• Erwin Wöber (6/5): Die Lage war für mich als Marathonläufer perfekt und es war alles da, was ich gebraucht habe. - Naja es ist ein altes Hotel und etwas ringhörig, aber sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig! Man hört jeden Schrank und jede Tür der Nachbarn.

• Onur (1/5): Berbattan daha kötü - Otele giriş yapmamız akabinde oteli terk ettik. Havlular ve yataklarda kan lekeleri vardı, oda ve banyo pislik içindeydi ve çalışanlar hiç bir ticari işletmede göremeyeceğiniz türden nezaketsiz ve iletişimden yoksun kişilerdi. Ücretimizi iade alamamıza rağmen çok ciddi bir meblağdan vazgeçip, otelde 1 dk dahi kalmaya tahammül edemedik ve başka otele yeniden ücret ödeyerek adeta Hotel Churchill’den kaçtık.

• Yannick (6/5): - Great location in Geneva. Was easy to find and bed were comfortable. Ideal hotel for a short visit. Shower was hot and the room clean. It's quiet an old hotel. Don't expect too much.

• Brooke (4/5): Very disappointing. Find another hotel. - I liked that checking out only took a matter of seconds. Compared to checking in, which for some reason took 20 minutes. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. The options were very limited, and once items were gone, they were not replenished. On the second morning, there was no breakfast available at all due to a staff member being “ill,” and there was no alternative offered—no refund, voucher, or even an apology. I effectively paid for breakfast that I didn’t receive. The staff overall seemed completely uninterested and unhelpful, with little effort made to address any concerns. I also paid for a room with one double bed but was instead given two single beds, which was not what I booked. Overall, a frustrating experience and poor value for money.

• Sebastian (1/5): - When I arrived at the hotel to check in, there was only one receptionist present. He informed us that there had been a pipe failure earlier that morning and that their technicians had not managed to fix the problem, so our room was unavailable. Instead, we were told we would be “happy” because we were being moved to a sister hotel 180 meters away and had to walk there with our luggage. We were also told that the room there would be nicer. What was surprising and disappointing was that nobody informed us in advance, so we only found out upon arrival. At the new hotel, Hotel Century, we were told that Hotel Churchill does this regularly and that we were actually lucky, because the manager of the new hotel had made a mistake by agreeing to accept us. This made the whole situation feel very strange, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. The room itself was clean and spacious, but the decor felt very outdated, like something from the 1970s. The breakfast was the most basic I have had in a very long time, and I stay in hotels almost every week. Coffee was charged extra, and the only option was instant coffee from a thermos. The bread did not seem very fresh, and the breakfast selection was extremely limited: a few slices of ham and cheese, yogurt, and a cold hard-boiled egg. For a 4-star hotel, I definitely expected more.

• Lou (5/5): Deçu - Localisation parfaite en face du jet d'eau et facile de rejoindre à pied le centre. Les oreillers étaient confortables. L'accueil et la réception ouverte 24/24. Buffet petit-déjeuner assez copieux. La chambre était en état insalubre. Le parquet était en très mauvaise état. La salle de bain semblait être refaite récemment mais il y avait des joins moisis et la baignoire fuyait. L'hôtel fait vraiment vieillot. Au petit déjeuner il y avait du pain de mie rassis. C'est très moyen et cela pose des questions en terme d'hygiène alimentaire.

• Amy (2/5): Would not stay again. Had to leave hotel after one night. - Location was good and staff were fine. but the hotel was incredibly hot and could not turn the heating down. Every room had something wrong with it, wall were mouldy, smelt so damp, fridge didn't work, light didn't work, bathroom was so small you could hardlyshut the door whilst in there! Couldn't open the window as cigarette smoke drifted in from street below.

• ELISABETTA (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - Ho trovato la posizione perfetta per me in quanto vicina alla fontana del lago e a due minuti da casa di mia figlia. Hotel pulitissimo, staff molto gentile e attento a soddisfare le richieste. Sarà il mio punto di riferimento a Ginevra.

In 4 star hotel not even drinking water , coffee , in the room . I will never return to this hotel . Highly not recommend. Very disappointed 😞
