Nancy (1/5): - Nothing. The pool water is dirty like they never do the cleaning. No bidet, they keep the bath tab unplug cover and you need to ask from the counter, they didn't provide a water bottle, the hotel was too old and smelled like mold. The mattress and pillows are hard, during Eid Mubarak they are only open rooms at level 17 and 18. A bit spooky for single travellers. I can only give one star to this hotel. But the hotel is surrounded by restaurants. Nothing

Masamichi (1/5): The worst hotel that I ever stayed - Location When we stay for 4 days, the hotel was under renovation. It was like a ghost hotel. The rooms were old and had a lot of problems. I complained and changed the room twice. They forgot cleaning and bed making.

Wish had option for hot/cold water shower (I may forgot to ask earlier, my bad).

Faisal (7/5): Worth the money, but looks spooky - The swimming pool is big enough for my kids to swim on. The Bath tub also good. Beside the hotel, there is a mamak stall. My kids loving it We need to change lift to go to the higher level. We need to pass the spooky and dark places to another lift. Maybe the management can switch on the light?

Farhanah (5/5): Passable - It is spacious Everything. It has tub, but doesnt have plug, so it cannot be used. Then the shower hanger also broken. And the toilet, somehow cannot function well. The towels also so dirty, got blackish brown stain haiyaa. The carpet also, can feel dust on it.

Tan Mei (4/5): - Poorly maintain building. Stain on bedsheet. The toilet flush did not work all the time. The teaspoon was sticky and cups have stains. The two sachets of instant coffee were hard and chunky. The only good about the hotel is water heater is working, water pressure is strong, the air conditional is quiet.
David (8/5): Great view of the river and mosque - Breakfast was included. The TV did not work. The room was large with a big window. This hotel feels like it was once grand but is now a bit rundown. The swimming pool was locked because they had to put chemicals in the water. It was walking distance from the train station.
Wally (2/5): - Noise from the mosque woke us up every morning at 5:30 a.m. and went on again till late at night. No fridge in the room no ice to be had. Sightseeing information is non-existent and very hard to communicate to find out anything.
