- K6501AGmarkb (8/5): really enjoy this hotel clean and very friendly people - this was our 4th time off staying at the Akkent garden , we arrived and was surprised to find the hotel under new ownership for the next 10 years , the new owner Ibrahim was very welcoming and advised us what was happening etc , he is a genuine nice guy and was nice to see the lady who cleans the room was still there together with Mehmet , the gardener and also Sarah who runs the pool Bar, we had a great stay rooms are always clean and so is hotel , the breakfast could do with a change but as Ibrahim advised this is all in hand , I asked one day if we could have fried eggs and he dully obliged which went down a treat, for us this is the ideal place to stay as so close to Calis and Fethiye. I have given Ibrahim my email address and asked him to contact me next year let me know availability and pricing once all works completed. I look forward to hearing from him as we are a family of 9 and really have always enjoyed our stays at the Akkent Garden

- Merete (6/5): Nice quiet garden and pool area - I just stayed two nights in Akkent Garden Hotel. It was allright. Lovely garden, nice pool area with a small bar. Nice British lady working there, who I think might be the owner/manager. The young guys in the reception were friendly, but not very eager to help. Maybe language barriers? The room was okay, the bed big and comfortable, A/C and a small balcony facing the garden was nice. But the bathroom, and specially the shower seemed dirty and should have been washed properly, or even replaced the glass doors if it can not be washed properly. The breakfast was not a highlight. The hotel was right next to one of the main roads. Since I had a room facing the garden, that was no problem. Short distance to walk to the amazing park: Sehit Fethi Bey Park. But will take you an hour to walk to the city center. Easy to get taxis though.

Odada balkon hiç yıkanmamış tamamen toz ve kir içindeydi.Klima suyu da balkona aktığı için her giriş çıkışınızda oda da çamur halini aldı.Kahvaltı orta vasat bir haldeydi ve kahve makinası bozuktu. Havuz başarılı ve temizdi.

Mobilyalar, perdeler oldukça eskiydi. O kadar içimize sinmedi ki kahvaltıyı denemedik bile. Uzun zamandır yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimiydi diyebilirim.

- 194coralc (10/5): Beautiful garden hotel with lovely staff - My family and I had a really lovely stay at the Akkent Garden Hotel. There was some confusion at first as my mum had booked apartments which were no longer available, and we were moved into the main hotel, however this was resolved and the hotel kindly gave us extra access to one of our rooms for the whole day after we checked out, due to our evening flight. The gardens are absolutely beautiful with lots of trees for shade and a lovely pool, it feels like paradise! A nice breakfast although we did think it would be nice to have some fruit options. Sarah who works at the bar was really friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The pool table outside by the bar was a great touch! Room was well appointed with a large and comfortable bed and all requests were heard and carried out cheerfully and efficiently by staff. There were also some lovely and authentic restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The location is perfect too, just a short walk from the bus stop, a lovely park on the seafront, and plenty of great restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend!

- Sally (8/5): Pleasant stay had at Akkent Garden Hotel. - I enjoyed my stay at the Akkent Garden Hotel. I was comfortable and felt very safe as a solo traveller. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and the highlight for me was the large room and balcony (I had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the gardens), and the wonderful pool area and garden. It was peaceful and perfectly placed for walking beach side or old town end. There is a wonderful park nearby for children and adults alike. This is a good value hotel, and I would return as it certainly suited my needs for peace and quiet, and exploring Fethiye by foot. There are an abundance of cafes and restaurants nearby, and a lovely beach about 10 minutes walk away. The owner was kind and helpful.

Rooms have AC but you need the key to operate them and when we were out room got really hot, and took a while to bring the temperature down to a reasonable level. Otherwise the hotel is fine, good folks, nice pool, decent breakfast.

- iona_harrison (10/5): Enjoyable stay at AAKent - We had a really lovely 5 night stay here in September. The hotel is in a perfect location with beautiful pool. Really nice, quiet and relaxing. Set back a bit from the beach however still within walking distance. We hired buggy’s 2 days in a row for 500TL. It was a perfect way to get around. Loads of nice restaurants on the beach front to watch the sunset. Definitely we would return.

- sticklepath1 (10/5): simply the best !! - absolutely love the place,just returned from a 10 night stay.special mention goes to astli,sarah and of course memhet,the three musketeers ! this is our second visit to the akkent and this last visit was even better than the first.the hotel is in a great location being 20 mins from calis beach one way and 30 mins stroll from fethiye the other.the rooms are spotlessly clean with wi-fi in every room,the breakfast had good choice every morning the hotel is situatated in an area called yerguzlar caddesi which,has many nice places to eat and also a huge supermarket opposite the hotel. as mentioned the staff could not do anymore to please us,all you have to do is ask.i dont get people on here moaning about every little thing they dont like.simples go and pay 5 star prices at another hotel if the akkent doesnt tick your boxes.the pool area is outstanding with well kept gardens and the water is kept lovely and clean by a lovely bloke who works tirelessly to maintain it.myself and the wife will return again in may,we made a lot of new friends here,so for now i wish the akkent all the very best for the rest of the season,and see you all very soon. regards marie and grahame
- AussieJulieP (2/5): I will never stay here again! - Disliked · 1. The young guy at checkin was very rude. He insisted that I needed to pay even though I showed him my printed paper and my phone displaying ‘prepaid’. Finally he checked on the computer then said his friend had made a mistake then he agreed that I had prepaid. 2. We went to room 201 and it was like an oven. After an hour, it had not cooled so I asked to change rooms. The young guy came up to check, told me it worked then after 5 minutes agreed that it was not cooling the room. 3. The bathroom had a serious mold problem and the young guy said it needs to be painted. (not correct when mold is involved, it is a health risk, just painting does not solve the problem) 4. We moved to room 208. A light fixture next to the bed was missing so there were wires hanging out of the wall. The door frame had a large gap so even when the door was totally closed and locked, it did not seal so you could see into the bed…….but at least the air conditioner did work in this room. Please see photos as proof of the above. 5. Every time we walked past the front reception, the young guy put his head down and ignored us. It was very rude and uncomfortable. Unfortunately we had paid for 2 nights otherwise we would not have stayed. Liked... 1. Some very good restaurants close by. 2. The older man who helped us get a taxi at checkout was wonderful. He really went out of his way to help us. I wish we had met him first as it would have improved our stay.

Rooms spacious clean and air con worked. Newly refurbished pool area and pool bar brilliant. 15 minute walk to coastal restaurant strip, 5 in taxi. Would stay again without hesitation.

Plenty of lovely restaurants and coffee shops near by. The rooms are nice and clean and we had a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden location was perfect for us.

- Bogac1976 (10/5): The best choice in Fethiye - The hotel is cozy, economic, clean, central and nice. I highly recommend to everyone who plans to travel in and around Fethiye. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good enough. Beach is nearby, also the hotel has a swimming pool at the back yard. You will feel like you are at your own home. Shortly Akkent Garden is the place to stay in Fethiye.

- Phil (8/5): Akkent Hoytel - A comfortable hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and the garden area and pool excellent. If you don't have your own car you will need to use taxis or the (excellent) local buses to get to the centre of Fettiye. Also, although wifi is available in public areas, it is not available in all rooms.
- 348zairat (6/5): Quick stop over - Basic hotel. We needed a hotel for two nights as our flight was changed. I would only stay for a very short stay not for a long period of time. Pros- good location. They have tried to keep it clean but needs serious updating, it’s quiet even though it’s on a busy road. Has a decent size pool. Cons- rooms need updating, bottom of shower tray was mouldy, air con wasn’t rotating therefore had to tape it up. Poor lighting in the room. Breakfast is between 8-10am. Breakfast is so limited and you need to be there for 8.30am if you want to be fed. There are no lifts so you need to take your luggage up the stairs yourself no one asks if you need any help.

- Relax53019561473 (10/5): A quiet oasis - An impromptu stay for us following my mother’s admittance to the local hospital but how amazingly fortunate we were in choosing the Akkent Garden Hotel! The hotel is welcoming, clean, quiet and super value for money. We particularly enjoyed recuperating around the pool, surrounded by the beautiful trees and plants in the garden. And the staff were just fabulous - amazingly supportive and caring for my mother. We left with very happy memories and if we come back to Fethiye would definitely return to the AGH! On a more practical note, there is a good supermarket and plenty of small local restaurants within a 100 metres of the hotel, and it is 5 mins walk to the lovely garden/recreation park on the bay (Sehit Fethi Bey Park) from which you can walk along the waterfront all the way into Fethiye.

- Tahseen (10/5): - Very Garden setting. Absolutely loved it. Free breakfast and they do help you out if you are in need of any special food. They have friendly dogs and cats. Very helpful people and so were the guests. I had multiple conversations with Kurdish and Turkish people even they barely spoke English. The garden and swimming pool are very well kept with Mulberry trees full of fruits, grape vines, roses and plenty of other trees and bushes. We purchased a watermelon and we requested to cut it for us and they served us. The watermelon was so good we finished almost half of it and gave the remaining to the staff.

- garryc927 (10/5): Fantastic boutique hotel close to the beach and restaurants! - This hotel is full of wonderful surprises,starting with the warm hospitable staff on the front desk and then you get to your room which has magnificent views of the ocean. The standard of decor is similar to any decnt 4 star hotel in portugal/spain and it has super high speed broadband.I have made this hotel my base while in Turkey and only discovered it by accident but it is a gem of a place to spend time in!!

- Rachida (8/5): mon séjour à Akkent Garden Hotel - J'ai visité pour la première fois Fethye et j'ai passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Je l'ai trouvé bien à tout point de vue. Grande chambre, propre, piscine superbe, petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux, merci à la dame qui préparait chaque matin un ou deux biscuit différents. l'hotel serait encore mieux si on est véhiculé. Le bus est à 5 mn pour aller au centre ville, mais pour les plages, il n'y a pas de transports en commun. Je garde un très bon souvenir de ce séjour.

It was so disappointing. It wasn’t so clean even there was to much dust on the kettle. It has got a nice garden and swimming pool. The breakfast was normal. The location was far from city center. Price wasn’t convenient for this basic hotel.

They have some cats and a dog living there! Great pets. Great room service. Receptionist is so kind and helpful, he helped me book my taxi to Antalya Airport. Safety is my main priority as a solo female. I was so safe. Pool is clean and amazing. Breakfast is delicious. Room was cleaned beautifully. Covid measures are in place. I was able to park my ATV bike in the very front of the hotel. I love muğla, Fethiye. Thanks again!!!

The location is best for anyone looking for a quieter stay, since the hotel is located in a more residential area, over an hour walk from Fethiye center. It is near a nice beach, one that is not too crowded and hosts some nice simple restaurants. There are also plenty of excursions available to book through the hotel, which include hotel drop off and pick up, which were very handy.

Staff Timur ,Tarik,Omer. Mrs Zubeyde,Mrs Gonca ...were totally amazing. Cheerful . friendly and greeted you with a warm friendly smile .. Great breakfast, really friendly staff, ideal for busses, supermarket and beach not far. We are travelling and it is ideal for travellers. The manager Timur looked after and us, organising our bus tickets and a day trip to Ssllikent. Really excellent.

The breakfast is average, Had a problem with the check in as they couldn't find the booking even with the details shown them from my phone, I presume they sorted it with Hotels.com as they were still trying to find it when I left !!! I have stayed in this hotel before and would stay there again. I know from my previous visit that that the gardens and pool are very nice.

The hotels is kept spotless by the cleaner and the gardens are lush the gardener works all day to maintain. You can not beet the Akkent for value and comfort have already booked for next year!
