It ain’t the Hilton, but a comfy bed and a good powerful shower me - Centrally located, and a myriad of styles to choose from, the price of accommodation reflected the amenity of my room. I was very very happy with a comfortable bed and a ground level access.. I was greeted by lovely lady with her. I had a good chat and understood where things were.

Fran (10/5): Quirky motel run by a charming woman, good value here and definitely worthwhile staying - This is a comfortable, rambling, unique place. An odd mixture of sporting facility, hotel rooms, and short term studios. It’s set across four acres, with beautiful landscaping, all sorts of ornaments, trees, shrubs and cosy nooks, well worth strolling around, and a far cry from the usual bitumen car park that’s normally attached to motels. Run and maintained by a very charming and warm woman, who’s well worthwhile getting to know. Great conversationalist with an arresting back story. Highly recommended and very reasonably priced.

Location is terrible rooms are the the size of a clo - The swimming pooll Approaching the property, it looked to be abandoned many projects started not finished. Location is terrible. There’s one bar restaurant within a 12 minute walking distance other than that anything else is close to 35 to 45 minutes away the woman that owns the is difficult to deal with she had me on the Internet with Booking.com trying to get into an air-conditioned room that I paid for. Just a terrible experience two nights with virtually no sleep because of the heat taking showers at 1 o’clock in the morning to try to cool down room was way overpriced for what she gave me Booking.com wasn’t too helpful. Give me back 27AUD dollars I really needed to break the agreement and leave the second night.

Am Meisten hat mich geärgert, dass in der Zimmerbeschreibung eine Klimaanlage zugesagt wurde die nicht existiert. Auf Rückfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dies ist halt ein Fehler in der Beschreibung. . Für mich war dies aber der Grund für die Buchung.

Sven (8/5): A good option for Port Macquarie, especially for solo travelers. - My room was very clean and reasonably priced compared to other motels in Port Macquarie. I appreciate that they still offer single rooms. Despite being located on a busy street, there was hardly any traffic noise. Check-in was quick and friendly. A swimming pool and two tennis courts are also available for those who wish to use them. There is also a shared microwave on the veranda in front of the room. The shower curtain should be replaced with a sliding door. Despite using the shower curtain, the entire bathroom floor was wet after showering. The Wi-Fi signal reception in the room also urgently needs improvement. Unfortunately, it's a bit far from the city center, but there's a bus line that stops right in front of the motel (on the side street).

The lady owner was rude when I asked for a air-conditioned room and snapped at me when I asked to be moved. She said they have 55 rooms and if they put air-conditioning in every room they would be broke. I said get solar..bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and had long hair between the sheets. Not sure if towels were clean. Fridge had food crumbs in it. Dust on all window sills. I will never return again.

Would have liked more attention to cleanliness. - I liked having my own space, the rooms seemed quiet and reception/owner was very kind and personable. TV remote in my room was out of order so instructions were provided in the room for tv access which I appreciated. There were a couple concerns about cleanliness eg the kettle, there appeared to be something on the blanket (stain or mark), and paper jammed between counter and wall. Bathroom was fairly clean.
