Manuel (9/5): Weekend à Marrakech - Très beau séjour dans ce magnifique riad au cœur de Marrakech. La décoration l'ambiance et le confort étaient au rendez-vous. Mention spéciale au personnel, vraiment exceptionnel par sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité surtout Anaya avec son sourire. Nous aurions simplement apprécié un accueil un peu plus personnalisé de la part du propriétaire, que nous avons croisé sont réellement échangés. Mais cela n'enlève rien à la qualité globale de notre séjour. Ils nous ont ils nous ont réclamé 2 € pour un expresso.
Melisa (10/5): - El riad es hermoso, muy cómodo. Aunque más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos. Pero perfecto. El desayuno era excelente. La atención del recepcionista. Solo hablaba inglés. Y no buscaba la forma de comunicarse para entendernos. Hizo todo muy incómodo. Ni cuando le puse el traductor se quería comunicar. La verdad que no me parece bien para el riad que el personal no esté dispuesto a comunicarse como sea. 2 días antes d nuestra estancia nos íbamos al desierto y solicitamos dejar la maleta en el riad para cuando volvíamos. Mi pareja llamó y hablo con alguien y amablemente nos dijieron q no había problema, a la hora que llegamos al riad con la maleta nos atendió este chico y no quería cogernos la maleta, hasta q la cogió y la dejo en un salón compartido a la mano de todos. Nos fuimos rezando para que la maleta estuviera al regresar. Gracias a Dios a si fue. Pero fue todo muy incómodo y desagradable.

Carole (10/5): Séjour au riad magnifique - Nous avons aimé l'accueil du personnel qui s'est adapté à notre arrivée tardive. Ils ont été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre était spacieuse et joliment décorée, la literie était confortable. Le petit-déjeuner servi sur le rooftop était délicieux. Le riad est dans une rue calme dans la médina tout en étant assez proche de la place des ferblantiers et de la place jeema el fna Rien
Tina (9/5): We had a wonderful stay at the Riad Agdal Royal and spa. - The staff were wonderful. Always smiling and ready to help. Very knowledgable regarding all enquiries. If they did not have information available, they checked and responded quickly. Our rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The only issue we had was not having a key to the building next to the Riad (where our rooms were located). We appreciated that the reason was security as other guests may leave the door open. This was clearly explained when we queried why we were not given a key. Staff were always available, day and night, to open the main door so it did not cause a problem.

Nos dieron un día el desayuno antes de hora por la excursión que teníamos progamada. Nos acampañaron al taxi el dia de vuelta y se pudieron en cintacto con el taxista aun sin haberlo reservado con ellos incluso esperaron que llegara sin haberselo pedido. Son muy amables todos. Guest (9/5): Fabulous road, would recommend - The staff were every welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great - walkable to the Medina whilst being on a slightly quieter part. It was a little noisy due to the other guests, there isn't much sound proofing between rooms. We could hear a fountain of some sort come on in the night too. Perhaps from the spa?
Gemma (9/5): Un riad bonic i trànquil - L'habitació que ens va tocar era gran, neta i amb una finestra que donava a un jardí. El llit molt comòde. El personal molt simpàtic i atent, sempre disponible per qualsevol cosa. La terrassa que tenen és molt bonica i va ser molt agradable esmorzar allà cada matí. L'esmorzar estava molt bo. Si bé per anar al centre has de caminar uns 10 minuts, l'avsntatge és que si fas alguna excursió o has d'anar a l'aeroport és un bon lloc perquè et vinguin a recollir. Stefania (9/5): Riad da sogno - Una stupenda struttura molto caratteristica, camera spaziosa e arredata bene, bagni nuovi! Area relax con piscina. Abbiamo usufruito di un ottimo servizio transfer all'aeroporto organizzato da loro su richiesta e di una buona colazione da asporto. Peccato non aver provato la spa e la colazione in terrazza. Personale gentile e disponibile. L'unica nota meno positiva è la posizione un po' isolata, anche se vicino al centro, circa 10 minuti a piedi dal palazzo Bahia.

Il riad è molto caratteristico. La stanza veramente poco luminosa e con pochi servizi offerti, giusto l’acqua. Purtroppo una mattina avendo piovuto abbiamo fatto colazione sul rooftop e i divanetti erano un po’ bagnati.

Rimona (6/5): Lovely little Riad but staff need more customer service training - The property is a bit of a walk from the main square near Bahia palace. The Breakfast was good and generally room had basic amenities. Able to do last minute booking This Riad does tend to have a staffing issue which is why it takes around 45 sec to 1 minute for one person to come to open the Riad door which is usually kept closed from inside. One of the staff members was not happy as we had used the door knocker after he had rung the bell. He opened the door, clearly annoyed at why we had knocked and abruptly commented we ‘should have more patience’. Also he took pics of our passport with his mobile phone which was not very professional. We weee asked to return the return key to the front desk every time we left the Riad - which also created delay if any of us had to fetch something from the room while away (as only one member of staff was seen at front desk!) Also there was ‘help with luggage’ promised for the drop off to taxi point at the end of our stay which was left for one 18-19 year old female staff member, who was also helping other female guest! Therefore there was not enough staff to help with our luggage. This place needs a good manager and more hospitality training for staff members.

Minich (3/5): Ich werde es nicht mehr buchen - Die Lage, die Freundlichkeit des Personals der Charakter der Unterkunft. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig und phantasielos. Wir hatten 3 Zimmer gebucht. In zwei Zimmer war Schimmel in der Silikonverfugung- im 3. Zimmer jedoch war scheinbar Feuchtigkeit durch die Decke gedrungen und ein Teil der Zimmerdecke war mit schwarzem Schimmel überzogen, im Zimmer roch es muffig. Leider hat unser Sohn mit Verlobten uns dies erst sehr spät mitgeteilt.

Romy (8/5): Schönes Riad in Marrakesch - Das Riad liegt sehr zentral in der Medina, sodass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind ( bis vielleicht auf den Jardin Majorelle). Das Frühstück fand auf der schönen Dachterrasse statt und bot einen guten Rundum-Blick. Generell verfügt das Hotel über eine sehr moderne Ausstattung. Den Hoteltransfer würden wir sehr empfehlen, da wir selber sehr schlechte Erfahrungen auf dem Weg vom Flughafen zum Riad machen mussten (Wir hatten den Transfer damals nicht gebucht und dies im Nachhinein sehr bereut!) Im Zimmer fehlte uns ein Schrank für die Kleidung sowie ein Ganzkörperspiegel. Ein Bügeleisen wäre auch praktisch gewesen. Die Betten waren zudem sehr hart (aber dies ist sehr subjektiv und anderen Gästen gefällt dies möglicherweise) Das Frühstück war zwar vielfältig, hätte für uns jedoch etwas mehr sein können. (Zumindest zwei statt nur einem Ei pro Person beispielsweise…) Wie von anderen Gästen bereits angemerkt, musste man immer klingeln, um ins Zimmer zu gelangen, was für uns kein großes Problem darstellte. Auch sind die Räume etwas hellhörig, aber auch dies hielt sich ziemlich in Grenzen.

Monica (7/5): Buena elección pero mejorable - Es igual que en las fotos. La ubicación está bien, a 15 minutos del centro en una zona muy tranquila pero como toda la Medina, en un laberinto de calles. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. En general la relación calidad precio está muy bien pero si tengo que añadir algo malo diría: La cama es excesivamente dura pero esto es muy personal. En el baño faltaba gel y champú y tras insistir en varias ocasiones, dos días después, nos lo dieron…y uno de los días no había agua caliente por la mañana. Además, a pesar de que en la descripción pone que hablan Español, no es así… lo cual debería corregirse pues fue uno de los motivos que nos decidió a elegirlo. También cambiaría las zapatillas, por favor! Ya que las ponen que sean de un solo uso…

Stefano (8/5): Pace dopo il caos.. Marrakech!!! - Riad tipico con poche camere nascosto in un piccolo vicolo nascosto ai margini della Medina a 5 minuti dal caos della vita di Marrakech! Posto tranquillissimo, sembra di entrare in un altro mondo..pace e tranquillità..camere spaziose e pulite, personale gentile e disponibile. Ciliegina sulla torta la splendida terrazza dove servivano la colazione molto buona e abbondante! Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a provare Spa e cena ma sicuramente ne vale la pena.. rientrare la sera in Riad dopo una giornata passata in città è fantastico! Sicuramente consigliato sia per coppie che per famiglie!

kimberlyve (8/5): Aangenaam verblijf - Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Taxi van en naar de luchthaven zijn gemakkelijk te boeken via de Riad. We kregen bij vertrek een ontbijtpakket mee naar de luchthaven (hele vroege vlucht). Heel proper allemaal. We boekten 2 kamers, beide heel proper. 1 kamer had wel een vieze (putjes) geur en bleef gedurende het verblijf wat hangen. Wat we zelf wat vervelend vonden, is dat we telkens het personeel moesten storen om naar binnen te gaan in de riad. Het geeft wel een veiligheidsgevoel, maar om binnen te gaan moet je telkens aanbellen. We werden wel telkens bediend, maar vonden het jammer hen telkens te moeten storen.

Ilke (8/5): Genoten - Hele leuke gezellig riad , 6 kamertjes dus kleinschalig en gezellig. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wij hadden taxi vervoer via hunzelf geregeld waardoor ze ons opwachten en met ons meewandelde van en naar de taxi. De kamers zijn groot genoeg en het sanitaire lijkt recent vernieuwd te zijn waardoor je alles hebt wat je nodig hebt. Na de check out hadden we nog een uurtje tijd voor ophaling en hebben we nog mogen genieten van een vers theetje op het dakterras. Ontbijt is anders dan je verwacht, geen buffetvorm maar je krijgt bediening aan de tafel , het meisje dat het ontbijt bediende was elke dag er vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je mag je sleutel ook gewoon daar laten wat in het begin vreemd leek maar achteraf wel handig want de kans om hem kwijt te raken was er dus niet. Je belt gewoon aan wanneer je terug “ thuis “ komt en krijgt je sleutel dan aan de desk. De riad ligt wat in een verlaten steegje maar we hebben ons geen enkel moment onveilig gevoeld zowel door de dag als ‘s avonds niet, dit als twee vrouwen alleen. De bedden waren vrij hard,voor iemand die last heeft van zijn rug is dit wat minder. Bij het ontbijt miste we soms wat variatie bv elke dag wat fruit was welkom geweest. Maar toen we dit bij de check out vertelde zei de jongeman dadelijk dat we hier gerust achter hadden mogen vragen. Let wel even goed op, de dag voor uitchecken vroegen we hoeveel we nog moesten betalen voor taxi en toeristentax. Normaal was het 660 MAD maar de jongeman zei plots 880 MAD, achteraf bekeken toen we hem erop wezen zou dit een mis communicatie zijn geweest maar wees toch even alert. Voor de rest echt niets aan te merken op de riad m.
cristinadol (9/5): Nel cuore della Medina un delizioso Riad. - La gentilezza dello staff e la tranquillità del Riad so o il punto forte. Si sono fatti quattro per esaudire ogni richiesta e sempre con il sorriso. Il Riad è veramente incantevole sia per quanto riguarda la nostra camera che per la struttura che offre tutti i confort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno, compresa la buona colazione servita sulla terrazza. Ottima la posizione nel cuore della Medina che permetteva di raggiungere facilmente qualunque luogo di Marrakech. Lo consiglio vivamente. Il transfert dall'aeroporto. Costoso e inadeguato. Macchina sporca e senza aria condizionata e maleducazione da parte dell'autista che ci ha fatto aspettare senza alcun motivo per 15 minuti buoni in areoporto facendo telefonate per i fatti suoi e poi ci ha portato in in luogo eccessivamente distante dal riad. Peccato perché il primo approccio è importante.
