• Vanessa (7/5): It was overall peaceful and reasonably priced. - I liked the bed size and room size and that there was a patio. I didnt like the fact that the bathroom and closet doors wouldn't close properly and there was some dangerous stuff in the closet that my daughter could have hurt herself playing with. Like nails and other stuff.

Someone tried to break in in the middle of the night banging and yelling at my door twice Shower goes down when neighbors are in toilet or shower Super noisy Sticky gooey stuff on the floors Dirty and torn sheets and curtains Disgusting walls and baseboards Hairs in shower an walls Unknown Liquid on nightstand Suspicious folks on the stairs Broken walls Broken towel holder Tags on the door posts I felt so unsafe, I feared for my car, I tried sleeping with my own blanket and with a spray and scissors by my pillow. Will never recommend, will never come back.

• Gina (1/5): Unsafe, dirty place to stay. Do not go there - Terrible place to stay. Do not like anything They said that people can not smoke but the room was too smelly. Also bed sheets has burns from cigarettes, not proper light. You feel unsafe. Also they only accept the deposit in cash. Do not bother yourself to stay there. Weird people staying there. The counte even has a window, so you can notice that is not a safe place to sleep. I have asked to refund the money but they said that they can give another room because the reasons that I give them were not enough. But do not even want another room.

• Gelan Ayana (1/5): Horrible experience of my life! - Location How come a room this dirty can do business in the USA! I was shocked. The bed sheets were dirty. It is difficult to sleep in the rrom as every movement from the room above is audible and everything from outside as well.

There was drawer on the bedside table that was stuck and my 15 year old opened it and there were nasty chonies, moldy jewelry and it was just gross. The tv did not work at all.

• Travione (4/5): Okay stay. - The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location was wonderful since we were there for a convention. The refrigerator was burnt or something and was leaking some fluid out of the bottom. Our keys stopped working mid stay and no one could help us for about 30-45 minutes. So we had to sit in our car. The beds were so squeaky that when I got up to go to the restroom I woke up my whole family.

• Bayardo (7/5): Budget friendly, comfy bed. - The beds were firm but comfortable. There's plenty of Parking. It's a bit dark around the property at night. The staff members in the lobby could be more flexible and aid out by sending the invoices by email.

• Brent (4/5): It’s a cheap place, decent location (not for people easily spooked) there are other options with better prices. - Location was pretty close to a lot of things in Korea town and DTLA. Hot water, microwave and fridge in room all worked perfectly. Tv worked great. Comfortable bed Staff was not very welcoming or friendly when checking in. The cleanliness was lacking inside of the room, I wear typically white socks and after being inside for a few hours the bottom of my socks were extremely dirty. The water pressure was extremely poor. No WiFi or if there was the information was never provided to me. No bedding provided except for a sheet.

Stains on the seat and bed. Writing on the wall. Loose furniture they could’ve fell over with a little push. A gas station bathroom looked better than their bathroom. Unacceptable

• Danielle (1/5): Unhygienic stay for a place that should lose their license - Unfortunately I can’t name one thing This is the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in, and I’ve traveled the world. The bedding had stains on it. The room was filthy. The staff were incredibly disrespectful. I had to ask foe a refund immediately & they made lies to booking.com that I had trashed the room even though i had pics of the room untouched - beware
• Yarely (6/5): - there was a laundromat nearby that came in handy, and there was a nice lady outside that helped out and watched my bags for me. i don’t know if she worked there but i thought that was kind, while i settled in. the shower released water from the drain and it made the room stink like sewer water. the wifi was a bit laggy but it was ok

• Leal (2/5): Bad experience - I got there early to check in they said they had no rooms ready. So I left and came back at the check in time. When I got there at check time and was given my key and the room was not ready and dirty. They made me wait 30 minutes in my car to clean it .

• Amelis (1/5): Stay away from this place—it's disgusting. - Nothing The entire room is disgusting—dust and cobwebs cover the ceiling and walls, the sheets are dirty and full of holes (they didn't even bother to change them), and the bathroom is filthy, reeking of urine. The sink is broken and disgusting. In short: stay away from this place; it is horrible.

Je les appelle pour annulé cette nuit que je n avais pas occupé de l aéroprot de Denver, il refuse. J arrive à l'hôtel, la chambre était très sale, j ai trouvé les traces des pates d animaux sur le lit et des mèches des cheveux humains. La chambre sentait mauvais, les traces d' humidité sur les murs. Le porte essuie main brisé, la poussière partout. Une chaise blanche très sale. On dirait ils l'ont ramassé dans la poubelle. C était juste dégueulasse. J ai demandé de me remboursé, ils ont refusé. Après que ma soeur des états unis a intervenu, ils ont fini par accepter de me renbourser juste une journée et demie et il faut que je reclame mon argent auprès de booking. Ils ont fait que parler dans leur langue tout le long. Ils étaient très mechant avec moi.

• Maritza (1/5): I got what I paid for. - There was a bed, ac, water, tv with netflix and toiletries. Writing on the wall behind tv, bugs, shower pressure was high, ac was beaten up still worked though, front desk attendants unavailable when I tried turning in keycard.

• Summer (1/5): Roach Invested and Disguisting - Man working around 9am was very nice and helpful. Tv and toilet paper were good. Unfortunately, this was one of the most uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process felt confusing and unprofessional. The front desk attendant appeared unsure of what to do and asked us to wait outside for five minutes without any explanation. We ended up waiting closer to ten minutes before a vehicle arrived with what seemed to be management, who were unloading grocery and shopping bags upon arrival, and only assisted us once they were settled and brought everything in. Once we were finally checked in, the interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming. However, the biggest issue was the condition of the room itself. The comforter had multiple burn marks, there was noticeable dust throughout the room, and stains on the walls that appeared unsanitary. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained before our stay. The situation became even worse when we discovered the bathroom was infested with roaches. Because of this, we couldn’t even use the shower and felt extremely uneasy about staying the night. Due to the lack of cleanliness, attention to detail, and professionalism, I will not be returning and would not recommend this property to anyone.
