• ruth (8/5): What we needed for a one night stay - Helpful staff, clean room, comfy bed. Individual codes for front door and room. On a frequent bus route. Tesco express on the corner useful for breakfast. A couple of eateries/bars nearby too. Nothing. Room 4 was as described and shown with the bed against the wall. The separate bathroom was down the corridor. I had imagined it would be immediately next to the room. Good shower. Some hooks or a shelf would be useful for clothes though.

• Carol (8/5): Enjoyed my stay. - Enjoyed my stay, clean and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location in a lovely community, Tesco and a good pub for food very nearby. There was no breakfast available which was a shame, its not the traditional Guesthouse without that option. I didn't have an ensuite, i had the separate private bathroom which is down the stairs. It is maybe more troubling to the next door bedroom, than it was to me, noise wise with a stiff lock! There didn't seem to be much soundproofing, very loud talking from next door room.

• Aria (9/5): Comfy, fast, easy, no hassle, good price and location. - I like the room and the system there. Codes were given so you didn't have to wait for someone to check in, you just enter the code enter the building and then use the same code to enter your room. My room was a nice and had everything needed. Overall I enjoyed my night there. The only downside might be that, although I had my own private bathroom, but it was situated outside the room so it wasn't en-suit in the traditional sense, but it wasn't also advertised as one either. Otherwise everything was great!

• MENG (10/5): a very happy staff and clean room and nice staff - The room is a little far away from the center as described in hotel introduction but there is bus to center and personally I liking walking, I enjoy walking 40 minutes to center. There is Tesco express nearby. The room is cleaned everyday by staff and bath room is much more spacious than I expected. I have a 28 inch large luggage, it cause some inconvenience since the bedroom is small but if you have a carry-on luggage or backpacker. It shouldn't be a problem. Last minute I know there will be Dublin half marathon on my check out day and I talk to malaysia staff who can speak chinese and also hotel is owned by Chinese, therefore no language barrier. They advise me to leave not later than 7 am to catch my 12am flight. They respond very quickly and I think it's worth the price I paid and I will stay again if I come back.

• Jessica (7/5): Very expensive for what it is - Property is in a very quiet/nice neighbourhood, rooms were clean, manager lovely. Very expensive considering how far out of the CBD it is, and no good restaurants or bars close by. Furniture/furnishings in room were a bit shabby and could do with an upgrade. Curtain on the door are transparent so room is never dark. TV is hilariously tiny - think Michael’s flat screen TV from the office, completely unusable.

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas (signal trop faible), je n'ai pas eu l'impression de recevoir les instructions pour l'accès à la chambre, c'est une personne qui s'occupait de l'entretien du bâtiment qui m'a aidé.

I had an issue with noise when I stayed and they handled it well and provided a complimentary nights accommodation. No reception and no contact details for staff provided in room if you needed assistance with anything. No iron/ironing board provided in room. Some rooms are outside the main building and need to be accessed via a courtyard - from a personal security point of view, I didn’t like this.

• Couple Travellers (9/5): Met my needs for a work stayover but would use for leisure - I came back again as enjoyed the stay over last time was up for work in the city. Location is perfect for my office location. Self check in really easy and simple, room and bed very comfortable, clean bathroom and room. Nice little touches of chocolate and biscuit on the bed. Felt secure and safe in room as solo traveler.

• Dec (6/5): - It was a warm small room with double bed and separate toilet and shower one floor down. The wall is definitely not sound proof as could hear person/s next room. It’s an old house georgian-type building that is maintained but needs a bit more. Also there was a kettle in the room but the cord was short/ socket unreachable so had to plug it on the floor. Small tv. If this was big, i think you wouldn’t think that the room was small. Small tv in a small room looks very small.

• Peter (10/5): Great room in a convenient location at a reasonable price. - Access was clear and simple. The room was a good size, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The private bathroom was small but perfectly functional and clean. The public dining and sitting area were not clearly marked - I only discovered these on the second day when the door was left open.
• Deborah (10/5): Camera confortevole e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Ho soggiornato presso la struttura per 3 notti nella camera con bagno privato esterno (si trovava al pianerottolo appena sotto, quindi comodo e accessibile). Camera piccola, ma assolutamente confortevole e molto bella, pulita, tutto il necessario. Mi sono sentita a casa. Posizione a 40 minuti a piedi dal centro o a 15/20 minuti con autobus (linea E1 ed E2 con passaggi frequentissimi). Assolutamente consigliata, tornerò senz'altro quando passerò nuovamente da Dublino 😊

• Paul (4/5): Staff were friendly but the walls are paper thin so if you want a good nights sleep - give it a miss - Convenient for heading to UCD and / or walking into the south part of the city. No breakfast options. TV is miniscule (the size of my laptop). The walls are paper thin - the barely slept as it felt like the person snoring next door was lying next to me!

I’m not sure if I had to pay separately or should asked about it. Overall stay was very comfortable and location -excellent. The room was too hot during the night and there was no way to adjust the heater.

Great value for money. I had an external bathroom (by choice) but it wasn't really an issue as it was about 10 seconds from my room. I seem to have had neighbours (heard them when outside my bedroom) but didn't hear them from inside my bedroom. It was on a fairly busy street but didn't hear the traffic. There was a parking space for one car. I forgot my sunglasses and Martina kindly contacted me while still in Dublin, to say I had left them behind. She offered to post them over to my home in France. So nice.

• Cassondra (10/5): Cute, quiet neighborhood - perfect sized room and comfy! - Perfect location, not far from a Tesco (if you’re in need of quick items such as toothpaste, deodorant etc) and a very close walk to a bus stop (if you need to get to the city centre). A very quiet neighborhood and the perfect sized room. The staff is extremely friendly and kind, I would absolutely stay here again. You’re far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough that you can get there in just a few minutes. It’s an adorable neighborhood and a very cute place. Checking in and out is a breeze and they are very accommodating to travelers coming in early AM flights. Don’t hesitate! Book it! I stayed for a week and I have no complaints!
