- Yusuf (8/5): - No frill family run hotel , if you want a bed to sleep and shower it’s value for money and the staff makes the set basic breakfast for you individually each morning, location is great for walking proximity to the calis beach, local shops close by, strong WiFi however the sounds from other rooms or above could be very annoying most property’s in Turkey are not soundproof.
- John (10/5): - Hotel Vanilla is a family run, no frills peoples hotel. If you dont expect too much for the price you pay, you will be more than happy. Its an old fashioned low rise hotel without any lifts but the iwners and staff go out or thier way to make your stay with rhem all that you need. I will be staying again in a few weeks time. Pike yok çarşafla örtünüyoruz battaniye 1980 lerden kalma be kim bilir ne zaman yıkandı! Sadece resepsiyon görevlisi nezaketli davranıp valizimi taşımama yardımcı oldu çünkü asansör yoktu :)

- Ann (4/5): Waste of my time - It started on a bad note, I was showed into a room behind the reception , dirty toilet , not been cleaned , I pointed it out , but there were no other room, I moved room the next day , suffered without a/c during the night , the hotel is very worn down , needs a proper renovation , a face lift , the bed was smelling so bad , I left a day early because I couldn't stay another night , not to be recommend , over priced , not a pleasant stay

- Sonia (10/5): Amazing Vanilla hotel - The moment we arrived we felt at home. Our luggage was taken upstairs for us. The breakfast was lovely, a great ambience by the pool side. Which had bar and chef service whatever you asked for. The room was amazing with a fridge, air condition and tv. Only a 6 minute walk to the beach, with supermarkets and cafes the minute you stepped outside. I reccomend this hotel highly

- Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t stay here! - This hotel is very poor. It hasn’t been maintained. Fixtures and fittings are broken and/or don’t work. We’ve stayed in about 30+ hotels in Turkey in the last month or so and this is the worst. No investment. Mouldy bathroom, shower was useless as the head just fell off. If you want even the basics you won’t get them here. If you just want a bed and a door that locks then fine. It really is extremely poor by Turkish standards. The staff were okay so was breakfast, but I can’t let them get away with anything but a 1 star, they shouldn’t be selling rooms until the places is gutted and refitted.

Breakfast basic Turkish not a lot of choice but good. We would book again. Only downside was that there was no cleaning of the room during our 3 night stay. Perhaps they will note that.

The staff and manager were very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay in this beautiful little hotel again and highly recommend it. Good value for the price!

Wires hanging out of the walls, very run down, shower was dirty & difficult to sit on the toilet as, shower unit was in the way. Moved to another room next day, much better with more space. However, Floor tiles dirty & dusty, bed never got made, or towel changed during my whole stay. No natural sun light in the room. Pool area over run with plant life, looks beautiful, not suitable for sunbathing. Breakfast very limited. Staff were lovely & helpful.

Has a beautiful green garden with a pool in the middle. Our room had a large balcony. They offer a decent breakfast with hot and cold foods with freshly baked cake. Great location, close to the beach. We enjoyed staying here for 2 nights and would definitely recommend.

Breakfast and dinner was very pleasant and plentiful.served as a buffet style. Pool was good with sunbeds and plenty of shade if required.. All the staff were very helpful and very pleasant. Hotel arrange airport transfer which was on time and very good. We will stay there again.

- Graham (10/5): relax at the Vanilla - I have friends who live locally, so the hotel is very convenient for myself. I have stayed here a few times and will go back again. Always a welcome for you, and very homely. It is close to the beach and the local bus to Fethiye centre. A good breakfast is served in lovely surroundings.

- Alan (6/5): Out of season experience - I think we were the only guests in the hotel. We only stayed 1 night as we purchased a property and stayed there for the rest of the week. Room was large and clean although very tired, but for the star rating on this hotel we didn't really expect much more. They were doing some refurbishment work so they are probably starting to upgrade their rooms. The downstairs lounge was well appointed and very comfortable.

The outdoor courtyard, where we ate a buffet style breakfast of fresh fruit, cheese and meat, was a quiet oasis surrounded by colourful plants of all varieties. But what really sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff, who always went out of their way to ensure you enjoyed your stay.
