• Cheryl (8/5): - This is a lovely property, well but simply furnished. The location is very central, accessible to everything in Polanco! The fan didn't work, and without a cross breeze (even with windows open) the property was hot and stuffy during a very hot period in the city.
• Silvia (8/5): Excelente ubicación y buen relación precio-calidad - El lugar está en una ubicación excelente. A minutos del centro de Polanco y con mucha facilidad para tomar transporte tanto público como Uber. Muy limpio aunque la cama es súper incómoda.

• JOSE (8/5): Esta céntrico y amplio - El lugar en general es bonito y esta céntrico. La cama es algo dura, no tiene secadora, faltan algunos implementos en la cocina. Solamente dan 1 agua, 1 jabón y 2 botecitos de shampu para toda la estadía, cuando en otros hoteles lo dan a diario. A pesar de eso si regresaría, tomando esto en cuenta.

• Ekaterina (2/5): - Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que había un problema con la habitación, que nos moverían a otro hotel cercano a lo cual accedimos. En el otro lugar: King Suites Alfredo Musset, nos dieron una habitación en el cuarto piso, a la 1 de la mañana después de varios piquetes y ronchas (que inicialmente creímos que eran mosquitos) nos percatamos que la cama estaba infestada de chinches. A esa hora nos movieron a otro lugar en lomas de chapultepec, lo cual estaba muy lejos de la ubicación inicial. El dueño dijo que llamáramos al día siguiente para ver que compensación podíamos recibir pero al llamar no pudimos localizarlo. El resto de la estadía no nos buscaron de parte de la gerencia para por lo menos disculparse o preguntar como estábamos.
• Steve (6/5): - I find the location is perfect for my uses. In a perfect world I'd ask for no mosquitoes.... Very bad problem here with mosquitoes... Day and night. The staff is friendly and my room is clean... Great small kitchen and simple amenities are really all you need. Eating in or going out are both easy from this location. I am a single 57 year old traveler and I have used this same location twice and will continue to use it during my stay in Polanco
• Israel (6/5): No parece hotel, da inseguridad. - La habitación y ubicación vuenas, las condiciones del hotel no, sin recepción, me recibió un pintor, no había nadie para hacer el checkout, me sentí inseguro.
• Karen (8/5): convenient for all our needs. - It has been 35 years since my last stay in this area. What a change! It is still easy to walk everywhere except for the long hike to the Metro. But then that makes for an early morning workout...all in keeping fit at 83. We didn't expect to have a "house cleaner" every day, but it was appreciated. Staff was very helpful. I went specifically to see the Anthropology Museum again as well as the many art galleries that have emerged or expanded over time. I am not a shopper so was not particularly impressed with the upscale malls. The city still has the historic charm as well as the modern flare for life. (Dogs now in Lincoln Park - as an alternative to "people" watching) I would certainly come back without hesitation.

• pepe (6/5): Suite em Polanco - Localização muito boa. Apartamento espacoco. Faz falta uma porta entre a área da sala/cozinha e o quarto. Fica muito frio. O edifício estava sendo rebocado por tanto peguei muita poeira e barulho mas deve ser temporal. Teria sido bom saber disto antes de reservar.

• gianluca (10/5): - Very convenient location. The suites are clean and comfortable. Daily cleaning is included, only ironing is extra but very affordable. The only problem is during the night where you can hear the airplanes on their way to the airport.
• Richard (6/5): Well located furnished apartment at a reasonable p - The apartment is well located at polanco and the price is competitive. However it can use some face lifting especially the bathroom. Very old shower, nit comfortable seat and small water tab.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Average Hotel in a Great Location! - The hotel was great! It's actually an old apartment building converted into suites with kitchen and breakfast nook. The price is very reasonable considering it's in Polanco and 2 small blocks from The Palacio de Hierro Shopping Mall. The "only" dislike I had was that the windows in each room should have window screen installed (there are alot of mosquitos that got into my room and wouldn't let me sleep at night!). Besides that, everything was fine.

• amin (4/5): FATAL...enganado - muy mal servivo de este establecimiento no es compatible con el precio por noche no tiene ningun srvivio agua para beber cafe secadorar de pelo comunicacion te dan un jabon y un shampu para 2 personas y para 2 dias. no te cambian ropa de cama ni toallas...fatal no lo recomiendo... y menos por lo que ostenta de 3 estrellas no llega ni a 1 estrella

En la Horacio, mal - Después de un pésimo proceso de ingreso al hotel, en que no aparecía la reserva y el personal encargado no era profesional, fué asignada una habitación provisional bastante regular. Al día siguiente ocurrió un traslado a otro hotel de la cadena, en la calle Platón mucho mejor atendido y con una habitación estupenda. Ellos atribuían el error a la plataforma hoteles.com , pero tengo claro que fué un error del hotel.

• Ryan (10/5): Traveler seeking simplicity - I was in town for a half marathon and selected this hotel for it's location. Not knowing anything about the area, I was skeptical about it for it's great price. A hidden gem! It's like a small apartment in a great, safe neighborhood. The room was perfect and check in was easier than I thought. I received the key to enter the property as well as my room key with ease. There are great restaurants in the area, and noticed nightly patrols by the police. I would stay here again!

• Edna (6/5): Problemática - No respetaron mi reservación en las suites de Homero y me enviaron a las de Alfredo Muset. Me habían dicho que tendría dos habitaciones y no era cierto. Yo había elegido tina de baño y no tenían. Dos días no hubo agua y no pudimos bañarnos. Nos quedaba mucho mas lejos del sitio al que tenía que ir por el que había rentado en Homero y tuve que tomar taxis diario, pero el lugar finalmente no estuvo nada mal, estaba cómodo y lindo y el personal excelente.
