- Liam Kabi (6/5): - I like the location and the staff I requested a double bed but they gave me 2 single beds, my 1st night was a nightmare I couldn't sleep because of the bed, the other thing the WiFi not available in the 4th floor I asked about this issue and they transferred me to 3rd floor the WiFi was good but still single bed available only. The breakfast is expensive

Le personnel a cependant oublié de dire que la chambre upgradée n'avait aucune fenêtre (ce qui est un scandale!). J'ai eu l'impression de dormir dans une cave. De plus, le matériel de la chambre était très bon marché et il n'y avait aucun coffre fort pour mettre ses valeurs à l'abri.

- Fabien (3/5): Poor - Excellent location. Wifi highly unreliable. Also staff cleaning the room will throw away everything you leave in sight (personal tooth brush, personal soap, etc..). Be very careful. Front desk staff don't seem to care much about your questions. Guys guard at the entrance clearly let you feel they have zero care about any question you may have.

- Raul (6/5): I'll never stay in that Hotel again. NEVER!!! - When I booked, it was supposed to be Breakfast included. However, we were asked to pay for the breakfast. Attention Booking.com! How did this happen. I don't have any recourse to contact your end to verify. However, I knew fully well that I included brakfast in my payment reservation I had some visitors in the evening of our stay, some politicians in Ozamis city. Then they overcharged me Php1,094.00 from the the payment of our dinner. I found it out only after I reviewed the bill. I asked them to put Credit to my Credit Card, but the reception doesn't know how to do it. They asked me to sign a request to refund me the amount to my Bank Account, which they said will take 3 business days.

Traumatised if the next time I use b - Receptionist was nice, but management took a while to sort out the booking. Apparently my booking through booking.com didn’t reach their end. Apparently their single rooms were fully booked. Eventually got sorted anyway as they found ways to degrade a twin room to accommodate my single room booking. First time to experience such inconvenience

I booked a stay here before and cancelled and they never returned my money! The travel app just needed a name from this sorry excuse for a hotel and they hung up on her!! Worst customer service ever!
- Keith (8/5): - For Ozamis this is possibly the best. Ate at the hotel and it was an interesting mixture of quite literally 5 star quality and not so good. Their blueberry frappe was so delicious I wanted to do a second one. They had a shrimp dish, which I can’t remember the name of that was basically cone shaped spring rolls that were again 5 star and phenomenal! I applaud their effort at the quintessential club sandwich. However they are hampered by availability of ingredients and the sandwich was just very poor due to that. It was however, freshly made with care, but unfortunately it was just not good due to ingredients. We upgraded to the superior room for a very modest fee and the bed and pillows were as good and comfortable as any hotel I have stayed in any anywhere in the world for 10 times as much… exceptional.
