• Alin (4/5): Would not recommend if you want good Customer Service - I had a nice view to the sea, ATM nearby and a small shop 100m from the hotel the way the reception behaved with me and made me wait in the reception by force, so that they could check the room, as if they were afraid that I would steal their TV or something, although I was not told about this process at check in, and because of this I was going to miss my flight, because I did not calculate my allotted time and with this outdated process that has not happened in civilized countries for 20 years. Also the breakfast was very bad, i went only once to check it, after that i ignored it

Отель находится на первой береговой линии, идет с завтраками - за ту цену, которую я платила - идеально. Это не минус, а просто факт - находится на севере далеко от центра, придется ездить. Но зато спокойно и не так шумно.

All the drink fridges in all rooms are not working, they put a larger fridge in the passage way of my room after complaining to booking.com, foods are poor, the hot foods never hot in the breakfast, they were cold and often left over from the last date, you can try cold chips here. What they think to leave the cold chips for the guests, drinks run out at 8am everyday. Avoid here

Уровень взаимодействия с клиентом крайне низкий. Никто не здоровается. При обращении сдержанная отстраненная вежливость. В целом нормально. В отель вернусь вероятно. Но руководителя службы приема и размещения, я бы уволил и поставил туда другого, который в состоянии провести минимальный тренинг сотрудников. В остальном без вопросов. Все отлично.

• Jonas Raoni (8/5): The hotel has a great cost/benefit, I'd stay on it again. - The cost/benefit is very good, the room has a big window which provides a nice view to the sea, that's a nice way to wake up. The things in the room are not looking super new, but that was expected. The only thing that I'd like to comment is about the breakfast, which I think it's easy to improve: - There's a guy that can prepare omelet and also give you soup. But I didn't know it was available until I saw someone ordering it. - The breakfast looks like lunch, with pasta/rice/meat/salads/etc, but I'd say that adding western options (milk, granola, cheese, more fruits, butter, etc) would make foreigners happier 😁

• Jamie Syvell (2/5): Uneducated Front Desk Lady Ruined My Nha Trang Experience - Although it's not located in the center of town, there are still several shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is also across the street. The hotel rooms are also clean. I travel a lot for work, and I've stayed in many hotels in countries around the world. I had the worst customer service experience in my life at this hotel, and that's surprising because Vietnam is usually great with hospitality. I arrived to check in early at 12:30. The lady receptionist Thao (I don't know if that's her real name) told me that my room would be ready at 2. No problem; I joined the other guests who were waiting. The number of people waiting increased in size, so when 2PM came, there was a large crowd. When I went to check in at 2, the lady said that my room still wasn't ready. I watched as she checked in absolutely every guest who came in the hotel after me. I tried to check in again an hour later. Again, she said that my room wasn't ready. She then said that she didn't know what time my room would be ready. I was perplexed -- I reserved a basic room, and everyone else was allowed to check in, so why wasn't I? I'm not one to make things about race or ethnicity, but being the only black person in the hotel, that's the only thing that separated me from everyone else. Maybe this particular receptionist was trained to be wary of Black Americans? At my third attempt to check in, I was denied again, so I asked to see the manager of the hotel. The receptionist ignored my request, and miraculously, a room opened up immediately! She handed me a room card and breakfast ticket, stumbled and mumbled through the prepared welcome speech, and couldn't even look me in the eye. There was no apology for anything. My first job was as a receptionist in a hotel. Thao was the worst receptionist I've ever encountered. The hotel's amenities are ok-- there is no smart TV, so you have to watch basic Vietnamese cable (in 2026). The curtains allow the sun inside the rooms, so you automatically wake up at 6:30am-- not good for late sleepers. The breakfast is... okay.

Breakfast was not so much, few fruits, there was no butter, jam or any spread for croissants, some dishes were cold. Audibility is high, very noisy neighbours spoiled the rest in the room; torn sheets and spots on the blanket. The stairs to the pool were not outfitted with an iron railing ,  so it is not safe to go down into the pool, for swimming with kids this pool is so deep. Btw, the pool is located  on the highest floor and the roof is partially opened, so when it is raining, everything is getting wet : floor, towels, sunbeds.

• ukcolin (4/5): Not for westerners - The only good thing about this hotel is the building itself.rooms are nice and modern but after that it is poor.first of all there is terrible customer service(no english whatsoever)my shower didnt work properly,safe neither and got put in a twin when id booked a double.went to reception and got told the manager isnt in till tomorrow.basically 5 days later nothing got done apart from pushing 2 singles together to make a double.breakfast was terrible,catered only for russian and chinese,the only western food was a egg.coffee was cold and you was lucky if you got orange juice.location is miles away from main town but this whole resort caters for russians and chinese so close by was terrible because you just can only eat in places that cook their food.they should make this aware on website before booking so anyone else from out of these countries is basically not going to like this hotel or area.i did actually get a reply on_line after the hotels.com website review from the manager,but guess what?he must have been on holiday as he never replied to my complaint after,awful customer service.

• Kerryk47 (2/5): Disappointed - We had travelled by train from HCM and booked in For 2 nights . The hotel and rooms are clean and tidy but Beware This hotel is run by very inexperienced staff. The staff are not very helpful which was complete opposite to what we experienced in HCM. The Restaurant has magnificent views over the beach but the food was not great, breakfast was ordinary and they do not cater for westerners very well. The pool area on the 13th floor once again magnificent views but not enough seating. It’s location is a fair distance from the main area of Nha Trang, not a lot of choose for eating out, one place told us that they only cater for Chinese and wouldn’t let us in! We like to eat local cuisine when we travel but found it very hard to do so here we actually ended up eating pizza one night which was nearby, it was delicious. To get into the main part of Nha Trang you will need to catch a taxi it’s very cheap.

• nadeem (6/5): wonderland hotel close to the beach - fabulous staff but room given destroyed our holidays. ultimately they had to move us to a better room on the last night of our stay. they extended our checkout time too. smaller rooms will suffocate you. do not go for smaller rooms it isnt designed well, at times we felt that we were there to repair that room. great breakfast we loved free brekfast provided. pool was nice and staff were friendly. it will cost you a taxi fare everytime you go to the main shopping area/flower city. nice ocean views, would’ve been awesome if the windows were clean. nevermind it was an experience and I am hoping no one goes through this.
• Alla (10/5): Отличный отель с чистым бассейном - Комфортный отель. Сразу заселили на 2 часа раньше, так же разрешили оставить вещи но 5 часов после выселения. Номер стандарт с окном на город. Это простой вид, но со стороны центрального фасада с раннего утра светит солнце, в то время как у меня была полутень и достаточно было открытого окна (окна большие) и редко включенного вентилятора. Очень качественная уборка. За 11 дней смена пастельного белья была два раза. Отличный бассейн, вода всегда чистая, уборка помещения производится каждый день, так же моют покрытие бассейна и происходит смена воды, постоянно работает насос. Я ходила в бассейн каждое утро и иногда вечером ,это было очень приятно и чисто. Завтраки однообразны, но голодным никто не останется. Отель не большой, соответственно и ресторан не большой, но мест хватало всегда. Приятный, вежливый персонал. В номере хороший сейф, по размеру планшет помещается. Рядом стройка, но шума от стройки не слышно. Что не хватало: был маленький холодильник, но он не работал, при обращении к администратору, встретила милую улыбку, этим и ограничились. Не захотела портить отдых выяснением отношений. Море напротив есть, но купаться там не получится, так как это набережная. Нужно пройти метров 200 до песчаного пляжа и захода в море, но опять же купаться там не советую. Течения в этом месте гонит грязь и мусор в стороны берега. Если пройти метров 500,то будет уже чистый пляж и чистая вода. Кафе где поесть много,они на каждом шагу и можно выбрать, в зависимости от уровня цены и комфорта.

• 619ph_ngn (10/5): Remarkable honeymoon - Me and my wife spent 3 nights for our honeymoon in nha trang and it was absolutely amazing. Even though the location is a bit far from the city centre. But that is just what we wanted. The hotel is opposite the beach and our view form the window is breathtaking. Nevertheless, the staff is helpful and very nice. The complement breakfast is quiet good with many food.
• Seenshadow (4/5): Not recommended - We booked this Hotel over agoda due to a beautiful Pool and its nice view. Sadly enough we were really dissappointed by the Hotel. They do have a nice Pool, a nice view and friendly staff, but on the contrary disappoint with being far away from the city centre, dirty towels which are also strongly damaged and torn on the edges and a dirty bathroom. When showering the water couldn't flow off very fast in the bathtub so we always got 10 centimetres of water standing in there, same goes for the sink but which was blocked and couldn't be unblocked. The lights of the sleeping room were weak and could mostly only be controlled from the middle of the kingsized bed, which is a hassle if you come in very dirty and want to turn on the lights without making the bed dirty. The safe was locked from the start and couldn't be unlocked nor used, but I didn't bother to ask for a reset, because we only stayed 1 night and switched for a better and cheaper Hotel after that. The first time we got in the room we could smell smoke all over the place which mostly cleared up after opening the windows for some time. While staying for one night our airconditioner broke and wet on the floor and the cupboard. After first having problems telling the non english speaking receptionist (they do also have english speaking receptionists, but those seem to gone home after 8pm) and maintnance guy they managed to repair it in 15 minutes using our floor towel to clean up some amounts of water before calling someone to clean up the water. After drying up again they left us a very wet floor towel without replacing it with a clean one in the bathroom. The included breakfast wasn't very good so we mostly ate eggs. This hotel was definitely not worth 600.000 vnd per night (including a discount).

• 602magdag (8/5): Spectacular view! - The greatest thing about this hotel is the view from the upper floors, we had a room on the 11th and it was just breathtaking! The room was spacious and there was everything we needed. The breakfast is good, nice variety for everyone. Also, the view from the breakfast room is really great! The hotel is far from the city center which for us was a big advantage as we don't like crowds of tourist. It is easy to rent a motorbike and wander around the area. The pool on the top floor is very small but has nice view as well. Wi-fi worked great but the A/C in our room was a little bit too weak. All in all, great value for money!
• vincent (4/5): Be more open with the potential customers - Before I get started I believe you should be aware that at the time of writing this review there was major building work going on right next to the hotel, I mean like another hotel is being built next door (or at least I think it's a hotel by the size of the plot. so check before you book if this is a problem for you. Here we go, location: I believe would be very quiet if the building works were not there, but is isn't close to the main hub of the town it took us about 25mins by scooter and you would definitely need to take a cab if your gonna get to the clubs and bars. View: this hotel overlooks the sea there is no beach outside the front, The water was full of silt, the closest beach is about 10/15 mins walk. Room: first room I stayed in was clean and spacious. Facilities: Gym was woeful very basic and to be honest not very useable no mats and a couple of machines I ended up not using. I had to put a towel out the floor to cover the tiles.the reason I am maybe so negative about the gym is because one of the reasons I picked this hotel was on that basis I could have been closer and paid less for one without a gym, however I suggest the hotel either stop advertising it as a gym or improve the room maybe add some mats for the floor. Breakfast: Adequate but limited. Staff: Friendly and very helpful, Note: consider hiring a scooter very easy to use & cost less per day than taking a cab into town, it can be hire directly from the hotel
• MrsBondSomerset (8/5): Wonderful views - We stayed at this hotel 8 nights. Our overall impression is that the hotel is a bit tired and I am not really sure how old it is. The room was comfortable and has a great sea view. The size of the room was adequate with plenty of storage. Staff are really nice and helpful both on reception and in the dinning room. The hotel is a bit away from the city centre, this is the reason we choose it as we wanted peace and quiet. We also like walking so walked most of the time when we did go to the city. You can get a taxi for about 100,000 dong each way if you prefer. However there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel at night that serve really good food. My only grumble would be breakfast. The hotel serves breakfast from 6.30 to 9.30 but if you arrive at 8.45 or after your choices are very limited and the staff do not replenish the tables, one day at 9am there was no bread and the staff said there was no more!!!!
• Mai Quyen (8/5): Nice stay in Nha Trang - Room with seaview is what we were looking for. The service is also good.
