They were screaming outside the room and they were slamming the door from 1 am to 3 am and nobody takes care of it. Also the sauna costs are too high.

• Guest (4/5): צוות אדיב אבל המלון לא שווה את המחיר. - המיקום היה טוב מאוד, חניה במלון, חדרים גדולים, צוות אדיב. ארוחת בוקר לא מגוונת, ללא ירקות, חוזרת על עצמה כל בוקר. ארוחת ערב מזעזעת. כששלימנו, הבנו שהבריכה כלולה וכשהגענו למלון, אמרו לנו שזה בתוספת תשלום. המחיר של המלון ממש לא תואם, יקר שלא בצדק. מקלחות קטנות.

• Werner (7/5): - Wir haben schon am Morgen um 5 Uhr ein kleines Frühstück bekommen. Die Lage war nicht besonders gut da die Straße nach Cortina erst am 6 Uhr offen ist.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt in der Realität deutlich weniger ansprechend als auf den Fotos! Auch im Ort selbst gibt es nur wenige gute Essensmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht stimmig.

• Dorota (2/5): - Widok z okna Czystość Niestety nasz pobyt w hotelu w San Vito lo Capo nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Po przyjeździe otrzymaliśmy pokój przeznaczony dla osób niepełnosprawnych, w którym łazienka była zalewana wodą, co uniemożliwiało normalne korzystanie z prysznica. Mimo że hotel nie był w pełni zarezerwowany, dostaliśmy ten pokój, prawdopodobnie ze względu na nieuprzejmość obsługi na recepcji. Śniadania były monotonne – każdego dnia dokładnie to samo, żadnych warzyw. . Na plus mogę dodać, że obsługa przy śniadaniach była miła i podawała kawę, a widok z pokoju był naprawdę ładny. Czystość na dobrym poziomie. Dodatkowo okazało się, że korzystanie z basenu kosztuje 35 euro za osobę, a nie otrzymaliśmy tej informacji przy rezerwacji przez Booking, a był to główny powód wyboru hotelu. Po dwóch dniach zmieniono nam pokój, ale zarówno w pierwszym, jak i w drugim pokoju cały czas unosił się intensywny zapach jedzenia. Ogólnie pobyt był rozczarowujący, zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o standard pokoju i uciążliwe zapachy. Na pewno nie polecam w tej cenie, choć widok z pokoju był ładny, a obsługa przy śniadaniach była w porządku.

• Milos (8/5): If you are looking for a cheaper accommodation with decent stay... - It's an old hotel that needs a heavy renovation, but for the money, you can spend a good time there. Bathroom was renovated more recently and the sheets were super clean. The staff was really good as well as the breakfast. Even though booking said the room has two separate beds, they were connected for the first night, and only separated next day after our complaint.

Camera molto ampia, avevo prenotato una doppia e abbiamo piacevolmente trovato una seconda camera. Il personale è gentilissimo, l'hotel è stato ristrutturato ma rimane il fascino dei primi del novecento, molto curato anche nel giardino. La colazione andrebbe migliorata un po' nella parte dei dolci. Essendo estate e non trovare l'aria condizionata mi ha lasciato un po' perplessa, dato che in altre strutture era menzionata, abbiamo dovuto lasciare le finestre un po' aperte. Comunque sono stata contenta!

• Azhar (5/5): Disappointing and not fitting to the description of the hotel. - The two rooms suite in the eaves were spacious and clean and the breakfast was reasonable. The staff were polite and courteous. After a tiring day, given the price of the hotel, we would have expected things like a kettle, tea bags etc in the room. The receptionist said this wasn't supplied as a standard item as the hotel given its star rating they were not obliged too. I did point out that these things were pretty much a basic requirement by customers, especially given the price paid for the room. Whilst the receptionist did get the items from the kitchen but disappointingly there was a charge for this service. Two other hotels in the region we stayed were cheaper; the facilities were superior and items like kettle, tea bags were provided as standard. This hotel is dated, facilities are run down.

• Giulia (6/5): Ottimo lo staff ma non ritornerei - Lo staff molto disponibile sopratutto quello di Sala e la receptionist Laura. La posizione era comoda rispetto agli impianti di risalita e volendo passava anche una navetta gratis per l’impianti di San Vito. La camera non era ben pulita, c’erano peli e capelli sia in camera che in bagno. Quest’ultimo in particolare non era minimamente simile a quello mostrato in foto con la tavoletta del wc rotta e una doccia aperta priva di box doccia che ha allagato il bagno rendendo le fughe delle mattonelle ammuffite. Volevamo usufruire del servizio piscina ma il primo giorno ci è stato detto che il costo era di 35€ in quanto avevamo prenotato da Booking, in seguito quando abbiamo richiesto due accappatoi (non presenti in bagno) ci è stato detto che avrebbero avuto un costo aggiuntivo di 15€ per un totale quindi di 50€, a mio parere eccessivo.

• Carrie (10/5): Loved my stay. Such a treat ! - I liked the property! It was decorated very cute and elegant. The staff were phenomenal and made me feel so welcome even though I spoke no Italian. The bed was cozy and the room stayed warm. I loved the blanket ! Hot water in the shower too. What else could a girl ask for !? The breakfast was excellent and the WiFi was really strong and reliable. I would stay here again anytime.

We were asked to pay €25 each per day to use the swimming pool, which came as a huge disappointment given that this was the main reason for selecting this hotel. The receptionist told us that this was in the conditions. However, reading through the details on B.com, they have clearly separated the swimming pool from the Wellness and spa, which showed as an additional charge. Our three night stay would have cost us an additional €300 just to use the pool. How is this justified? Why can't b.com hotels be compelled to be 'upfront' about whether the use of the swimming pool is "free" or not, and also if there is a time limit on its use. It was very frustrating, and to a degree, spoiled our visit to a beautiful part of the world.

• Charlotte (1/5): - Nice views from the balcony and beautiful building. The staff wasn’t helpful, very stressed and in really bad mood. Have never experienced such unwelcoming atmosphere. The bed is small, too hard and can barely count as a real bed. The light from the street makes the room too light during the night. No access to the very small gym without a fee (not stated in the description), breakfast was ok but no veggies and there’s a lot of disturbing noise from the road.

• Sofia (1/5): La camera non corrispondeva a quella della prenotazione - La posizione. La camera assegnata non assomigliava per niente alla foto ed alla descrizione presente su Booking. Vi dovevano essere 2 letti singoli e invece era 1 letto alla francese. Con solo 1 comodino perché la camera era così piccola che il letto era appoggiato alla parete! Dei 19 mq segnati in descrizione la camera faceva a malapena 10 mq. La parete di fianco a letto era piena di umidità. L’odore in camera era un misto di polvere ed umido. Abbiamo starnutito tutta la notte. Dormivamo con la finestra aperta perché mancava l’aria. Il letto era scomodissimo. Le finiture pessime, pavimento rovinato, doccia rotta ecc… All’evidenza dei fatti ci è stata offerta la Spa, che se no solo per chi prenota con Booking costerebbe 25€ a testa al giorno. Prezzo che non avrei pagato per una spa piccolissima e super affollata.
