The housekeeping staff should be changing towels daily not every other day. There were no amenities at all. The location is what made this property a good place to stay. With a little improvement of the furniture and fresh linens daily, it could be a real gem. Furniture needs replacing, amenities would be nice and fresh towels daily.
• Alessio (4/5): - La posizione é ottima Il mio soggiorno in questa struttura è stato purtroppo segnato da una grave mancanza di igiene e di attenzione professionale. Per una spesa di **436 € per due notti**, è lecito aspettarsi uno standard di pulizia impeccabile, cosa che in questo caso è del tutto mancata. Al mio ingresso in camera ho riscontrato la presenza di diversi peli sulla porta scorrevole. Nonostante avessi prontamente segnalato la cosa e l’avessi mostrata personalmente al personale delle pulizie inviato in camera, la sera, al mio rientro, la situazione era rimasta invariata: la stanza era stata riordinata, ma lo sporco segnalato era ancora lì. Questo episodio dimostra una superficialità inaccettabile. Non si tratta solo di una svista, ma della mancata volontà di risolvere un problema igienico specifico dopo una segnalazione diretta. Se non viene pulita nemmeno una superficie visibile come una porta dopo che è stato richiesto esplicitamente, sorge il dubbio sulla qualità della pulizia del resto della stanza. Sono stato in strutture decisamente meno costose dove la cura dell’ospite e l’igiene sono messe al primo posto. Qui il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente ingiustificato. Spero che la direzione prenda seri provvedimenti, perché gestire un hotel in questo modo, a queste cifre, è una mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente. Non ci tornerò.

Possui uma cozinha compartilhada no andar, que quebra um galho, e que tem um café da manhã servido pela equipe muito gostoso. Possui elevador, o que ajuda muito. As toalhas são trocadas somente a cada 3 dias.

Specifico che non è prevista la colazione, si tratta di una loro cortesia. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, comunque essendo mansardata faceva caldo. Abbiamo provato ad accendere l’aria condizionata ma senza successo . Non abbiamo avvisato nessuno perché era tardi. In ogni caso abbiamo dormito bene con la finestra aperta.

• Morticia74 (8/5): soggiorno breve ma gradevole, Firenze è sempre una meta valida. - La posizione è ottima, di fronte a piazza della repubblica a due passi da Santa Maria del Fiore, in pieno centro. L'entrata è sotto i portici di fianco all'Hard Rock Caffè, il palazzo è molto bello e le camere si trovano al 4° piano (con ascensore). La colazione non è compresa ma c'è una zona, all'ingresso, in cui allestiscono un piccolo buffet con torte e macchine per cappuccino e latte, cereali ecc.. a disposizione degli ospiti. il bagno è spazioso, con doccia e bidet, l'arredamento pratico e i letti confortevoli, c'è un piccolo frigo e all'arrivo trovi le bottigliette di acqua, a disposizione il bollitore con bustine di tea, caffè, camomilla e biscottini. il self check-in è molto facile da effettuare. le indicazioni per trovare il posto non erano proprio precise, ci è stato indicato un negozio nelle vicinanze, come riferimento, che probabilmente non esiste più quindi abbiamo un po' faticato a trovare il portone. tutte le camere sono sullo stesso piano, tranne una che si trova ad un piano rialzato accessibile solo con una scala stretta a chiocciola, questo è stato un po' un problema perché abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà a raggiungerla, credo possa essere utile segnalare prima se avete difficoltà di deambulazione, così da evitare di trovarvi con la camera accessibile solo con le scale, come è capitato a noi.

We were limited by knee issues but loved this location for exploration and occasional breaks.at cafes etc. Checking in elsewhere and trying to follow google maps walking with bags through city. Wifi was unreliable. Also a TV channel guide even in Italian would have been helpful in the room.

We have a king room with two couches. So nice to lay your stuff out on and it had a mini refrigerator. The also offered coffee and a light pastry in the morning. You could only get towels every third day.

Il personale gentile e accogliente. Abbiamo trovato la camera pulita, peccato per la vista che era rivolta all’interno. Le camere con finestra su piazza della repubblica hanno sicuramente un valore aggiunto.

Ortak alanda sabahları kahve ve atıştırmalık var. Bina çok güzel tam meydanda olmasına rağmen dışardaki gürültüden uzak. Bebek yatağında problem vardı, iletince hemen çözdüler. Odalardaki ses yalıtımı kötü. Diğer odalardaki küçük sesler bile duyuluyo. Bebekle konaklayınca bebek ağlamasından dolayı başkalarını rahatsız etme düşüncesi oluşuyor. Küçük bir öksürük bile duyuluyor başka odalardaki. Ayrıca standart oda çok çok çok küçük. Yatak haricinde bir tane ufak masa ve yaklaşık 1 metre uzunluğunda tahta bir oturak var. Bu durum bebekli yolculukta eşyaları koycak yer sıkıntısı oluşturuyor. Bebek yatağı koyunca başka hiçbirşeyi koyamıyorsunuz.

• Pınar (10/5): Marvelous - It’s location was perfect, in 1 minute walk you are at Duomo, in the mornings there is free coffee, tea and some cake in the kitchen area. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Everything was perfect

• Jane (10/5): 10 out of 10 - Elevator! Spacious room. Small balcony was a treat. Location on Piazza del Repubblica: had free music every day plus it's the original centre of the old Florence. Easy walking to everywhere. Room service every day. Skinny pillows.

• Leonardo (9/5): - Excelente la ubicación del sitio. Fue un plus contar con una cocina donde cada mañana ofrecieran varias cosas para picar, se agradece sabiendo que no está incluido el desayuno. Adicionalmente hay una máquina de easy vending que tiene productos a buen precio. Muy limpio y ordenado la habitación Creo que deberían alertar que hay una legislación que no permite el uso de aire acondicionado en invierno. Viajaba con un familiar que sufre de calor por las noches y este invierno ha sido más caluroso de lo habitual. Igualmente agradezco que nos dieran un ventilador como solución temporal.

• CRISTINA (9/5): - Las habitaciones eran muy bonitas y el hotel estaba muy céntrico. El pequeño desayuno por cortesía del hotel fue un punto, el café era buenísimo. Mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones sobretodo en las segundas noches en adelante

• Sher (8/5): The room was comfortable but the location was amazing - There wasn't a paid option but they provided a coffee machine in the shared area along with cake, cereal and pastries free of charge. The jammy shortbread pastry was amazing and really good drinks. A really nice and much appreciated gesture. The staff were very helpful and although the water was off (not hotel fault but in the area) they did try to offer solutions such as going to a different building under their control or bringing tanks of water. Frustration as last day. The beds were really comfortable and I actually liked hearing the music from the bar that I've seen other comments on. It was fair value for money and if the issue with the plug sockets didn't exist would definitely recommend and even with those issues I would likely return the fridge didn't work and a lack of electrical points with one we could use by the door and the other two being by the bidet and sink which is not ideal

• Jen Lee (8/5): - Great location and building that felt really safe and grand in a bustling piazza. Also the small snacks and breakfast in the communal kitchen was much appreciated. The hot water and shower pressure was amazing. Hotel reception is about a 5 min walk away from the actual property. No AC or ventilation in the winter period, and as it was rather warm, we had to open the windows.
