A few of us arrived early to add a bit of decor, but we ended up having very little to do because they'd set a lovely tablescape for us already. The food was great, and the staff assisted us all throughout. Thank you Hibiscus Team!

We had stayed is some very economical places and experienced a wide range of what was offered in different areas on the island. The Hibiscus Garden offered the peace and serenity of being on the beach or the mountain and It was near the airport in the city. The room was very clean, and the people are kind. We loved our stay.
• globetrotter33388 (8/5): Rey pleasant hotel and a good value. - This is a lovely hotel with warm and helpful staff. My room was comfortable with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. The room was both very quiet and easily darkened for excellent sleep. I would have preferred some comfortable seating to the spare bed, but there was a desk and chair suitable for reading or working. The restaurant is charming, and almost empty during breakfast and lunch. Many folks come for dinner who aren’t hotel guests. The food was consistently good, and the staff were nice enough to serve me coffee at 6 AM although they don’t formally open until 7. This is also a fine value for money. The only drawback is a neighborhood that’s a bit noisy and chaotic, but the design of the property and the quiet rooms mostly prevent that from intruding. It was easy to get a tricycle to anywhere in town at any time.

Le restaurant permets de prendre le petit déjeuner ou bien manger tout au long de la journée. L’hôtel propose plein de prestations (location scooter, excursion, massage, lessive…) et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et d’une douche le jour de notre départ après le check-in. Ce n’est pas réellement de la faute de l’hôtel, mais ils ont envoyé nos vêtements à laver, mais ils n’ont pas été livré sec, les vêtements étaient mouillés. Heureusement notre vol était le soir, nous avons pu mettre à sécher les vêtements dans le patio extérieur devant notre chambre.

We ordered pizza from their restaurant and it tasted good. There were problems with the floor drain in our bathroom. Otherwise I'm satisfied with our room.

You can take a tricycle to SM or NCCC mall. It is not far. The food tastes good but is a bit pricey. All in all a good place to stay. The noise outside our room. Somebody was hammering outside early in the morning. Don't know where it came from. Our toilet/ shower in room number 1 was clogged. There was water on the floor every time we shower. They tried to fix it but it was still the same until we checked out.

The service is amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful even calling our bus company when we had questions for them. Food was good. Good value for money, within walking distance to other places. They have mineral water dispensers available for free to top up your bottles. N/a - cant fault them!

• Filipe Cesar (9/5): Cute Reaort - It's a very good hotel! The King room is very spacious, and has an indoor garden. The shower is also modern and big. They offer breakfast a la carte with delicious and good options. Nice swimming pool! The restaurant is a bit pricey compared to local restaurants but still affordable for Western tourists. Please advise customers to bring cash to pay for tourist activities, as well as the shuttle van services, since there isn't a close ATM to the hotel.

Good food at the hotel restaurant and nice to dine out in the garden. Also really appreciated that smoking was permitted and facilitated throughout the garden ( unlike most properties in the area) Room was kind of dark and outdated, but the outdoors trully compensates for this.

• Sylvie (8/5): Very relaxing place with lovely staff - The staff were ever so nice. The food was really good too (one of the very best I had in 2 weeks in the Philippines), and the setting by the pool was idyllic. Beautifully designed. Shower was nice & hot and had a proper divider so that the water wouldn't go everywhere (not a given in the Philippines !). The room with 2 beds was great for the person sleeping in the bigger bed, but no bedside table or anywhere to put my suitcase, for anyone sleeping in the smaller bed. I asked for a chair for the former and 2 chairs for the latter.

• christine (10/5): No.1 in Puerto Princesa - Perfectly located nearby the airport this resort lets you start your Palawan holiday immediately. It is a little paradise with a beautiful garden, lots of trees, little birds, flowers and tropical charme. Wonderful restaurant, very good kitchen and a nice pool to relax after or before a long flight. very friendly staff, comfortable beds, large rooms, very clean and fully functional AC as well as good WLan. Large well shaded galery with very comfortable chairs and hamoc in front of each room.

• janetw873 (10/5): Possibly the best hotel in PP - This is a great little resort, quiet yet close to the airport, efficient and friendly. It became our home from home, and we loved it. They can arrange trips for you, eg to the underground river, and the evening firefly cruise, or a driver to take you to Balabac or El Nido. The restaurant is good, and a lovely place to sit. Room for improvement in the pina coladas though! Lovely and picturesque swimming pool too, and clean water for free to fill your bottles. Hot showers, hugely appreciated after our three days in Balabac. They've thought of everything. The reception staff were truly wonderful too.

Beautiful, serene gardens, surprisingly quiet at night (couldn't hear planes, despite the proximity), nice pool and a decent breakfast. • Corinne (7/5): Ideale solamente per una o due notti di passaggio - Struttura comoda per soggiorno di breve durata, al massimo due notti. Posizione favorevole se si soggiorna per poi prendere un volo dall’aeroporto. Colazione buona alla carta, anche se leggermente alto il prezzo per quello che viene offerto. Personale poco accogliente e poco disponibile. Stanze molto spartane, per chi non ha alcuna pretesa. Ho chiesto allo staff una coperta, in quanto, sul mio letto era presente solamente un lenzuolo, e per via dell’umidità si é costretti a tenere il condizionatore acceso; subito mi é stata data una coperta, che odorava di fritto (odore della cucina), l’ho riportata quindi immediatamente alla reception e non si sono assolutamente preoccupati di farmene avere un’altra, anzi, la ragazza é venuta nella stanza a vedere e mi ha detto che il lenzuolo era la coperta, per lei. • Trosset (9/5): - Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit lors d'un transfert, donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter de toutes les commodités de l'hotel, mais le seul repas que nous ayons consommé le soir était excellent, et le personnel vraiment très agréable! de plus, lors de notre arrivée le soir, j'ai demandé un massage, la masseuse est arrivée très rapidement et le massage était très agréable. The pillows were not really confortable
• Hope (10/5): Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! - great hotel, staff super friendly and restaurant is good. Rooms are very big, clean and good aircon. Property is only 12 rooms so a nice intimate feel and the gardens are just beautiful to walk through. Easy to get a ride from the street out the front.

• Vicens (9/5): El - Molt complert, amb totes les comoditats Vam contractar el taxi d’arribada amb l’hotel perqué arribàvam a les 2 del matí i ens va fer esperar més de mitja hora, i això que li havíem avisat amb molt de temps i confitmat que estaria a temps. No recomanem el taxista Ariel.

• Lily (10/5): Beautiful oasis - A really beautiful hotel. A little oasis in a busy area. The staff are friendly, the rooms are quiet and clean, and having the pool is an extra luxury. The food is decent and there are other options nearby
