• Michael (4/5): - You get what you pay for. It’s not the unsafest hotel I’ve been to but you need to keep your head on a swivel. However, all of downtown Augusta is a steaming out mess so this place is just part of that mess.

• David (2/5): - First off the bathroom door was hanging off it's hinges, a vent in the bathroom had toilet paper covering it,the bedding wasn't changed in four days that we were there A/C worked at 61°. And baby roaches all over. Couldn't walk outside with out someone asking for a cigarette or money. The curtains were stained and wouldn't close properly, the peep hole in the door was busted out with toilet paper stuffed in it.two bars of soap and bottle of shampoo to last 2 people 4 days. Never did bring clean towels. Toilet seat was loose. The mirror was horrible couldn't see anything (not like I'm anything to look at) but come on. Well if you want a very cheap place to stay in Augusta Georgia this is the place to stay, Just remember you get what you pay for Cheap low maintained, But very friendly people.Enjoy your stay.

• Daniel (2/5): - First they wanted to charge me for my service animal, then they wanted to charge me $100 deposit because people who stay there tear up doors, so I called the local sheriff's office and the officer said to me " you do not want to stay here at this hotel, we are always getting calls because of guests causing trouble"
• Massimo (2/5): - Property is in run down part of town, staff is improvised , only hot water in the shower. Banged on the door at 11 o'clock on the dot!!! I had to scream that I was putting my shoes on...it made no difference, the banging continued...
• jeffrey (4/5): - I go to take a shower. I do not see any bath towels,hand towels or wash clothes or soap. I call and then go to front desk. She gives 2 hands towel and says sorry. I end up getting 4 hand towels and 2 wash clothes finally. Employee says no bath towel. This hotel was probably less than 20% booked for the entire weekend. This room did have a fully renovated bathroom so that was nice. But the shower did have 2 hairs left on the wall of the shower. So I would say cleaning was not good at all at this hotel. Price was cheap but not sure I would stay again.

• Trevoir (4/5): - CON: I've seen and killed a total of 5 roaches in the room. I was unable to sleep comfortably and feel clean due to this. The bed were comfortable, didn't have adequate cover (comforter were Military grade) and very uncomfortable pillows. PROS: Location and access to the highway, water temperature was very good (if you don't like hot water, be careful), room had functioning and clean refrigerator and microwave, the bathroom was was newly remodeled and you can see they are working on the property.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Roach Motel - We drove into town late so we could get an early start for The Master’s. The motel was filthy, the room smelled and I killed 4-5 roaches! The people in the room above me were load and obnoxious until 4AM, probably regular tenants at this place. However, the sheets and pillows were brand new. I’m assuming purchased just for Master’s week.

• Fenton (2/5): - This place was awful. When I booked the room, the hotel said it was 2 queen beds (non-smoking). We showed up and it was 2 double beds (smoking). One of the worst smoking rooms of all time. In addition, we only had 2 bath towels that were the size of hand towels. Unfortunately, it was a horrible play to say. Expedia should remove it from their site immediately.
• Glen (4/5): - Sink didn't drain well. Some bugs in room. Blanket had hole in it. Breakfast was very limited. Staff was nice though.

• Judith M (2/5): - I had just had surgery and had to stay overnight to be close to the hospital. This motel is in awful condition! Went to one non-smoking room and it smelled like a cigarette butt, toilet wouldn’t flush, bathtub had hair and dirt in tub, linen was stained and you could tell the room had just not been cleaned. Second room, smelled better but had to wait for the bathroom to be fixed because again, it didn’t flush. Room was cleaner but I will never stay there again!

The beds are hard very uncomfortable, the carpet needs to be changed, the chairs in the room were stained and dirty.

Very bad smell in the rooms. .And, couldn't find anybody at the front office for 15 minutes while checking in. I had take a stroll around the property to find a cleaner who came back with use to help with check in.

Felt very unsafe. Ice maker worked. Bathroom sink leaked all over floor. Toilet sanitizer hanging on the AC as a room freshener.
• Debra (2/5): Not for me. - Booked a 2 night stay left the first night. Couldn’t stay another hour. Ask for money back? Didn’t matter, had to get out of there. The sooner the better. Two days later I’m sick in bed. I haven’t been sick in years.
• Raquel (10/5): - Cuuuuuuute plants and landscaping! Very friendly evening staff and well lit parking lot at night. A little loud at times but normal for Friday night in a party town. The tub was a little raggedy in 103 and the drain sticks but that's regular maintenance stuff just letting y'all know. The guy at the counter the next morning was a hero and let me borrow his phone charger because mine broke. Thanks,pal🐐The staff members were awesome and I enjoyed my stay.
• Virginia (8/5): - Clean and comfortable, if driving, easy to get around, not many toiletries, no hairdryer but if you ask at office, very obliging. We were are very satisfied for the price!
• jeffrey (4/5): - My room is was a non smoking room. Yet when I got there it had incident that had been burning and went out still in the room. The tub finish was coming off the tub. In the bathroom, the ceiling and wall had been replaced, but still had not been repainted the same color.
• Donald Glenn (4/5): - First off let me say the staff were very friendly. However, I had requested a no smoking room, the room I got smelled very strongly of cigarettes. The toilet seat was only hanging on by one screw, the bottom of the bathroom door had been kicked in and was missing. The tub was dirty, there were still hairs in the tub and attached to the shower curtain. The pool was shut down, supposedly waiting to be inspected. I will not stay here again. The price was cheap at only $60 per night, that should have been my first red flag.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Absolute filth! - I travel almost weekly for work so I have stayed in thousands of hotels. I can easily say this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Absolute filth. Stench like you wouldn’t believe. Towels completely brown as if they have never been washed. Literal dirt and grime in every corner as if it had also never, ever been cleaned.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Would not recommend - When we arrived and entered our room, we were overcome by a very pungent, off putting smell. This prompted us to request a change of rooms which the owner of the hotel took care of immediately. There were limited options so he walked us to one of the last rooms available. This room was not in any better condition and we immediately started searching for other rooms in town and thankfully we found one. The owner was very nice but he needs to invest in the hotel to improve the condition. Pictures online make it appear to be palpable but it is far from. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone in its current state.
• Jeffrey (2/5): - This property is NOT as advertised. Area is unsafe and the rooms are filthy. The pictures posted are NOT a good representation. We checked in but left as soon as we saw the room and were confronted by crackheads in the parking lot. No refund for a 4 night stay because of the 24 hour in advance policy. False advertising got them my money. Disgusting.

• Jaime (4/5): Book anywhere else! - Suppose to have breakfast, refused to put anything out but black coffee. Left all the breakfast cases empty. Could only get new or clean towels between 7am-10am. No exceptions. Water went out 2x times took 2 plus hours to fix. Pool was empty it was suppose to be full. No pet areas for potty. Non smoking room but clearly was smoked in, burn holes in comforter. The bathroom door was so damaged you had no privacy even when closed. The shower/tub did not work properly, bathtub just filled with water and had to take break to allow to drain. Police were on property multiple times during my 3 day stay for fighting and noise complaints. They did have new tile and fresh paint on some of the surfaces. Will never stay there again.

• Robert (2/5): DON’T Stay here - The WORST hotel I’ve EVER stayed in. Dirty, poor front desk service, dirty, dirty. Had to flush toilet two times to send down “liquids”. Room stank from previous years of smoking and the was a Non-smoking room.

Sad we came down to visit our soldier at Fort Gordon before he leaves and couldn't even bring him back to our place. Had to sit at a bowling alley as it was one of the only places open on Easter Sunday!!! Owners should be ashamed of themselves!!! I have lots of videos which we had to show before they would change our room to a less nasty one as we couldn't find another place due to the Masters.

We left and got a different hotel. We were sure that we would have had are vehicle or room broken into while we slept.

How hard is it to clean those items? I laid down and started to itch. It was too late to change the reservation, so I was able to buy some Lysol at a store nearby and then wait until the room aired out.

• JENNIFER (2/5): - Office was locked Took 10 minutes to find someone to check me in. While I stood outside the office, several men passed by that smelled like marijuana. Room was filthy. Bathroom also smelled like marijuana. Smeared mirror and windows. Unknown substance splattered on mirror. Headboards to beds had oil residue from previous tenants heads and whatever was up there. Black dirt on everything. Paint peeling from ceiling. Counter completely broken in two. Totally nasty.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The room was filthy, pubic hair all over the toilet seat, visible dirt on bathroom floor, bathtub was covered in filth, said it was a non smoking room but smelled of old cigarette smoke, found bed bugs in the bed, towels were dirty and/or stained. All dressers and nightstands had dust and dirt all over them. Another guest found a dead rat in their room. Website advertises the pool and breakfast. The pool was closed and green and they weren’t doing the breakfast either. The listing should be removed from all sites for booking. I will never return and am requesting a full refund. The health department should condemn the establishment.
• Dan (6/5): Not worthy - The pool was closed and no breakfast. The room was not cleaned (I had to wipe off desk to set stuff on it.) There was no shampoo or conditioner thankfully I brought my own. It was to late to get another hotel in our price range or we would have changed hotels. Definitely would not get a room with them again.
• JASON (2/5): Dirty little place in Georgia - Absolutely terrible motel. Incredibly noisy. Weird old man that runs around at night and harassing ppl sitting outside their rooms. Incredibly dirty property. Not well kept. Pool was closed. Not happy about what i paid for here at all.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - When I first entered the building, I couldn’t help but notice how poorly the building was taken care of. In the lobby, there was plywood over a broken window that still had broken glass. Not only is it unsafe to the guest and staff, it is very visually unappealing. I then asked for a non smoking room. When I was led to my room, I could see however it was a smoking room. When I asked for a new room, it was even worse. The smell of smoke lingered heavily in the air. When I went to inspect the bathroom, the tiles were stained yellow, most likely from smoking. It seemed like they didn’t even clean the room because there a a bug that was squished and smeared on the wall. It looked nothing like the pictures we were provided. We immediately left for another hotel to stay for the night. I would not recommend anyone take shelter at this hotel.

• Scott (8/5): Not 5 Star but great deal for price. - Walking distance to the river /River Walk and downtown restaurants and nightlife. Old and worn but a great deal for the price. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Included simple breakfast.

• Cory (2/5): Terrible hotel - A/C didn’t work my wife took a shower and the water would not go down the drain I told the host when I was checking out and they obviously didn’t care about our experience there were holes in the sheets the bathroom looked disgusting one of the couches looked like it had a skid mark in it
