- Francisco (2/5): - Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service.
- W (6/5): - The first day when we check in to this property, the lobby air con is not working even during our stay in this property. This property staffs working there are very helpful and friendly. They will try their very much to assist you. At this property, it is also very easy to access where ever you want to go. Even if you do not know where to go, the helpful and friendly staffs in this property can help you.
- JR (8/5): - Good location. Staff was very kind and helpful. Very nice bed. Superb breakfast and dinner served at the rooftop restaurant. Shower did not function properly, however. That’s my one complaint.
- おじさん (6/5): - 設備はやや古く感じます。清掃は行き届いていませんでした。7階レストランはもう少し片付けが必要でしょう。しかし、スタッフ全員フレンドリーで親しみのある対応でした。停電が頻発しましたが、ホテルの事情ではありませんので仕方ないでしょう。
スタッフ同士が仲良く、和気あいあいとした居心地の良さは、特筆出来ます。

My luggage was lost in my flight and the front desk staff bent over backward to help me get it back. When I paid to check out the staff accidentally shorted me 5 bucks, then there was a knock at the door and they had the honesty and style to hand deliver it. I will book again
