanda (8/5): Decent stay for a quick trip. - Friendly customer service, clean room. It just had a “motel” odor, some disinfectant spray fixed that though. No other complaints though.
• Quantorria (6/5): - The area of the hotel was unsafe. It was holes in the curtains and it really doesn’t look like the pictures. Although the beds were comfortable, i would not recommend for the next trip.
• Verified traveler (2/5): A very disappointed Customer - Upon arrival the front desk clerk was unable to make a room key due to difficulty with their equipment. After waiting for 30 minutes to no avail, the machine still was not working. So I had to cancel the reservation and start the process of looking for another hotel. The only good thing was I am from New Orleans so I knew the city, but what if I was from out of town, a total stranger I would have been very,very upset.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - It was in a very bad neighborhood. Unfortunately there was some illegal activities going on just outside of the parking lot.
• Katrina (2/5): DO NOT SYAY!!!! - Terrible. It's in such a bad neighborhood is gated. The ice machine didn't work the park machine didn't work no hot water to take a shower. Very bad

• Raul (8/5): We had a good stay. - Check in and check out were easy. We loved the gated parking. The area wasn't the best but didn't seem like the worse. We were able to get an Uber to and from the hotel so that made things easier. The gentleman that checked us in and out was very friendly. NO bed bugs! Our room was clean and comfortable.
• Nadia (10/5): Nice and affordable - This motel is about 5 Miles away from the French Quarter. It was very clean and the staff is nice and friendly. I highly recommend it if you have a car to move around.
• David (6/5): Cheaper is not always better - It is not in a great area, but they do have a good security gate system, so I never felt at risk. But I wont be going back here.
• Leonardo (10/5): Buen precio pero esta lejos de atracciones - Muy buen hotel a muy buen precio. Habitación limpia, muy cómoda. La TV es muy vieja y sin control pero funciona. Hay piscina. El desayuno es bueno. La zona donde esta ubicado esta lejos de los lugares de interés de Miami como Miami Beach, el aeropuerto, centros comerciales importantes etc.

• Coty (6/5): An ok motel - The staff was nice and the room was clean all the way around but my toilet wouldn't flush right, it kept getting stopped up and I had to constantly ask for a plunger. Also I had to take cold showers bc the water wouldn't heat up
• Verified traveler (8/5): far from french quarter but accessible by bus. - hotel staff very helpful. let us check-in early at no additional charge. printed my greyhound tickets for free. although far from the french quarter, bus stop is just a walking distance. downside: no fastfood or restaurants nearby but there's a gas station with a mini mart next door.

• meenmo (4/5): Seriously need upgrading - The staff at check in was friendly. The room was okay, but the chair and the loveseat definitely need to be replaced or removed. It's unsightly as there were stains on both and mutiple rips on the top part of the chair. The bathroom door cannot be opened fully as it hit the toilet seat, it has a weird setting. Breakfast was very minimal; white bread, sweetened mini pastries, colored cereals and corn flakes, orange juice, milk. Peanut butter and jelly were served in giant tubs, therefore, there could be issues of contamination. FYI, the coffee tasted bad too. The outdoor pool is not in working condition and the area by it has potted plants/herbs used by the family of the inn.
• Garry (8/5): Nice place - This place was very nice for the price. Did not hear any outside noise. It is four miles from the French quarter. Everything worked in the room. Stove, fridge, a/c and tv. Staff was very nice at check n and check out. Now don't expect a two hundred dollar a night room at this price. Having said that, we will stay here again. We went to the Jazz and heritage festival and ten to the French quarter. Had a great time.
• RWP (6/5): 10 min. From downtown New Orleans - Received a free upgrade meaning; bed was now ok, bar fridge worked and an air freshener in the air conditioner wasn't needed. Couch was disgusting. Pillows needed an upgrade.
• stephan (4/5): doesnt worth - free breakfast is a lie.they have only a cereal banana and milk free internet is really poor. rooms are supposed to be smoke free but it really smells bad. couch in the room is really old dirty worn bathroom is ok bed is also ok but not the best
• Sam (6/5): Quite far from town - Only got here late, stayed the night and left early in the morning so didn't get to try the continental breakfast. There is a big locked gate at front so not just anyone can come in. The room smelt a bit like smoke which wasn't very nice. Quite far from town, $20 taxi to French Quarter.

• Frederick (4/5): The real New Orleans - Not a hotel for tourist - Neighborhood sucks and is far away from the entertainment area. Nevertheless, the staff is nice, you feel they're doing their best to keep the hotel clean and safe. Minimal breakfast. I would stay there again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Geht so - Die Umgebung ist nicht die Beste, durch das Sicherheitstor fühlt man sich aber gut aufgehoben. Negativster Punkt am Zimmer: es müffelt. Ansonsten alles da was man braucht: Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Bett, Handtücher, Shampoo, Föhn. Zum Frühstück gab es sogar frisches Obst wie Bananen.

• Michael (6/5): Great for the price. - My stay at this hotel was better than expected. The area IS a bit sketchy, but I felt safe there. Attentive staff, clean, and safe/secure.
• Greg (8/5): Not bad - Not bad at all for the price. The neighborhood is kinda sketch, but the parking is gated and free. The room was clean and the mattress was AMAZING. The water was so hot you could cook with it. My only real complaint was that the TV didnt work. But seriously, who goes to New Orleans to watch TV?

• Verified traveler (6/5): Ok, um günstig in New Orleans zu übernachten - Frühstück war ok dafür, dass es gratis war. Es gab Muffins, Toast, Obst, Kaffee und Saft mit dem üblichen Styropor-Geschirr. Das Hotel liegt nicht in der tollsten Gegend. Mit dem Taxi habe ich nachts 18 bis 20 $ vom French Quarter zurück bezahlt. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle ziemlich direkt vor dem Hotel. Als Frau alleine habe ich den Bus aber lieber nur tagsüber genommen. Auf dem Gelände habe ich mich relativ sicher gefühlt. Die Belegschaft war anständig. Man bekommt, wofür man bezahlt.
