- ilkeun (6/5): 출장 후기 - 에어콘 청소가 잘 안되어서 침대에 누워있으면 까만 곰팡이가 너무 잘 보입니다. 곰팡이 진드기 알러지가 심해서 저녁 내내 숨 쉬기가 불편했습니다. 전기 시설에 문제가 있었는지 자는 동안 충전이 하나도 안 됐고, 아침에 콘센트 사용이 안되서 티비도 못 틀었어요. 아침엔 로비에 직원이 없어서 숙박객들이 불편을 전화로 토로하는 모습을 봤습니다. 그러나 주차 시설 완비, 넓은 실내, 주변에 다양한 식당과 술집이 있어 하루 묵기에는 편리한 곳입니다.

- EUNJU (8/5): 조식불가 - 사전 검색시 조식 제공과 조식에 대한 정보를 50%이상 감안해서 호텔을 골랐는데..사전 고지 없었고..해당일자에 방문해서 알게 되었습니다...좀 아쉬웠습니다.
- 명식 (6/5): - 청결이나 직원 서비스는 좋았지만. 에어컨이나 부대시설 자체는 그리 좋지 않았음. 목욕하고 나면 물이 흘러내린거 바로 배수가 안되는것도 감점 요인. 에어컨이 너무 성능이 낮아서 집에 있는 에어컨이 간절할 정도, 사실상 큰 선풍기 수준이었음. 주변에 아침식사가 가능한 곳이 없어서 인근 편의점에서 컵라면을 사다 먹어야 했었음, 조식뷔페 퀼리티 또한 그리 높진 않음. 금연 호텔이라 담배 안피는 사람에겐 좋겠지만, 흡연자로서는 매번 나갔다 들어와야 하는 번거로움이 있음. 차라리 따로 각층마다 흡연구역만 있었어도 나았으리라 봄.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 후기입니다. - 혁신도시여서 고속도로에서는 가까우나 한옥마을과는 8-9km넘어서 자차로 와야됩니다. 부티크 호텔이라고 보면 될 것 같아요. 침구 좋았어요. 코로나여파로 룸서비스 조식 먹었는데 개인적으로 부족하지 않았어요. 앞으로 식당에서 먹게된다면 기대가 되더군요. 장마기간이어서 그런지 객실에 곰팡이가 자라고 있었어요. 룸을 바꿨습니다. 그런데 욕조가 노출되어있고, 샤워실에 환기팬이 없는 구조적인 문제라고 여겨졌어요. 개선이 필요합니다. 여름철에는 제습기가 구비되어야 할 것 같아요. 그리고 샤워실에 옷을 걸만한 걸이가 미흡했습니다.

- Christine (10/5): Classic Penthouse - The classic penthouse wasn’t as big as I expected, but the bathroom definitely was. A huge tub inside and 2 sinks. The sink counter could have been cleaner. There were cup and soap stains everywhere. Besides that, everything else was clean. Location is good if you want food but it’s far from the bus terminal as well as Hanok. About 20,000 won I think it was. Service was friendly. Just didn’t like that they didn’t have one time use slippers and the lighting in the room is way too dark.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Seems to be running down. The area and the hotel - not much acivity. Lot of closures and restaurants nearby not open every day. No drinking glasses in room. Not much at all in way of microwave or dishes. TV had 100 channels but nothing from offshore. BBC or CNN etc would have given something to watch. There was no bar in hotel at night. Not sure why pool in penthouse not available longer- its hot enough day times. Mind you we noticed an empty pool at another hotel. Even though 28 degrees that day. It suited our purpose - but was stale.

- Victor (10/5): The place to stay in Jeonju - I have been at Jeonju and South Korea on business over two dozens times and this is the most friendly-customer property I have the pleasure to enjoy in the past 3 years in this country! The staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful and the go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. If you are visiting Jeonju The Classic Hotel is the place to stay!
- Ng (8/5): - We got a free upgrade and the room was spacious and nice. Very modern interior design. The hotel is 20 minutes taxi ride (₩12,000) from the Hanok village, and is located in the "new development" area. Many taxi drivers do not know the hotel location. You would need to have the hotel address in korean language to show the taxi drivers. Or make sure you have the hotel telephone number, so that the taxi driver can call the hotel and the hotel staff can give them the directions. Overall, very happy and satisfied with the hotel.

Bed and pillows were comfortable however a previous reviewer mentioned a constant sewage smell however upon checking with the staff, it was a fragrance the hotel used that smelled like ginseng. The hotel lacked transportation options as we needed to transfer to gunsan airport but the hotel was unable to arrange a call van for us. The hotel immediate surroundings is fairly non existent during the weekends but come alive on the weekdays

- susan (8/5): Good - Overall it's fare, I was told that there were bad orders in the room. My daughter was staying at the hotel. The reservation was made for the wrong date but it was refunded kindly after the hotel found out the mistake I made, I think that was very considerate. I would recommand this hotel to others.
