Julia (10/5): Een prachtige riad op een perfecte locatie met geweldig personeel - Wij hadden gevraagd om opgehaald te worden van het vliegveld, een aanrader! Hierdoor kom je heel ontspannen aan. Gelijk kregen we uitleg, thee en een kaart van de stad. Onze koffers werden in de kamer gezet terwijl wij onze informatie invulden. De badkamer was enorm! Groter dan verwacht. De hele riad is een plaatje om te zien, je wil overal foto's van maken. Het ontbijt 's ochtends was ons favoriete moment van de dag, met koffie en lekkernijen. Al het personeel was super behulpzaam, goedlachs en lief! De locatie was voor ons ook perfect, alles is op loopafstand. Niks!

Le personnel parfois peut être un peu discret et dur à trouver si on veut commander une boisson ou autre sur le rooftop notamment
Alison (10/5): An amazing place to stay, you will not be disappointed! - Riad Olema Spa was exceptional! It felt like a true Moroccan experience, and was an oasis of beautifully designed calm!! The staff were incredible in particular ABADEL. and the Riad itself was extremely clean, beautiful and so comfortable. I cannot praise it highly enough. The breakfast was delicious and the ladies who looked after the place were brilliant at their job and also very nice. Please go and stay. Nothing at all.

Leonor (10/5): - Estivemos alojados neste riad duas noites e adoramos desde o staff que é super simpático e prestável, a minha mãe fez anos e eles fizeram uma surpresa com pétalas no quarto. As instalações do riad são modernas e confortáveis. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e a cama super confortável. O pequeno- almoço tinha bastante variedade e era muito completo, também de louvar a disponibilidade de preparar uma marmita, bastante completa, para levarmos pois tínhamos de sair mais cedo para uma excursão.

Le riad est exceptionnel : très beau, décoré avec énormément de goût, parfaitement entretenu et extrêmement soigné dans les moindres détails. On s’y sent immédiatement apaisé dans une atmosphère chaleureuse et élégante. Alexandra, la propriétaire, ainsi que toute son équipe ont été absolument adorables tout au long du séjour : toujours souriants, attentionnés, disponibles et profondément impliqués dans le bien-être de leurs voyageurs. Leur gentillesse et leur sens de l’accueil font réellement toute la différence et rendent l’expérience encore plus mémorable. Le petit-déjeuner a été tout simplement succulent, généreux et préparé avec beaucoup de soin. Quant à la chambre, elle était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement entretenue et équipée. Je recommande cet établissement extrêmement bien situé les yeux fermés pour un agréable séjour à Marrakech, une véritable parenthèse de douceur et de sérénité, et je reviendrai sans la moindre hésitation.

Right from when we checked in he showed us places to go on a map, gave us a full tour of the Riad and helped us book in the spa. He was always there for anything we needed and was also extremely trustworthy with our laundry and giving us updates throughout the day. I could not recommend this riad enough and this is largely due to Hakims hospitality. All other staff we encountered were also wonderful.

Lana (10/5): Eine stilvolle Oase inmitten des Trubels von Marrakesch - Ein wundervolles und sehr stilvolles Riad mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre. Schon beim Ankommen fühlt man sich herzlich willkommen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Besonders schön ist die Lage: mitten in der Medina und trotzdem angenehm ruhig – eine kleine Oase, in der man nach einem lebendigen Tag wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen kann. Auch das Frühstück war fantastisch: frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und einfach ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Ort mit viel Charme, Stil und Herzlichkeit. Absolut empfehlenswert! Es war perfekt!

Patricia (8/5): Very good experience overall, just the price of the rooms is a bit too high. - Nice breakfast, the staff was very helpful and friendly, comfortable bedroom, the bed was amazing. Peaceful place in the middle of the very noisy medina. The price was a little bit high compared to other riads with the same quality I’ve been in the past, probably Covid consequences. We were not very lucky with the weather so couldn’t really enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. I would recommend for a short stay just because of the price.

La salle de bains avec douche et baignoire, des produits changés chaque jour , tout était très appréciable. La position géographique légèrement excentree du souk est parfaite. Olema's staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in pointing out good things to do in Marrakech. The room was beautiful and well-appointed. I appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom and the complimentary water. The pool was a nice bonus. Perhaps more shelf space for clothing would be nice.

Janina (10/5): A relaxing oasis in the heart of Medina! - This was a hidden gem in the heart of Medina. When you enter the property is stunning, the room was comfy and everyone was so friendly. The rooftop terrrace is beautiful too and the breakfast was delicious. Couldn’t recommend this enough. A real oasis to relax in after a day of exploring! Nothing.

We loved the hot tub on the roof and they even set up a fire for us, so we could play card games at dusk, on the roof! Spend a lot of time next to the fire and a great escape from the loud sounds of the Medina.
Emma (9/5): Welcoming and relaxing stay in the perfect location - We had an amazing stay at the Riad! The staff were so welcoming and attentive, we were really taken care of. The Riad itself is so beautiful and in such a great location to explore the city! If I had to say something, we would have loved a little more input into what was served for breakfast. Some days we loved it but other days we weren’t able to eat as much due to not enjoying the selection.

Martine (10/5): Perfecte accommodatie in hartje Medina Marrakech - Stijlvol ingericht, alles klopt! Zelfs een fijn knapperend haardvuurtje op frisse december avonden. Ook 2 huispoezen! Prachtig dakterras met mooi uitzicht op/over de medina daken, helaas niet van genoten, omdat het te fris/koud (bezoek december) was om te zitten, maar kan mij voorstellen dat het er in voorjaar/zomer goed toeven is! Perfect gelegen op goede loopafstand, alles goed te belopen. Goede indruk van het lokale leven met de slager op de hoek en de marktkooplieden in de medina. Oase van rust als je door de voordeur naar binnenstapt! De drukte en hectiek van de Souks en Medina achter je latend! De kamers zijn mooi ingericht en super schoon. Het team (zowel voor als achter de schermen, keuken en housekeeping) dat de Riad runt zijn betrokken, gastvrij, heel vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Hakim en Samir verdienen een vermelding in het bijzonder! Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd en erg smaakvol. Ook de lunch en dinerkaart zijn de moeite waard om te proberen!! De Spa is ook zeker de moeite waard! Kan niets bedenken!

Also, thank you for the surprise flowers in our room for my birthday and helping my husband to surprise me with a bouquet of flowers cake and tea. We just hope that we tried the massage but no one is available to do it.

The roof terrace was lovely Bed was a little hard and it would be nice to have towels on the terrace and maybe staff to come and offer drinks or food.

Andrea (9/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt - Sehr schönes Riad. Lage perfekt zentral. Frühstück in Ordnung. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer, wir hatten Fenster zu zwei Seiten und Abends hatte man oft eine Partymusik gehört, die aber ca. ab 23.00 Uhr beendet wurde. Zigarettenrauch vom Pool ist ab und zu ins Zimmer gezogen, was als nicht Raucher nicht so angenehm ist. Wir hatten ein Geburtstagskind dabei und das Riad hat einen super leckeren Kuchen gebacken.

Amy (10/5): Stunning hotel in a great location, with friendly staff. - The hotel has stunning décor and amazing facilities. Our girls’ trip was made extra special with the use of the Jacuzzi and heated pool. We stayed in one of the suites with two rooms, comfortably sleeping all five of us, and had our own front room to relax in. Breakfast was great and changed each day. I liked that breakfast wasn’t from a menu, and we tried things we wouldn’t usually choose, like traditional Moroccan food. The staff are brilliant and so helpful. Hakeem looked after us throughout our stay, and nothing was too much trouble. The location is central and makes it easy to reach most tourist sightseeing locations. The added touches, such as tea and pastries on arrival, fresh water in our room each day, and robes provided for swimming, were great. Our highlight was definitely getting to feed the hotel tortoise his lettuce. The hotel also had a log fire lit each day and night in the downstairs sitting area, which made it a cosy place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. I can’t rate this hotel highly enough and would definitely recommend it. Nothing negative overall, but a few points for constructive criticism. A nice touch would be to provide earplugs during prayer times, as it was very loud and did disrupt our sleep. We fully understand the religious nature of the area, and this suggestion is not meant to be disrespectful—just a thoughtful consideration for guests. We had a few minor issues with the room: the door was quite stiff and difficult to open/close, and the TV would not stay upright on its stand. We raised these issues at the time, but unfortunately they remained unresolved. As our room was directly under the roof terrace, we could hear talking and loud banging from sweeping in the morning. Perhaps staff carrying out morning cleaning could be mindful of the noise they are making.
