I was actually ignored at first then told I needed to leave my 5 and 6 year old CHILDREN in the room upstairs alone while I got another key. They didn’t even kick those guys out! • John (9/5): Overall it was fine - The room was clean, the staff was very friendly. THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM. I WISH THEY COULD AT LEAST HAVE DONUTS ARE SNACKS FOR THE GUESTS.

• Proutt (3/5): - The location was perfect the ladies up front at the desk were polite We stayed for 5days not once did house keeping knock on our door until a hr before check out . They moved us from one room because of plumbing issues next door the other room had the same issues….

• Charita (1/5): I check into the hotel a little after maybe 2am. The lady that checked me in were super nice. I had been on the road for - It sets off of the interstate and only a few minutes to drop off my rental car. The whole building reeks of smoke and marijuana. The white maintenance guy. Was rude, obnoxious and racist. The room heat didn’t work, the bed had stains on the white duvet cover. Behind the bed was bug residue.

• Brian (1/5): This place should be shut down. - Nothing The place was filthy all over. You could smell smoke and rotting trash. There were many stains on the carpet and bed. The towels were not clean. The side tables had burn marks. As soon as we turned the light off cockroaches started to walk around the walls and curtains. Our stay lasted only 45minutes.

When we had driven for 7 hours. room type i booked online wasn't the one that was provided when checking in the front desk said they ran out of kings. that's fine we still had a room with beds not a problem just wanted to sleep. when looking at the pictures they didnt match from online yes i understand that the room was 60.00 i realize you get what you pay for, but a room shouldn't smell of wet cigarettes or the hallway for that matter hits you right when you get to 2nd and into the room where it feels as if that is where the cigarettes smoking started. the door frame was definitely broken into at one point. punch holes in the bathroom door. water leaking stain on the ceiling. the worst part after everything of this was we turn the tv on after being on the road getting in late and tv doesn't work it said no signal i called the front desk she explained it was gonna be out till the morning .. alright fine... next morning when i asked about the cable in our room a different front desk rep said only channels from 20 up work that only leaves you with 6 channels to choose from at that point remote didn't work please asked for another one that one didn't work i just used the side buttons to change through my 6 channels of fox news :/. all these things added up to be uncomfortable

• Jeremiah (1/5): Horrible and nasty - Nothing at all Roach invested beds the whole room itself the hallway to the room nothing is good about this place they false advertising like real bad room looked nothing like the picture when we got here bed sit low we got a bed with no top blanket only sheets and smell like smoke in a non smoking room staff rude and eww disgusting, only part look decent bout the whole hotel is the lobby ! And that’s sad then we had to be transferred to another room cause the first One we had was just so bad i got videos i can’t upload on here , curtains had holes in it floor was coming up bed was just tacky .

• Ebony (5/5): My stay was just OK - The location was prefect. It was 6min away from the field house from my son’s basketball tournament. The lamp was broke in the room and there were roaches. There was furniture in the hall way. Just slot of cluttered. No breakfast at this hotel and I understand why now,

It said smoke free the whole place smelled like cigarettes room was so nasty the place looked like a haunted abandoned place so scary ppl in out all day

There was no lock on the door to the outside of the building. There were no deadbolt locks on doors. I waisted my money because i didnt not stay. This is not a safe environment.

There were no lights, no towels, a cracked wall, and the whole place was dirty and nasty. She felt unsafe staying there with her daughter and had to leave immediately. When I called, the staff told me I could request a refund. But later I received an email saying the reservation was “non-refundable” according to their policy. This is ridiculous, because the room conditions were nothing like the photos and absolutely not safe or livable. Don’t be fooled by their pictures. This place is not good—it’s awful.

Tive uma pessima experiência, ocorrência polícia nos 2 dias que fiquei , sujo , cheiro forte de dogras nos corredores e no quarto , pessoas circulando que nos deu medo , no 2º dia eu fechei e saí pq teve ocorrência policial muita sério e o hotel Ficou cercado . Não tive nem um apoio do aplicativo para eu poder ir pra outra acomodação , eu simplesmente perdi o dinh pago . Muito triste . Propaganda totalmente enganosa . Eu está com minha filha e não poderia deixa elas correrem risco de vida . 😭 Não gostei de nada , infelizmente nada é igual as fotos ou o que foi falado nos comentários . • Sherri (1/5): It was horrible!!! Would not wish this on my worst enemy - Nothing. It was a horrible place to stay so we didn't. I wasn't the only one with a nasty rok. Room was horrible. There were bugs in the lamp shade, dirty mattress that was stained and had food all over it, sheets were dirty, bathroom wasn't clean. Didn't stay asked for a refund and left within 10 minutes. Have been fighting with both the hotel and booking.com for a refund.

• Shenequa (10/5): - Nice & quiet!!! I didn't like when hotel maintenance tried to enter the room when occupied without notice & realized it when the door was latched. He should have been told the room was occupied, other than that the stay was great!!!
• Leal (4/5): Family disappointed 😞 - I was disappointed with the place because the room they gave us was very dirty and smelled terrible, we found cockroaches. I had to request a room change. In general, the only clean thing was the entrance. The furniture, curtains, and carpet were very worn, the sheets were burned by cigarettes, and there was a smell of marijuana from the moment you entered. For the price, I wasn't expecting luxury, but I did expect cleanliness and comfort. The location is very good, but I felt very unsafe being there with my children.

• Cory (2/5): Don't judge this book by its cover 💯 - Only thing was decent was the front lobby All doors had no locks on outside doors, facility looked abandoned, did not reflect pictures of booking, there were unsavory characters around the hotel the entire time, the maintenance man, or management was rude, after being checked in he made an issue out of me and my folks sitting and talking in the lobby for a long length of time, rooms were smelling mildew, there were windows broken around property, the worst hotel I've ever experienced.

• Michael (8/5): Last Motel/Hotel I will ever stay in - Nice location, beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Was given a room that was occupied which I thought was very unorganized. After given another room, we settled in and relaxed a little while. The room was decently clean with a few issues. White powdery substance on floor near corner of room. Cigarette burns on comforter of a non-smoking room. Tv had a bad signal and didn’t work well.

Cockraches and food in the corridors. Cockroaches in the rooms. Dark and Smelly room. Horrible Smell everywhere. Awful. This should not be allowed to be on Booking.com. Waste of money.

The hallway to the rooms looks perfect for the set of a horror film with all the filth and bad lighting. Those carpets need a vacuum badly like badly badly or tear and place some tile. Found cigarettes in the room and it was a non smoking room. Cleaning crew seems to be there for decoration.
