- Mark (10/5): - Very friendly staff. The owner knows Spanish and English. Needed clothes washed, and, completed by staff for a reasonable price. I needed to get to the bus station and the hotel owner informed me that it was across town ( a kilometer away). She graciously had her son drive me there (I was favoring a knee injury from the Camino de Santiago the prior day). All-in-all, an excellent experience at this hotel.

Très contente de mon séjour. Bonne continuation. La mauvaise qualité de l'air en fin d'après-midi à cause des incendies qui sévissent de plus en plus, même problème à Léon.... Pensons à respecter un plus mère nature.

La atención de Loli excepcional estuvo en todo momento pendiente de nosotros y nos dió muchas ideas para comer y ver por Villafranca. Por poner un pero el colchón sonaba al moverte y eso resulta un poco molesto.

- Anina (10/5): Instalaciones muy útiles, espaciosas, cómodas, modernas y limpias. - La comodidad porque la nuestra era una habitación cuádruple diferenciada como en 3 estancias: vestíbulo, baños y dormitorio. Nos daba como más independencia e intimidad entre nosotros. El baño al ser espacioso y doble en todo era muy útil para los 4 que éramos. También la limpieza y la ubicación. El trato de la anfitriona.
