- Giang (10/5): Tuyệt vời - Khách sạn dịch vụ tuyệt vời từ nội thất đồ dùng đến thức ăn đều rất chăm chút kỹ lưỡng. Cho khách cảm giác thoải mái như đang ở nhà. Quan trọng là mức giá rất mềm so với chất lượng dịch vụ cung cấp. Nhất định tôi sẽ đặt lại A25 Đội Cấn 1 khi trở lại HN các dịp sau. Chấm 100 điểm.

- Ryosuke (7/5): Good enough - Room was clean, Clarks and receptionist was kind and helpful. Location is distant from the central or touristy area. It takes 5 to 10 minutes by bike taxi. Though this facilities are comfortable for foreigner too, but to me, it seems like the main users are couples who needs relatively shorter stay. It was a bit noisy.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - 造花の薔薇が部屋に飾ってあり、殺風景ではありますが飾り気を多少感じました。エアコン、シャワー、テレビも完備でした。 ただ、エレベーターが故障中だったので4階まで毎回登るのは辛かったです。
- HYUNGRAE (2/5): 절대가지마세요 Do not stay here - 시설x 서비스x 청결상태x 소음심함 엘리베이터x 체크아웃할때 원래 깨져있었던 테이블 유리 배상하라고 누명씌움. 한참 실랑이 하다가 시간이없어서 어쩔수 없이 배상해주고 여권 받았습니다. 혹시라도 A25 호텔이 많은데 절대 가지마세요
