- Bianca (10/5): We loved our stay! - There are many advantages to staying at this hotel. First of all, the airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel, so carrying large and heavy luggage is not a problem at all. The hotel is also located directly next to an elevator entrance to the subway, which makes it very easy to quickly reach many tourist areas around the city. In addition, there are many bus stops nearby. It was extremely convenient for us to travel around Seoul. The rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious, with options available for both local and Western guests. Since we had a second reservation, we were also able to leave our large luggage at the hotel while we traveled to Busan. This was a huge advantage and saved us from carrying heavy bags during our trip.

- Viktor (7/5): Rooms and location are amazing, breakfasts not so much - Location is amazing, super close to the subway, stores and to a lot of other stuff Rooms are really spacious! Both the room and the bathroom, even more so for Asian standards Everything is very clean - it might've been the cleanest hotel bathroom I've seen in a looong time! Some of staff were super pleasant (the breakfast bartender for example and two foreign staff at the front desk) Higher floors have nice views if you're lucky to land the Design Plaza side Breakfast, almost everything about it - not much to choose from (I could actually name all of the options with not much problem), almost zero variation between days (7 nights), basically just one american fried food that alternated between days, that's about it No real vegetable, little fruit, food was decent, very disappointing considering the hotel's rating Most of the stuff didn't speak proper English which made things difficult at times (kudos to the breakfast bartender and the foreign guy at the front desk, who were great)

Starbucks and convenience store is just round the corner. Rooms are clean and good size for 3 of us, toilet amenities are good too as it provides some facial products.

- Franziska (8/5): Tolles Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Seoul - Perfekte Lage, direkt an der Metro, Flughafenbus hält vor der Tür. Große saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind leider auch in den oberen Etagen besonders am Wochenende sehr laut.

Fun shopping district minus the big crowds. Very limited seating area in the lobby. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have a bigger lobby with more chairs.

Staff from both reception and cafe are very friendly. Room is clean, the bathroom refill with makeup remover and skin lotion/moisturiser everyday. Its our 2nd time staying here, still as good as two years ago. This trip was to celebrate my sister's birthday, I pm the hotel and they prepare a small surprise although its seem like surprised for anniversary instead of birthday. But good afford. The room design is abit old and hairdryer is old and melted already, but still useable.

- Elisabeth (10/5): Gute Lage und sehr komfortabel um Seoul zu erkunden - Ausgesprochen schönes Hotel, reibungsloser Checkin, sehr schönes und großes Zimmer mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt. Frühstück ausreichend und vielfältig, guter Kaffee und sehr freundliches Personal. Man steigt direkt vom U- Bahn Lift vor dem Hotel aus, äußerst praktisch. Gleich nebenan ist das wunderschöne Museum und ein kleiner Park. Ebenfalls in der Nähe haben wir eine Rooftopbar entdeckt, also auch abends in der Nähe viele Möglichkeiten.

- sonoko (5/5): - シングル3個の部屋で部屋着も3着ありました。 清潔で、広さも十分でした。 チェックイン前にコインロッカーが無料で使えて、トランクを入れられるサイズだったので助かりました。 フロントのスタッフが日本語対応できる方で、タクシー予約にも応じてくださったので助かりました。 ベッドサイドの一番よく使う電源が壊れかけていて、アダプターがうまく刺さらず、一晩かけてもカメラが充電できておらず大変困りました。 ショックだったのは、香りです。不潔なものではなく、サービスの一環だとは思いますが、フロント周辺のルームフレグランスが強すぎて、気分が悪くなりました。 部屋の中も同じシャンプー・リンス・ボディシャンプーが使われていて、辟易しました。 2泊3日いるうちに、慣れて耐えられるようにはなりましたが、次は同じホテルを選べない理由の要因になりました。 個人の感想ですので、匂いに敏感でない方には、問題ないかもしれません。

The stuff in the breakfast was a bit brutal when I arrive after 9:30, although my mother was already eating, insisting that I can’t eat because tou can enter until 9:30. Even the breakfast is served until 10:00, I still think is to early to end the searving. And the gentleman from the hotel was quite abrupt. I felt embarrassed and kept this emotion for couple of hours. Also the bed mattress is too soft for my preference.

- Siviero (8/5): - Elevators are too slow!!! Sometimes it took 5 minutes just to get down. Laundry accepting only coins or one-thousand bills (or some local credit card) is not acceptable in a 4-star hotel. Breakfast: ends at 10 am, which is fine, you cannot close entrance at 9.30, it is not fair.
