• Roper (9/5): Enjoyable - It was clean pleasant to walk into smelled wonderful in the lobby area. It was difficult to get into the facility. The traffic patterns to access the hotel is unclear.
• Brenda (9/5): It was a great stay. - Breakfast was great! The place was amazing very well kept up. The location was a bit on the odd side but it was easy enough to get there. The Staff was great BUT if you book thru bookings.com and book more then 1 room be sure to check receipts. I went down to check out and told the staff member my room number. She ended up checking me out of my in laws room and I ended up never checking out of my room officially. So the staff member didn't listen to what I was telling her.

• Roth (2/5): Ok hotel, terrible beds - Location is ok, staff is nice. The beds in the rooms are terrible. I have 2 beds in my room. One is completely broken, you can see the damage through the sheets. The other feels like its about 15 years old. Has a noticeable body print, and tons of divers. Some of the worst beds I've ever experienced.

Very personable staff who were engaged in making sure we were taken care of. Breakfast staff were having fun while working and kept food restocked. GM, Zenia greeted guests, made sure we had everything we needed.. She offered to get refills and asked about our stay. Cleanest place throughout. Outside light shining into our room. Would have been nice to have a blind or shade to block.

• Jennifer (10/5): - The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Fluffy white towels and sheets, extra pillows. Lotions and shampoo in the shower. HBO on tv with many other channels. It's located in an area with many food options. We did not get to stay and enjoy the breakfast but saw the area and serving buffet on the way out. It looked like it was going to be good! The walls do seem thin as you can hear faucets and showers being turned on in neighboring rooms. It was not too annoying but might be if you get a noisy neighbor. Even having said that, we would still definitely still return to this hotel again. Thank you, Fairfield Inn & Suites, for a lovely stay!

Staff seemed friendly. Parking situation is good. Breakfast was very good and coffee always fresh in the lobby. The pool is small but clean. The gym is small but clean. Weekdays seemed to be mostly business travelers and the weekend seemed to be mostky families. Overall a nice, clean hotel in a nice area.

• Karen (10/5): Excellent location when visiting the Columbus Zoo, very friendly staff. - Very clean and a good location. All pillows were too soft and you could hear some traffic noise from the close proximity to the freeway.

• Brayajah (7/5): We enjoy staying at Fairfield on our travels, hopefully our next visit is a little better than the last. - The location is ideal for where we frequently travel to and from each week for work and family matters. There was a particular male associate who checked us in for our reservation that was a bit odd. Asked … a bit too many questions for our liking. We have become regulars here at Fairfield. Being asked why we are staying here, why we came back, have we been here before, etc.. it was a bit more than we had encountered with the other staff and was quite uncomfortable and unprofessional. We were also questioned about why we were asking for extra pillows. We pay enough money to stay here without having to answer to why we want extra pillows. Aside from that, we booked our reservation a day in advance rather than day-of and paid nearly $70 in advance “taxes and incidentals” and still waiting to see any portion of the incidentals charge refunded.

No one in my party was able to get a decent nights sleep because they were so uncomfortable. Also, they locked the settings on the television, and we couldnt change the brightness. The screen was so dark that it was challenging to read the subtitles, which my mother needed...
• Kate (10/5): Comfortable stay for the weekend - Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff were friendly and personable. Room was bigger than I anticipated. Shower was a highlight. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options. Pool was nice for a quick dip in the evening. The hotel was located very close to the attractions we were visiting while in town. Only downside was that our room was right next to the kitchen so it was super loud as soon as they started prepping for breakfast and as they cooked and cleaned through the morning. I had to sleep with earplugs.

Small tv in room, my mini fridge was so cold that all of my beverages and food froze and couldn’t be used as intended. I even requested it to be looked at and was told maintenance would come but it wasn’t fixed. The breakfast at this location was poor. Lower quality than we’ve experienced at other locations and we even opted to skip breakfast after a couple of days. Drinks were watered down and texture or certain items was disgusting.
