- AJ (9/5): A fantastic stay in a great Munich location with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. - Excellent location in the heart of Munich with easy access to transport, restaurants and the city centre. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxed. We stayed on the 5th floor directly below the rooftop bar on level 6. Before the bar closed at 10pm, we could hear chairs and furniture moving from above, but otherwise we had a great stay.

The staff are delightful. The restaurant is outstanding and open at all hours of the day and evening. It's a great value in a fabulous location.

- Frances (7/5): 7/10 - Good location. Parking available. Friendly staff. We were given a room that had been cleaned but had a different guest’s property inside. The staff did their best to address the situation by removing the property and cleaning the room but we didn’t feel secure after we realized the other guest might still have access to the room if they were able to get inside after the cleaning. Additionally, not a deal breaker but parking is not onsite. It’s roughly a 7 minute walk to the garage.

- Helen (10/5): Great hotel in a great location - The location was great - close to the Viktualienmarkt for breakfasts and coffee, and to the Marienplatz and Old Town for tourist attractions. The complimentary drink in the rooftop bar was a nice touch as was the free mini bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning wasn't very strong so it was hard to get the room cool enough to sleep well.

La camera era nuova e pulita. bevande gratuite nel frigo bar, calice di prosecco di benvenuto sulla loro splendida terrazza. Anche se sono arrivata prima dell'orario di check in la camera era già pronta e il giorno della partenza mi hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in albergo fino all'orario del treno. Personale sempre gentile e molto disponibile. Anche il ristorante dell'albergo molto buono e a prezzi onesti. Tutto più che perfetto!!

Hotel restaurant was convenient for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant and rooftop bar was popular with locals as well. Complimentary beer, soda and water in the room was a nice touch. The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay.

- Kathleen (10/5): Friendly and clean retreat in Munich. - What a welcoming place to come into after our harrowing experience getting into Munich on the train. The staff person was so upbeat and we were able to eat in the restaurant and feel taken care of. Also, the location was perfect. We just walked around the neighborhood and found shops, outdoor restaurants and markets and it was a great way to get acclimated to Germany. The elevator stopped between floors so we still had to manage suitcases to get up to our floor. On the last day they helped us which was wonderful.

- 64ct (8/5): Rooftop Bar a Hit! - We loved the location, as well as the free beer, water, and Cokes that were replenished daily in our mini fridge. The rooftop bar was a highlight—always busy with both locals and hotel guests, but we still managed to get a table each time. We also enjoyed spending time in Gartnerplatz, day drinking alongside locals, while still being close enough to Marienplatz for the more touristy atmosphere. One minor issue: we had a food and drink credit included with our reservation, but were still charged for something we ordered. It wasn’t too expensive so I let it pass since they allowed us to check in early at no extra cost.

- Andreas (8/5): - Lage. Das Comfort-Einzelzimmer war geräumig mit Doppelbett. Gute Schallisolierung zur Straße. Bequemes Bett. Extrem hellhörig zum Flur. Jedes mal aufgewacht, wenn eine der Nachbartüren ins Schloss fiel. Zimmer war sehr warm beheizt. Ich hatte keine Möglichkeit gefunden, dies zu reduzieren. Frühstück: kleines Büffet, im Prinzip hat nichts gefehlt, aber auch nichts besonderes. Dagegen schwer erträglich beim Frühstück: die Laute Popmusik von vor 25 Jahren.

- Claus (9/5): Tolles Hotel Erlebnis - Wow, das war mal ein gutes Hotel Erlebnis. Ich bin am Abend angekommen, an der Rezeption, die 24 Stunden besetzt ist, sehr freundlich empfangen worden, konnte gleich ins Restaurant gehen, wo ich gut gegessen habe. Das Erlebnis mit dem Hotelzimmer war wirklich positiv, angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr sauber, ein interessantes Waschbecken aus Glas mit Beleuchtung. Die Balkontür konnte ich über Nacht gekippt lassen, der Balkon ging auf einen schönen Innenhof, es war sehr ruhig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach bombig. Ich komme garantiert wieder. Hatte schon einige Hotelbuchungen in München, wenn ich noch einmal dort hinfahre, dann nur in dieses Hotel. Zur Geräuschdämmung wäre es gut, die Türen unten mit einem Schallschutz zu versehen.
