Loïs (7/5): Fine for a short stay, but not clean. - Staff was lovely and location is great. Views also lovely. Unfortunately it was a very dirty hotel. Room was do-able but The windows arent cleaned so the ‘mountain view’ is blurry. The gym and pool are like post-apocalyptic… breakfast was meh - bread was stale and fruit wasn’t fresh. There was dogpiss on the couches in the lobby. Lots of random dust and hair in the hallways and lifts. For what you pay, they can really put a bit more effort in the cleanliness. I guess they dont care bc people won’t ever come back.

KatieMe (10/5): Excellent service and location - I like the location -- very accessible to everything and near the Sapa station. The staff are very helpful especially Mr. Tuan. He is so accommodating, proactive to our neefs and friendly. We initially booked a family suite but was upgraded to a corner room with a balcony to enjoy the spectacular view. The room is spacious and the hotel lobby feels so welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices that will suit to everybody's taste in your party. There is nothing that I don't like.

It was dirty and really needed a deep clean or renovation, sad looking decor and the roof wasn’t built very well so when it started raining, dirty water was coming into the pool. Staff didn’t seem to have a lot of information about the local area (busses to neighbouring towns, etc)

Céline (9/5): Très bon séjour dans une chambre triple. - Très bon Hotel, avec un situation hyper centrale et une vue exceptionnelle. La piscine est très agréable. Petit bémol, tout n'est pas en excellent état (même si en bonne état et que cela n'est pas préjudiciable au séjour). Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très riche en mets salés, mais propose peu de choses sucrées ou de fruits autres que des agrumes.

Franziska (6/5): Eine Lady, die in die Jahre gekommen ist - Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Sicht auf die Berge war schön und einladend. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum und der Motorradverleih unseres Herzens war 2 Fußminuten entfernt. Da wir in der Juniorsuite geschlafen haben, wurden wir mit frischem Obst und Plätzchen auf dem Zimmer überrascht. Auch hatte die Suite 2 WC‘s und einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem wir die Sonne genießen konnten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass der Lärm auf den Gängen und der des Straßenverkehrs kaum zu hören ist, so dass wir in der Suite die Ruhe genießen konnten. Das Hotel ist jedoch eine Lady, die in die Jahre gekommen ist und seine beste Zeit erlebt hat. Die Juniorsuite hat ein großes und geräumiges Hauptbad. Allerdings ist die Dusche ebenerdig und ohne Wasserauslaufbegrenzung, d.h. nach dem Duschen steht das halbe Bad unter Wasser und man muss auf das WC des 2. Bad ausweichen. Für Rollstuhlfahrer sinnvoll, ansonsten recht umständlich. Das Frühstück was mittelmäßig. Ab 9.15 Uhr wurde nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Verständlich aber als Gast nicht einladend.

The staff were so lovely, accommodating and patient so we were never worried and the staff helped us with booking taxis and directions to go to places. محمد (10/5): - الطاقم كلهم ممتازين صراحة خدومين وسريعين في الاستجابه طلبنا تغيير الغرفة لأوسع منها في خلال خمس دقايق قاموا بتغيرها وطلبنا منهم يصحونا الساعة 3 فجر لانه عندنا رحلة وخفنا ما نسمع المنبه وعلى الموعد صحونا ما قصروا ولما تطلب منهم يوفروا سايق ياخذك جوله عندهم ارقام اشخاص متعاملين معهم ممتازين اما بالنسبة لموقع الفندق ممتاز جدا في السنتر قربك كل شي على يسارك فيه حلاق وغسيل ملابس وعلى اليمين فيه محل بيتزا وبرجر حلال يبعد دقيقه مشي فقط - في الطابق ال8 مسبح واطلاله جميله على الجبال - المسبح لا بأس به يحتاج الى تنظيم اكثر واهتمام . - احنا اقامتنا فيه وقت الشتاء برد شديد ولكن الماي كان ساخن ومناسب في دورة المياه لانه بعض الفنادق الماي عندهم فقط دافئ خفيف . - بإختصار انصح فيه ولو رجعت ل سابا مره ثانية راح يكون اختياري نفس الفندق . لا يوجد

PH (9/5): Comfortable room, great views, staff and convenient location - The staff were very helpful - they were kind to WhatsApp me mid-stay to check that we were happy with everything which was a nice touch. They were also very accommodating to allow us to take some breakfast away in a box for our train journey back to Hanoi. The room was comfortable and location was great. We stayed in Room 319 and were awoken by the scraping of chairs downstairs during breakfast and was quite surprised at how loud we could hear it 2 floors up. This is the only thing that stopped us scoring our stay a 10.
Richard (10/5): - Great location, fantastic views, modern professionally run hotel. Do not get your laundry done here. It was crazy expensive! Walk across the street and there are two or three places that will do it at a fraction of the price.

Lauma (10/5): Amazing stay in amazing hotel! - The property is located in the heart of town which gives you opportunity to get to restaurants, shops and easy walk into town centre. It’s name speaks for itself, it is truly amazing hotel. We loved to stay here. It was quiet and peacfull with beautiful views from our room. Breakfast was super delicious and their own restaurant had a awesome quality food! Staff are very helpful and welcoming, we truly enjoyed our stay here and would reccomend to anyone! ❤️ Nothing, all was amazing!

The reception Orchid help me to booking bus and following up till - 漂亮的大廳，餐廳的食物很棒，房間非常乾淨舒適。 Fansipan 山的風景是最棒的位置。 Beautiful lobby, excellent food in the restaurant, very clean and comfortable rooms. The view of Fansipan Mountain is the best location.

Chỉ chưa đến một tiếng sau tôi có nhu cầu đổi sang ngày khác lùi 1 ngày, nhưng rất tiếc là đã không được chấp nhận mắc dù tôi không hoàn trả và tôi biết ngày mà tôi xin lùi khách sạn vẫn còn phòng loại đó và họ nói nếu muốn lùi ngày tôi sẽ phải trả thêm 50% giá phòng. Tôi rất không hài lòng với kiểu đón tiếp "thượng đế" kiểu này khi mà "thượng đế" đã vào tròng của họ. Tôi bỏ luôn.
Martine (7/5): Ongezellig - De locatie was goed, de kamers waren schoon en de airco werkte goed. Het uitzicht is inderdaad amazing! Ik vond het een ongezellig hotel. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid maar het westerse deel was erg beperkt en niet lekker. Het zwembad en de gym zijn oud. Er vlogen muggen door de gangen en dat vond ik persoonlijk erg vervelend.

Julia (10/5): Séjour très agréable et confortable - Les chambres sont très confortables, propres et bien isolées. Le personnel est attentionné. L’hôtel est très bien situé avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La partie piscines à l’air un peu plus vieillissante que les autres parties mais cela restait satisfaisant

charisse (8/5): - Decently big variety of breakfast options, yoghurt especially was good. Staff were kind and helpful, going the extra mile to offer assistance when the opportunity arose. Hotel was overall clean, and the soap provided in the room was nice smelling. Location was good - decently central, yet not noisy. Massage environment could be improved - for instance, by using a stronger aromatic scent. Breakfast quality was at times a little lower than expected

Floran (10/5): Amazingly relaxing hotel - The room was very spacious, neat, and with a nice view of the mountains surrounding the village. The bathroom was the best we had during our time in Vietnam, it was really good. Cleaning was also really good. Best was probably the reception staff, they were really helpful and kind. They helped us with getting taxi's and recommending restaurants and things to see in the area. Would definitely recommend going here!
