• Klaudiusz (10/5): It’s nice to return to Perko Apartments :) - That was no our first time with Perko. Apart from excellent location, the apartments are clean, cosy and with all necessary kitchen utensils. You can wash your clothes (all detergents provided). Great contact with the person looking after the apartment. It does feel like home there. Actually, you don’t need to prepare your meals in the apartment as just downstairs there’s a great restaurant serving delicious dishes. All in all, a place worth a visit and recommendation.

• Julia (10/5): - Idealnie, widok z okien, przestrzeń, super wyposażenie, dwie łazienki, duży salon!!!! Idealnie położony, kilka kroków do plaży, sklepu, autobusu! Do lotniska 10 minut. Super!!!!
• bogdan (7/5): Locație superbă, raport preț calitate bun. Mult peste Grecia. - Este chiar la malul mării. Foarte curat. Foarte aproape de plajă. Priveliștea de pe balcon este superbă. La parterul clădirii funcționează un bar. În general închid muzica în jurul orei 24 dar au fost nopți când pe la ora 03 AM încă era dată muzica la maxim . Baia este foarte mică și cu mari probleme la instalație. Mirosea ca într-un veceu public. Există un balcon, în cazul în care vrei să fumezi, dar este minuscul .

• Lucia (9/5): - Sehr Sauber, gut ausgestattet Wohnung. Gute Lage, die gleichzeitig eine Nachteil war, aber vielleicht nur für uns als Familie. At night time was loud, you could hear the music from the bars and Restaurants on the street. That was the only thing.
• László (8/5): Jó szálláshely baráti társaság, vagy egy család számára. - Könnyű volt a kommunikáció a házigazdával, a szállásnak nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak. A város zaja alig vagy szinte nem is jött be a szállásra, nyugodtan lehetett pihenni. A konyhai eszközök nagyon jók. A hűtőszekrény túl pici, egy csoport számára nem megfelelő. A fürdőszoba picit kicsi. Hiányzott egy mosógép.
• Robert (10/5): Lovely stay in Kastel Stari - Beautiful view over a small port Host was very helpful with some small issues that are all fixed now It is above a pub which was playing music until midnight, all good if you're out there enjoying the night too. Maybe just bring some ear plugs for sleeping if you plan to do any morning trips on a boat or to the national parks

• Adriana (7/5): 👎 Atenție la Luxury Apartments Perko - Mi-a plăcut maxim localizarea, să deschizi geamul dimineața cu această priveliște, mai rar. La început am fost încântați ca avem restaurant chiar la parter, însă mirosul de mâncare, muzica și gălăgia până târziu în noapte, nu a fost chiar așa plăcut, depinde cât de obosit ești și la ce oră dai stingerea 😁 Foarte important: pozele din descriere NU reflectă realitatea. Sunt, probabil, poze din apartamentele cu doua camere plus living & bucătărie. Camerele în apartamentul nostru au fost atât de mici încât ușa de la baie, de ex, se deschide doar 45° , pentru că dă în pat, la fel ușa de la balcon și cameră. Pe de altă parte, a fost amuzant să stabilim " reguli de circulație " în dormitor 😁 Este neplăcut să ajungi la cazare după 10 ore de condus și să nu găsești un săpun în baie, așa încât primul drum să fie la magazin, în condițiile în care în descriere apărea că avem produse de igienă, așa că nu am venit cu ele de acasa. Pe tot sejurul NU am avut wifi , nici TV deloc, chiar dacă am semnalat asta de doua ori, proprietarului. E drept, nu pentru asta mergi în concediu, dar ar fi fost plăcut să putem asculta o știre sau o muzică. Situația a fost în toată clădirea, nu doar la noi. Am solicitat cameră cu balcon, pentru că soțul fumează, am primit cameră cu.... hai să fiu drăguță și sa-i spun pervaz, nicidecum balcon. Am avut "alocate" 3 suluri de hârtie igienică pentru două persoane, 9 zile de cazare 🤪, în condițiile în care era specificat că locația oferă produse de igienă. Mergem în concedii de peste 30 de ani, dacă la cazare nu se ofereau servicii de curățenie era anunțat din start sau găseai un mop + găleată + mătură la cazare.... aici nimic . NIMIC, nici curățenie, 9 nopți, nici măcar un mop pentru baie!! Asta mi s-a părut ca arată a sictir maxim din patea gazdelor.

• Pat (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was like home from home spotless clean and well equipped and in beautiful location .views from balcony were spectacular. We arrived late flight and didn't get to apartment until midnight which they knew on booking they told us on booking that they would send house keeping collect us but on arrival she was not able to do so that was fine as I got my own transport to apartment but I had no idea how to get into apartments and which one was ours they could have told us the arrangement details before hand for late check in very disappointed. Also when we checked out I send text to house to know what do I do with keys when leaving and also regards if were booking again for next year if available or not.our flight was a late evening back and when we were getting our bags from down stairs the people were having the same problems dad know which apartment was theirs. Anyway we enjoy our stay Best regards pat casey
• Katharina (8/5): Nice apartment in central location - Front row in nice Kastela Stari, balcony overlooking the little harbour. Restaurants, shops and town beach in easy walking distance. Because of the bar downstairs quite noisy until late (3am). Contact didn’t show up for checkin neither for further infos.
• Keaundra (1/5): Short, but uncomfortable and disappointing. - The location was in a perfect spot. Close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was a decent size for two people. The host was a bit rude. I asked if I could drop my bags off before the check in time (which other hosts have allowed me to do) and she rudely said no because of the cleaning that needed to be done, only for the apartment to not be fully cleaned. Upon entering the apartment, the door handle fell off, there were stains on the wall, the bed was outdated and not comfortable, the kitchen stove had smudge on it, the dishes were dirty and looked old (they needed to be replaced), the stove fan wasn't working, and there was a huge moisture/mildew stain on the ceiling. I understand it's in an old stone building near the sea, but other places that I've stayed in that were old did not have the moisture spots on their ceilings or anywhere else in their homes. I paid a lot of money for only two nights (one of the most expensive rooms I've stayed in Croatia) only to experience the worst problems. I tried communicating to the host to see if we could come to a resolution about maybe refunding some of my money or even just bringing this to her awareness and she did not respond in a professional way.

The only thing was parking which really wasn’t that bad.

I love the quietness and the fact that the beach is a walking distance I wish they had Beach towels. Check out procedure was not efficient as communication was not done.

• John (10/5): Brilliant - We liked everything, the view in the morning of the sunrise was magnificent, location was spot on , the apartment it self was excellent, we needed an iron and the host Aneta lent us one for the night and the bottle of complementary wine and water was a nice touch .I would defo stay there again
• Ondřej (7/5): very nice and enjoyable. - property was really nice and in the possible best place. even though it was a little bit noisier everything calmed down after 12pm. the large one apartment was new and clean with everything we needed. the balcony in the small one was really nice too. small apartment was kind of dusty. it was visible that no one was there for a while. the clothes hanger was kind of rusty. the electricity was not working two times, but it the quick action of host was saved it. the Wi-Fi was not working when we came. some construction was present

• Sozanne (4/5): Very Disappointing - the location of the property is very nice and scenic, balcony is nice and the external property looks pretty -it is right under a bar which plays loud music until at least midnight so don’t expect to sleep until then -no air conditioning or fan in the bedroom which is far away from the living room so even with door open no cool air gets into the bedroom, making it very hard and uncomfortable to sleep -Wi-Fi is not great, weak signal and often just goes down -kettle is old and takes forever to heat up water -luxurious is a bit leading with the title, definitely not luxurious and you would be expecting a lot more with the price you are paying - travelled to zadar and Dubrovnik, and this was the least comfortable stay and most expensive, was glad to get out of here and get a proper sleep

Bran' met us on site, and was so helpful and a really lovely person. We were so sad to leave this beautiful village and the stunning apartment. We created some great memories here that will last a lifetime.

It was a day bed without enough cushions at the back making it impossible relax on and use as a sofa. Lovely comfy bed. Good kitchen. Nice shower room. Was expecting the larger balcony.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice, well equiped apartments right on the water. - The apartments were right on the water and was well equiped with a kitchenette (our apartment did not have an oven). It is a nice, quite location between Trogir and Split. It was close to the airport, which is why we chose it.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful view - The self catering apartment was lovely. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small balcony which overlooked the sea and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The only downfall was hot water when having a shower, it went cold. I asked about this and was told that the tank needed to fill up, so if every apartment is being used then this might be an issue. Overall a fantastic stay in a lovely area if Split.

• Kawanna (8/5): Great view - Very noisy! - The view cannot be beat! Though the balcony is small (you'd be hard pressed to get two people out there despite the two stools they provide), it, along with the windows, still afford a fantastic view of the sea. The apartment is a good size and has a sofa-bed, so additional people can stay. However, the bathroom is inside of the bedroom, so be aware of that if you are sharing. The kitchen is small but works for this type of setting and you can definitely cook a meal. Kitchen comes equipped with most of what you will need as well. Bathroom is small but shower is a good size and good water pressure. However, the bathroom also smelled horrible - I couldn't tell if it was the toilet or the sink but you could definitely smell something that resembled rotting fish (think sea water smells), especially when you turned on the sink. I wound up brushing my teeth in the kitchen due to the odor - but didn't get this smell from the shower at all. Really comfy and large bed - good to sleep on. For the area - while the view is great, be aware you are really close to the airport and in direct flight path - very loud. So, if you are planning on staying in the apartment, be prepared for the noise. Also note that the area is fairly lively for the local folks who live there - lots of of loud talking and laughing from outside. Not a quiet place to stay. Owners arranged for affordable transport to airport, which was a very nice perk. Would stay here again!
• Emma (2/5): Terrible hotel - owner stood us up - Absolutely terrible. We organised a late check in with the owner the night before, only to have him tell us there was a problem when we followed his instructions of calling 15 minutes before arrival. He said someone would be there in a few minutes, but he never turned up. We were stranded outside the apartment. He turned his phone off so we couldn't call him and we had no access to wifi to receive an email about a cancellation that he made while we stood outside waiting for him. We had to find another hotel on our first night in Croatia after 11pm at night.

The newly renovated apartment is lovely, with an outlook to the sea and a little balcony. The host was friendly and helpful. And it's located in a really lovely village. I am definitely going to recommend this place to my friends.
• Kimberley (10/5): Great apartments!! - We stayed at Perko Apartments for 1 night before flying onward. We chose the apartments due to their proximity to the airport and good price. The apartment was beautiful! Very clean and modern with great sea views from the balcony. The town is quiet and pretty and there were quite a few decent eating places within walking distance. We would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!!

Great service and the views from my balcony was gorgeous
