Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The aircondition isn’t working too great
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Staff not as friendly as elsewhere in Philippines. Not helpful and gave inaccurate and incomplete information. Would not change room so spent night in room on very busy Main Street in Baggio. Despite clean and spacious room and comfortable bed did not get restful sleep.
- Abhie (10/5): - the hotel room is spacious great for family vacation
- Verified traveler (8/5): - nice stay!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice hotel.
- Jun (2/5): - Moldy bathroom, dirty chairs and curtains, old bed that shrinks, no parking, limited choices for breakfast.no parking.
- Marie Concepcion (8/5): A Night at Hotel Supreme - Staff are accommodating. Room is in order and food is okay.
- James (8/5): Best hotel in la trinidad area - Best hotel in la trinidad area, close to strawberry farm, easy to get to and from baguio.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We will be back here to check in
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good value, clean, free breakfast but site not close to anything interesting
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The rooms were comfortable and clean. The service from all staff was fantastic a real credit to the Philippines
- Rudy (4/5): - I like the lobby and the breakfast area. Spacious.
Staff are friendly
Room: Bed needs to be replaced.
Bathroom: Bathtub had chips , needs repairs.
Bathroom sink, not cleaned properly
- Donalie (4/5): Unreasonable - Everything was good it could have been great if I wasn’t charge from their labor cost as their manager says. Their stuff is kind a hard to spoke with they accused me of something I am not capable of like damaging something I didn’t do. They’re maintenances is poor yet will blame To us. We just enjoyed the stay and they just ruined the fun. The thing is we left the hotel ridiculous.
- Wena (10/5): - The staff were all courteous and very accomodating..i would definitely book again and recommend the place to my family and friends.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Better deal when in Baguio. - Nice view! spacious room great for family of 4, bathroom's big enough, it has ac and pool but not heated. It's ok but outdated decors, has black spots in the bathroom vanity sink, shower head's bit clogged up, windows are single pane so you'll heard the busy traffic and buffet don't expect too much. Service is awesome.
- Ozzie (8/5): Bait and Switch by Hotel.com - The hotel was pretty good, staff was friendly. The hotel is in need of better maintenance as it is showing wear and tear, bathtub enamel is chipped, bathroom mirror is clouding over, furniture is dated and shows wear.
It is very noisy and can hear people talk from the next room and tv blaring. Staff was on top of it when I called the desk at 2 AM....😱😩😰
- Verified traveler (8/5): - overall its ok. the place is somewhat elongated and the elevator is situated on the front of the bldg and you have to walk the long hallway to your room. hair dryer is broken, including 1 light in the room
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room rates are budget friendly. 😊
- Jetran (8/5): - Sana ma madaming breakfast
- Mr d (8/5): Comfy hotel, great staff, bit far from City Centre - Exasperatedly difficult to find in the local traffic (it took me almost an hour from entering the city to reaching the hotel) I was pleased to find a parking space right outside the hotel rather than going in the underground car park. Quick friendly efficient check in the desk clerk offered to find where the city non girly bars were located- which she did and called about an hour later- brilliant! - huge room, good AC , and A BATHTUB. Plenty of tv channels good lighting comfy bed. Bit noisy with guests not used to hotel norms excitedly comparing experiences (which stopped well before bedtime). Bit noisy next morning from 7am but manageable. Nice brekky including American hotel recommended
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Price is very good. With free breakfast for four.
- Joanne (8/5): - The hotel staff are nice
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great staff service, the hotel is clean and amenities are adequate but it has seen better days. Breakfast is filling. No hassle luggage storage. Poor concierge visibility in the lobby. Right next to main road frequented by jeep and taxis to Baguio and La Trinidad. I chose this hotel due to proximity to my main place of business at the time.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is nice
- JEN (10/5): - The room is clean and spacious. They provide shampoo conditioners toothbrush and clean towels.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Absolute waste of money for a crappy hotel! The deluxe room was big enough but real bad light, extremely uncomfortable bed with bad linen. The staff was not at all helpful and was to some extent rude even though Filipinos are knows for their wonderful service nature. I had to go to the front desk to complain to get work done. Horrible stay. Never coming back. Many other and better hotels in Baguio to stay
- Verified traveler (8/5): - good but the breakfast is not
- Peter (8/5): Which Supreme is best for you - Have stayed at this hotel a number of times and had good service. There are two hotels operating on opposite sides of the road and many website conflate the two. The Supreme Convention hotel is far superior in terms of facilities albeit a higher cost. The location is not ideal for tourists but is convenient if you have your own car, especially if you need to be near La Trinidad. While aircon isn't essential I would recommend checking that your room has it as many rooms don't.
- Airwind (4/5): - The staff at restaurant are not as friendly as I thought ,and the room has no wifi inside the room ,esp the light are not that much .esp Infront of the mirror ,there’s no light so hard to see your face and so dark .the Nieghbor can see you ,from outside the curtains.at lobby it’s has lots of mosquitoes every time you going to go stay and take internet .so bad at all....
- Mirasol (8/5): - Great staff, they were warmth and friendly especialy the front desk staff.
- Belinda (10/5): - Staffs are accommodating and polite. Bathroom needs some clean ups too moldy. Beds and linens are fine. Lobby is clean and presentable. Their function room where the wedding reception I attended was really well decorated.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great place with a great price - I like this hotel. I've stayed there before. It's affordable and quite comfortable.
- Rey (6/5): - I wasn’t comfortable receptionist upon check weren’t that helpful . The breakfast wasn’t really good and the hostesses at the dining area instead of helping customer they were flocking at one corner with frown faces .
- Allyn (8/5): - Great value for money. Very accessible considering the traffic in Baguio, so easy to commute. I will come back in the same hotel if I have to visit Baguio again.
- Eric (8/5): Cross the street to eat and swim. - Inconvenient for you have to cross the street for the meal and pool.. Restaurants are at extension hotel. Food prices quite reasonable though.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Can't really recommend. - There's no Wi-Fi although they claim there is, the desk said its too weak to reach our room. The hot water is not hot that theres an initial shock when you get in the shower before you get used to it.
Good luck getting a taxi at check out time. It took a whole hour to find an empty one while there's a long line of guests waiting. The desk dont have a taxi service that they can call.
The staff on the other hand are very very courteous abd polite but can only accommodate with what management provides.
- Grace Doni (10/5): A Reaaly Good Place to Stay in Baguio - We had a good stay. The bed’s mattress wa not too soft and not too hard. We chose an airconditioned de luxe room with one queen sized bed and we found the room quite spacious. Buffet breakfast was also good. I really find the price very reasonable.
- Reynaldo (8/5): Dying for a makeover! - Our stay was just okay. Nothing special. The corridors were noisy as there was a convention going on in the hotel. Furniture s are very old but tge bed was comfy. There was no safe in the room. Free breakfast was average, except when there was a buffet where we had more choices. The hotel was a long ways to the city center ( 3 kms.).
- John (8/5): Its an OK hotel. - We had an OK time during our stay. Breakfast selection was OK but not amazing.
- remedios (10/5): Nice & quiet hotel, friendly staff, clean facilit - We have enjoy our 2 days stay in supreme hotel...clean & quiet...staff are friendly and our request was speedy done. With a free breakfast ..quite few choices of filipino breakfast and if your a westerner. .you can order a western breakfast..
- Shela jean (6/5): Confusing check in - There were 2 buildings opposite of the main highway and we had to go back and forth twice since the staff do not know where we should stay. After a long travel, we had to endure that.
- Christine (8/5): - Big Room and good ambiance
- Wynns (6/5): Nice hotel but absolutely needs renovation - Staff was awesome, esp sup May, Archie and our female housekeeper.
Room was spacious except the tub fawcet’s water direction is geared towards the wall so that water goes out to the floor. The ceiling in the toilet has a crack, the bathtub finish is peeling off, the hairdryer was broken but immediately replaced, the elevator has a musty and the carpet was beginning to rip and has found a long dark hair in the “daing na bangus”.
- Peter (8/5): Good hotel - The hotel is very comfortable and rooms are great. The only downside is even on the top floors traffic noise if you are overlooking the road. Parking is tight but secure.
- mayo (10/5): Nice hotel - Receptionist was very nice, we arrived 5:00am and we asked if we could check in early and he said as long as the room is ready we could. And yep, there was room ready and we checked in as early as 5:00am.
They also have clean rooms
Downside - the surroundings of the hotel are autoshops and auto supplies. If you want to buy something to eat then you need to ride a taxi and go to a nearby place to buy.
- chieh (6/5): 3 stars is about right - No hot water was a major turn off for me. Ok otherwise. Friendly helpful staff in general with one exception in the dining room.
- Jeff (10/5): Bagiou anywon. - Hillside views, elevator inclosed glass viewing, themed stairs. Onsite coffee hause, nice restaurant, and plenty of lobby space. Very nice property especially with family or friends multiple beds in rooms spacious but no aircon. Not really needed since the weather especially at night cools down. Immediate area not much tourist activity. If you plan on a trip here make certain that you try and visit when there is no events taking place other wise good luck trying to get around especially cabs at night people flood the streets trying to get transportation. Burnham park recommended.
- Noel (4/5): Good price, bad location. - The hotel is located on a busy road. Loud noise from trucks and all other motor vehicles including honking jeepneys made me lost my sleep for 2 nights. The bed is low quality it bends causing back pain.
Staff are actually nice, they all smile and are polite. Hotel facility is average and just right for the price. The big mistake is the hotel location.
- Vilma (8/5): Clean and comfortable hotel - Hotel is a little old but clean and comfortable. Staff are polite and approachable. Excellent choice of buffet breakfast. The only downside is the bath towel was wet...they did not replace before we checked in. But will definitely go back again.
- Raj (6/5): Good for family of 4 - Can accomodate family of 4 in 1 room. Hotel shows signs of aging and is overdue for renovation.
