Нам даже достались комплименты (подарки) во время выселения, что было особо приятно. Номер просторный, есть кондиционер, чайник, минибар, который пополняют каждый день, тапочки при заселении, очень были кстати. По запросу дали утюг на все дни пребывания. Постель большая, приятная постельное белье, подушка не много высоковата была, но терпимо. В ванной есть хороший фен (бывают слабые в отелях), отличные плотные большие полотенца и банные принадлежности, которые каждый день меняли. Также каждый день проводили уборку номера. Завтраки скромные, так как мы жили и в других отелях, то поняли, что это класика для Флоренции. Яйца, мясная и сырная нарезка, тосты, хлопья с молоком и йогурт. Ну и круассаны с кофем подают. Нам к номеру достался доступ к террасе на крыше (не знаю все ли могут туда попасть), откуда открывается вид на главный собор. Столовая зона и номера все оформлены старыми фресками в Флорентийском стиле. Нам это очень нравилось, да и весь номер, то есть полы, шкаф, мебель в старинном стиле. Кроме ванной. Если кто то любит все современное, то это не для вас. До центра 2,2 км и хотелось немного ближе все таки к центру, так как нахаживали достаточно по городу за день, но прямо у отеля есть остановка и можно удобно добираться в центр либо на смотровую площадку. И преимуществом в дали от центра есть то, что ночью можно отрыть окна и спать с свежим воздухом. В лампах на прикроватных тумба, было бы намного приятнее, если был теплый свет, а не холодный синий. Это решается элементарно, и это больше просьба хозяевам, чем недостаток. И немного поскрипывала кровать ))) Поэтому ничего толком плохого сказать не могу.

• Hella (6/5): Es lohnt sich - Klein und fein. In dem besten Haus der Strasse gelegen. Ein und Auscheck reibungslos. Umfassende Information durch den Hausherrn. Grosses Zimmer mit Bad. Heizung und heisses Wasser voll funktionsfähig. Frühstück klein aber speziell mit Ei etc. Leider nur 2 Sorten Toast,kein weiteres Brot. Es wurde stets nachgelegt,da Präsentationsfläche klein. Frühstück wurde in einem auf altertümlich hergerichtet Taum serviert. Klein und etwas beengt. Darum auch Frühstück in zwei Sitzungen,die vorab mitzuteilen sind ( 8.15bis 9.00 und 9.00 bis 10.00). Die Inhaber waren reizend und um unser Wohl bemüht. Anfragen nach 2.Zahnbecher und Bügel waren umgehend besorgt. Es gibt einen Baristaautomaten und einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit kostenlosen Wasser aber auch zu bezahlenden Getränken im Zimmer. Umfeld sehr verschmutzt. Das Haus liegt am äußersten Rand der Altstadt,eher schon ausserhalb im ärmlichen Wohngebiet. Fussläufig ca 20 Min zu den Highlights. Leider war das Badezimmer an der Badfensterseite stark verschimmelt,auch die Fliesen waren schon leicht befallen. Die dunkelblaue Wandfrabe hat dies nicht verdecken können. Der Duscheingang unten komplett mit Seifenresten verklebt,die sich dort wohl schon lange befunden haben. Ansonsten tägliche Reinigung und TÄGLICHER Handtuchwechsel.

No es precisamente lejos (el tram està cerca y en 15 o 20 min a pie se llega al centro), pero no està ubicado en las areas màs comerciales o transitadas del otro lado del rîo, lo cual también puede ser positivo si uno està buscando tranquilidad :)

• Aida (6/5): Almost pleasant….. - -clean -quiet area -the staff helped us with a map and gave us good information for what we can do in Florence -big room -very good heating -all you can need for a bathroom -the most disappointing thing was the breakfast, not for the selection of the food, but for the lack of it when we arrived to eat. We came at the hour indicated by the host (around 9 am), but we had a big surprise when we saw the plates almost empty. The guests before us finished a big part from the breakfast, but no refill after them - we found some leftovers on plates or in bowls. We asked for some cheese and sombody brought some pieces, but n refill for the rest like ham, salami, eggs , fruits, cakes etc. It was clear that the breakfast existed, but not enough for the rest of the guests. In the next morning, the same situation - almost empty plates,almost nothing to eat - we asked again for food, they cut very small portions and brought to us and also prepared two eggs. It was so annoying and disappointing to pay for a service and actually ask for it, even though it was normal to receive it without further comment. We were thinking that the breakfast is for all guests the same and with the same attention from the host because we didn’t arrive after the mentioned hours. For us it was one of the main reasons when we choose this B&B. - the area of the breakfast it is small and for this reason we ate in a “office”, near to the kitchen - not so pleasent. - it ia located in a building with other neighbors.

• Magali (5/5): Expérience mitigée - Proche du tram. Quartier un peu excentré mais centre ville accessible à pied (20/30 min). Tres propre. Petit déjeuner compris (pas de solution alternative dans le quartier). Les hôtes parlent français Simple vitrage, quartier plutôt calme mais bruits de circulation constants. Chambre plutôt froide. Mauvaise isolation au niveau de la fenêtre, le radiateur ne fonctionnait pas et la climatisation réversible peinait à chauffer la pièce. Le frigo semble hs. Quartier moyennement secure : certains soirs je n’ai pas été rassurée pour regagner l’établissement seule. Accueil et explications en anglais alors que j’avais choisi cet établissement notamment pour le français ( hotes absents le jour d’arrivée). Organisation en amont un peu laborieuse, réponses partielles et manque de réactivité lors des échanges avec les hôtes.

• Kurt (4/5): I would not recommend staying here. I would suggest a Hotel in town closer to the attractions - It was clean You are given four keys to use to enter the building. I didn’t like how you had to inform the owner of your actions when and when you will not be there for breakfast and the politics he thinks America should go to. He was very nice in the beginning but not so much in the ending. They had a mini split but it was set to winter so we had no air movement and could not open the window for all the mosquitoes that would come in. He said it was a safe area but he made sure our rental car was empty for we went inside.

• Gabrielle (10/5): A brilliant B&B, would highly recommend! - Cannot recommend this B&B enough! Sara was brilliant during check-in and gave me a detailed overview of the sights I should visit and a list of neighbourhood restaurants (La Scarpetta and a fish restaurant on the corner of the roundabout) which were both great. The location is great - about a 15 minute taxi from the airport or 20/25 mins via tram. The tram station is a 5 minute walk away and it's only 3 stops into the city centre. Even better is the walk down the river to the main sights (if the weather is good enough!). The room was spacious and a free bottle of red wine was provided on arrival. The towels were soft & fluffy and the bed was very comfortable. There was a USB socket by the bed which came in very useful. I loved the roof terrace and saw a gorgeous sunset over the Duomo on my first night. Marco and Cristina were very friendly and Marco gave some great recommendations regarding tourist attractions and where to visit both in and around Florence. The breakfast buffet provided a lot of choice: yoghurt, fruit, ham, cheese, homemade cakes, pastries and fresh juice. The breakfast room is decorated beautifully with original paintings and this adds a lovely sense of character and charm to the building overall. Would 100% return if I am ever in Florence again. Nothing - a perfect stay. Would definitely return. Thank you Marco and Cristina!

Before arrival I made call to the hotel and we got instructions how to get there by tram, from railway station it was really simple . When arrive we got quite detailed recommendation about the restaurants nearby and explanation how the use local public transportation. We got also recommendation of places to visit. • Mani (10/5): - The room was large and clean The breakfast was not as good as I accepted, the eggs was hard and cold they hardly had any food selection They could do much better than this, we did not enjoy breakfast

• Carola (9/5): Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen - Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützend und haben uns tolle Tips gegeben bezüglich Florenz Die Villa ist sehr schön renoviert das Bett war sehr gemütlich und das Frühstück sehr gut und variantenreich stilvoll präsentiert Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

• Ivan (9/5): Fantastische ervaring ! Voor herhaling vatbaar. - De ontvangst was zeer verwelkomend. Cristina hielp ons zelfs met de valiezen. We kregen enorm veel uitleg over de stad Firenze en over de plaatsen die we zeker moesten bezoeken. Cristina hielp ons ook met het boeken van Gli Uffizi en de Galleria Accademica. Het ontbijt was HEERLIJK en ook de vertellingen van Marco waren zeer interessant en aangenaam om te horen. Een héél vriendelijk koppel. Het bed was ZEER goed en van uitstekende kwaliteit, maar wij hadden een extra groot bed verwacht (zoals vermeld op de reservatie) terwijl het bed hoogstens 1,60m (queensize) was.

• Stephania (6/5): Bonito pero alejado de todo. - La habitación es perfecta, amplia y espaciosa. Todo perfectamente limpio. La ubicación. Está a 30 minutos caminando del centro histórico, atravesando zonas muy residenciales, incluso un parque un poco desolado y oscuro. La zona no es turística.
